I have been a frequent, loyal customer for over 60 years. I was fooled and lied to in order to make a sale at this location. Two weeks ago I made a purchase, an supposedly got all my discounts. When I came home, and checked my online order that I had prepared, but did not process. The three items I bought came to being $20.00 cheaper. Therefore, I returned the items I bought in store, and on line through the store, and processed my own on line order. Yesterday, I went to this LB, and bought approximately 12 items, 7, in store, and 5 on line. I asked the salesperson if I would get the same discounts as I saw on line, and I showed her the order on line with same items, and she said not only do they offer online savings, but I will get additional in-store savings. Two items were non-refundable, but she told me because customers order on line with them in store, and items cannot be tried on, they would not refund, but would offer n in store credit. Therefore, I agreed to do everything in store. The total for inshore and on line through store came to $412, and did not include a brown Henley I wanted. When I came home, and I was going to delete the online order before I processed, I looked and for the same items including the extra Henley came to $332. That is a savings of $80 cheaper, with an additional item. I processed the order, and plan on returning everything I bought in store or ordered on line through store, but I would like refund on the non-refundable items, since I bought them on line myself, and they were sold to me under false circumstances. read more

I went to this Lane Bryant a few weeks ago to buy a strapless bra. And as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very sweet person named Tobey. They were very helpful by helping me try on three different bras. I found the perfect one in a short time. Tobey was knowledable and attentive. Thank you Tobey for making shopping such a pleasant experience. read more

The leggings that were on Sale for $20 were sold out in our size at 4pm on a 1 day sale. The employee was very nice and offered to order a pair for us online and we declined. We did not want to waite for them to ship since we needed them for a yoga class. The store was clean and neatly organized. The rest of the shelves were fully stocked aside for the sale. read more

Employee are not so bad, but checklane. Are impossible to work with. We just purchased clothes for my wife and getting home. And trying to unwind from our trips around Centennial Hills. Some of our clothes are run twice a. Paying more done we bargained for. Know we have a hard time going back and dragging back the merchandise stranded the prowess. Good deals yeah, yeah but driving here is terrifying. read more

Tobey is an amazing employee. She provided some excellent customer service and helped me to find a bra for my niece for her Birthday. My niece's cup size is very popular so inventory was low, but she searched and searched the best she could to find something suitable I can walk out with. She helped make the transaction affordable and easy. I really enjoyed her wonderful customer service. read more

The ladies who work at this location truly care about making sure that the customer experience is the best possible. They are knowledgeable about the merchandise and are able to make recommendations based solely on the customer's needs. Tobey suggested a very specific bra color that she thought I would love but it wasn't in the store so she ordered it for me. When I received it ..it was perfect and her color suggestion was spot on. read more

I went in today for a bra. I haven't had a new bra since way before I got pregnant it was way past time . I used to go to a place called 4Real Intimate but they went out of business. So I decided to give Lane Bryant a try. They are not doing fittings right now because of COVID. However if you bring someone with you they walk that person through how to measure you. Anyways. I was alone and the associate named Kayla was able to determine my size just by looking at me. I was skeptical but I tried that size on and it was perfect!! She's good ! I told her exactly what I was looking for and she gave me 3 options and I liked all of them. Great customer service. Highly recommend if you need a new bra ! read more

I had stepped into a Lane Bryant to get sized. Then I ordered online bras that they stated would fit but they didn't have in store. Once my items were available at the store for pickup, I went in to try them on and see if I needed to exchange them. The initial greeting, was great but the customer service overall was very poor! I was helped by Viridiana. I had purchased 5 bras which consisted of 34G and 32H. I specifically explained I had lost over 100lbs and didn't want the deflated boob look. As I tried on my pickup orders, I had the deflated boob look I didn't want. So another lady swithed out a bra or two. After an hour of going back and forth with getting WAY different bra size options then what they fitted me for just 2 weeks prior, I ended up SETTLING for a comperable bra but it still didn't fit exactly right. I go up to the cashier Viridiana and tried to explain which bra designs I LIKED yet wanted to EXCHANGE them for a better size. Apparently she didn't understand my intentions of EXCHANGE so I got upset/frustrated and told her just to return the whole order and I would go elsewhere. Upon return, my return credit was smaller than my charged amount. I asked why and it took them 10+ mins to TRY and figure out what I ended up figuring out 3mins later. Fast forward past my total disappointment with their store, I go over to the Lane Bryant at the Meadows mall and experience a whole new atmosphere! I was greeted by Jennice. I explained my current frustration and requested her service. She quickly found a bra that would suit me. With ONE switch out, she knew what bra size I really needed to be in. Inside of 30mins I had 6 new bras in a great size! read more

This is by far one of the best LB's I've been to in a long time. The sales staff was great and the selection is fantasic. Stand alone stores are always better than mall stores. I love that they carry bras and shirts that fit the twins. Wish all the stores were this awesome read more

ZERO STARS---What is your problem with having stock. This is one of the absolute worst stores! I have been in 3 times and you STILL have crap for merchandise. Why don't you just close, you can't be making enough money to pay for the rent. You've been using COVID as an excuse for 8MONTHS now. Obviously it's the poor way you are managed and related to intelligence and has nothing to do with a virus. You can't get smarter in 8months...WHAT A SHAME! read more

I've been going to Lane Brynt for YEARS, because they're the only ones who sell plus sized clothing that is also good quality! Personal opinion, the prices seem a bit higher than they used to be ‍ But the staff is always sweet, and they remember you each time you come in! Which is always nice! read more

This is probably the best retail clothing store I've ever visited, and they deserve 10 out of 5 stars. My daughter and I visited yesterday, she needed an outfit for a meeting and was becoming extremely frustrated while trying to find something. Michelle was wonderful and gave outstanding customer service. Becky, who I believe is manager, saw my daughters frustration and stepped in to help. Words cannot express my gratitude for these two amazing ladies and the exceptional service we received. My daughter left with a very nice outfit that fit perfectly! We went back tonight to get a sweater. We will definitely be shopping here from now on read more

I'm writing this on behalf on my girlfriend. We walked into Lane Bryant around 7:45 p.m., unaware that they closed at 8 p.m. She was in need of some jeans and the Lane Bryant staff treated her so nicely. Chelsea was the BEST, she made recommendations and insisted that my girlfriend take her time. Chelsea was so friendly and made the experience a good one. You rarely find employees like this now-a-days. She should be commended. read more

I love the clothes here, but the customer service is what truly stands out. Every time I go, they are so helpful & nice. They get on your level, so its almost like shopping with a good friend. Being that I hate the malls, the location is perfect. Its always clean & organized. Definitely worth more than 5 stars. read more

Worst customer service, not worth the 1 star. Took my mother Lane Bryant to buy some dress. I entered the store and the sales person didn't acknowledge us. I assumed she was busy so I left and returned 30 minutes later. Again, the salesperson acted like we were invisible. I went to her and told her my mother would like to fit some dresses. She took the dresses and placed them in a room. My mother and I went to the dressing room, she needed a smaller size which I had to go back for. Neither the salesperson or any other attendant asked us if they could assist. We selected a dress and went to the register to checkout. They were 2 sales person at the checkout counter, one was ringing up bras and the other was processing a return. We entered the line where the return was being processed. The salesperson processed the return then leave with the customer to show her other items in the store. The salesperson who was ringing up the bras acknowledged us standing there and said she would assist us when we could. After approximately 10 minutes, the salesperson in the line I was waiting returned but instead of checking us out she went over and started to assist the other salesperson who was checking out the customer with the bras. We stood in line for approximately 20 minutes while the salespersons totally ignored us. The store was not even full, it had just 3 customers. We left the store without purchasing the dress. As a person of color, I know what it's like to be followed around in stores and have people making assumptions that I can't afford certain items. However, to blatantly acted as if I was not standing there was a total disrespect. I don't know if that's the culture of Lane Bryant stores but I for sure will not be shopping there again. read more

This Lane Bryant is awesome! I am always greeted by name, with a cheerful smile.the staff here is incredible. They are helpful but not pushy. When I have ordered online and I pick up my package, they are as excited as I am to see the contents. If something doesn't fit, they gladly accept the return. The manager, Coopy, is so friendly and hard working, I'm sure the staff wants to emulate her! I am glad to be one of their " frequent flier's" . read more
