One bath sheet was priced at $39, while the other two identical bath sheets were priced at $49 each. At checkout, I politely asked the cashier if all three could be sold at the $39 price since they appeared to be the exact same item. The cashier called over a manager for assistance. The manager explained that the price difference was due to tariffs and claimed that the $39 towel had been mislabeled because someone had removed the original price tag. I respectfully pointed out that the price tag was intact and showed no signs of being removed or replaced. The explanation I received did not seem reasonable, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. After leaving the store, we called the store and asked to speak with a manager. We spoke with a woman who asked for a description of the manager who had assisted us. I described her as a blonde woman who had been standing next to the cashier during our interaction. She said she would look into the matter and call us back, but we never received a return call. As someone who also works in management, I understand that pricing discrepancies can occur. At this point I don't even want the towels. My concern is not the $20 difference in price. Rather, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of follow-up after I was told I would receive a call back. I am sharing this feedback because I believe management should be aware of this experience. My goal is not to receive the lower price, but to bring attention to the level of customer service I received so that future customers are treated with greater professionalism and respect.

I checked out the Shoes and was trying on a lot of shoes. Found a bunch of Vionics, which is my favorite shoe brand. Many of the pairs were under $50, which is good, considering that the pairs are running at $75 each, at regular price. It took a lot of will power not purchase any shoes. I looked at the Madewell rack, but wow, the solid basic short-sleeved t-shirts are now $18.97 each. Can this be tarriff-related? I needed a refresh for my tops, separates for work. (I recently went through my closet in the earliest stage of Spring Cleaning.) My rating is based on the organization and the selection availablity.

Most of the clothes are really stylish and cute. Prices are a bit high but I am always trying to support small business like this one. The boutique is a new size and carries shoes too. I loved the lively decor all around the shop especially the neon sign. Definitely a spot worth an IG photo. With my daughters birthday fast approaching, I managed to buy her two dresses and a cute bra top. Michelle was very nice and helpful. Came here on Monday 7/13 to look for a dress for a wedding and found so much more! The store was…read morevery nicely decorated with bright summer colors! I couldn't help but want to grab everything to try on! I ended up finding my dress in the back where the more formal dresses were. I love how the store is color coordinated so it's easy to find things if you have certain colors in mind or favorites. While shopping around I ended up finding a girls day outfit so double whammy and saves me a trip for the next event I needed to shop for. I am horrible at accessorizing and Kaylene was right by the cashier area where the accessories were so I asked her for help. She was so helpful and patient with me as I looked and asked about almost every piece lol we ended up finding a necklace, bracelet and earrings to go with my outfit! I am very happy with my purchase. Their clothes run smaller they're more so fitted for juniors also mentioned by the associates. Associates were welcoming and helpful. Some items I will say are a bit pricy for what they are but some are affordable. Just depends on the material and such. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on. The line was very long at the time for me. Make sure to ask about return and exchange policies some items are FINAL!!
