Both super comfy and great material. Today Nai helped me choose 2 new matching sets. They had new stuff from the last time which is awesome because that means they get new merchandise in very often! This store has active wear and outer wear so whether I'm going to the gym or just running errands, I'm comfy and stylin. I do recommend trying stuff on. I see there are about 4 with no bow tie and some still have them which means they were clearly stolen. The tie colors left were not what I needed for my color choice so I decided to ask the register what my options were. I go up to the register and wait in line. I then get to the register and explained my situation to a blonde lady who was very condescending and patronizing but I still proceeded to ask my questions. I asked since the tie is missing but I do want the suspenders, could the be discounted. She spoke in circles for a bit then called a young girl they claim is a manager. She barely listened to what was going on and stated "you must buy the defective item at full cost". My jaw literally dropped. It's on camera if anyone views this. Another lady at another register even chimed in incorrectly saying loudly "no they are separate they don't come together" when the package CLEARLY says bow tie and suspenders. I still kept my cool. By this point they're engaging people in the line as if this is some kind of spectacle. Why are you putting this back (along with 3 others missing ties) back on the shelf? She then mumbles "oh yeah" and takes them to the back. That is when I asked for another manager (Lisa) because clearly the issue wasn't policy it was just denying me any kind of relief for the defective item that I still wanted to purchase. So I ask some guy in returns and he tried to make me sit and wait without calling the manager. I let him get his line down when I should have interrupted at this point, and asked him again to call the manager. Lisa was a bit nicer but it was still a patronizing experience and the whole time I had nothing but a good attitude. She did acknowledge her subordinates could have handled the issue a bit better and still didn't even say "hey just because this became more than it should have, etc" it was like yeah that's it! There aren't any on the Strip and the sales tax is much lower back in Wisconsin so it was just never high on my radar. Yet maybe I was missing out as this was probably one of the best Kohl's experiences I have ever had. The experience started out very positively with a friendly hello as I entered the store (can't say I've ever had that happen before, at a Kohl's in any state), and continued through as the store was clean, well-organized, and spacious. Most Kohl's feature racks so crammed with clothing that you can't even see what is on offer and don't even get me started on the clearance displays! This store, however, was close to picture perfect, with really the only misstep a couple of men's clearance shoes in the wrong box, a minor infraction if there ever was one! As this location is near work, I will definitely be coming back here in the future as I get settled in the Vegas area.
