Discovered this little gem while I was seeking a new dress that was fun and summery for a dinner function. I needed something that was playful and still elegant at the same time. My usual go to is the little black dress, but I wanted to use some color to mix it up for the night. Using my Yelp app this came up as a suggestion, so yes Yelp knew what I was looking for. The yelp app is amazing for seeking what one might be looking for with just a few key words. It brought me here! When first coming up to the store the name immediately conveys strength and empowerment. This is very important since I feel the business is strong in the support of women's rights and issues. They are a small business here in Vegas and from the reviews prior and on Google they are involved in the community here! The stores audience swings towards a retro fun attitude. The dresses that they sell here are vintage in style, but not from grandmas closet. They are all new and beautiful pieces that one will fall in love with. Most of the clothing here is redesigns of those old favorites. The prices on a lot of vintage clothing if it is not a designer brand such as Dior or Channel still will set one back for these fashions from decades ago. I am one to stay away from vintage clothing for these reasons. I know these pieces from back in the day are amazing, but too many of these purchases have not worked out for me. The garment would tear or wear once and cannot love anymore. This you will not encounter here. There clothing is new and inspired by retro designs. The cut and fit of their dresses are amazing! It made me feel so lady like, and beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on wearing it today! Now there is a small vintage section located near the back, but I for one try at your own risk. It is nothing against anything they have for sale in the store. In fact there vintage area is very clean and the prices are labeled so the customer does not have to guess the price! Both my girls love pinup clothing so while in Las Vegas I wanted to visit this pinup shop. This cute shop is located in Downtown Vegas in the artsy part of town. The store windows are very cute and the store itself is quite large, with so many styles and colors to choose from. Sales staff is friendly and helpful and didn't seem to mind when I couldn't decide what to get because there were so many choices. The Sales person looked up the size I needed based on my daughters measurements. I decided on a cute skirt and blouse and a little beret. I enjoyed my visit and my daughter loved what I bought. I'll start by saying that in my blood, I'm a tomboy who yearns to be more of a retro-glam girl. I had purchased from Tatyana's website and attended a sample sales in 2015, but never actually wore their clothes. They hung in my closet because I was too afraid to wear them. Weird, I know. In August 2016 I decided to force myself to do something terrifying: a pinup photo shoot. The Saturday morning we were to shoot, I freaked out thinking all sort of negative things. I communicated with staff, but was assured I all would be well and I just needed to relax. Best decision I could have made! While scary, the photo-shoot was a lot of fun. The *AMAZING* staff handled all the hair and make up. The photographer was a joy to work with. I had a warehouse of clothes to pick from. It was a dream come true. I recommend every woman do do this for herself at least once! Since the shoot, I have purchased several Tatyana dresses, and I ACTUALLY WEAR THEM! I always get compliments on my outfits, and everyone loves my black Love Boat purse! The team at Tatyana are quick to offer suggestions as to ways to alter or accessorize clothing items. I love the classy, chic styles offered by Tatyana. I always look forward to their new items. They are gorgeous! Tatyana is my favorite place to shop! The store now even has true vintage items. I found an amazing vintage plaid dress that actually fit me. (Vintage sizes tend to be tiny, so I feel very lucky!) I could and do go on and on. Last weekend I traveled back home and gave a friend a couple of Tatyana dresses. One was the black pencil Alika. It was like it was made for her. I never complain about anything, but buyer beware from Tatyana.com, I received my order and the quality is that from a chop shop, After much arguing I was sent an RMA they made me pay for return shipping, did not refund my shipping and charged me a restocking fee. Spread the word, they even admitted to selling over 800 of that dress, now if that isn't a chop shop i don't know what is. read more

Tatyana is the go to location in Vegas for vintage inspired clothing as well as actual vintage outfits! We hated when the store on the Strip closed, but were excited to recently discover the store on Main Street. I am confident we will be stopping here every trip from now on. read more
