I stopped by Las Vegas North Premium Outlet once a year. I noticed a few new stores since the last time I visited. And wow, Aritzia right next to Burberry? Awesome location. This store is huge and they offered a large selection. The employees are so nice. They offered to help after seeing me browse and grabbed a few things. I was told there is another location at Caesars Palace on the strip. I would come to this location any day. If you look hard enough you can find items on sales. read more

This was the one place that I needed to stop by on my Vegas trip as I love Aritzia! The store is big and beautiful. I was greeted by a few different workers but all were so kind and hopefully and made sure I wasn't holding any items for too long so that I could look around. I feel bad and I forgot the girl that was helping me but she was petite like me and she had long light brown hair and was Asian. She was so helpful and was kind in finding items that I needed and ordering me the right size. Truly she is a gem to have at Aritzia! Also the fitting rooms are big and nice and I like that they have mirrors inside as the one in OC doesn't have that. The price and quality here is good and fair. Some could be expensive but they are good pieces to have. They have a big and good selection and I can't wait to come back read more

During my recent visit to this store, I was approached multiple times by associates asking if I wanted my items placed in a fitting room- five times total, by four different employees. While I appreciate the offer of help, the repeated interruptions made it difficult to shop and put together a full look. I eventually agreed just to avoid being asked again, but when I entered the fitting room, I realized I only had tops and no bottoms- and since I was wearing a dress, it wasn't possible to try on full outfits, especially since there are no mirrors inside the fitting rooms. When I went back out to find pants to match, I was approached again almost immediately. The constant interruptions made the experience stressful and ultimately caused me to give up on finding what I wanted. I did purchase a hoodie with no matching bottoms, so I left disappointed. I encourage the team to balance being attentive with giving shoppers space to browse- it makes a big difference in comfort and experience. read more

Thus is a very lovely yet approachable clothing store at Caesar's Palace Hotel forum shoppes. I'd have never walked in except my daughter informs me it's one of my granddaughters favorite spots. She is a very tasteful dresser with impeccable taste so it was worth a peek. I must say, it's immediately a feast for the eyes. The color palette was perfect and turns out, it's very Italian. My fave! The price point was reasonable and we enjoyed looking through everything in the store. Bought a few things and will definitely return. read more

I don't think I've ever met a more beautiful soul of a sales associate ever in my life. His energy was magnetic! He's so attentive, made me feel like I was the ONLY person in this store. Honestly I would buy anything if he sold it. I wasn't in the greatest mood today to begin with, and his personality just flipped my entire day around. Between all the employees and especially Erica, who went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. At one point I apologized for trying on SO many things and she responded with "no it's okay, it's fun!" and proceeded to help me out. Their return policy is absolute TRASH. I felt violated as I tried to return a $200 outfit that I didn't end up wearing on vacation. I was within a 30 day window, which is what NORMAL retailers require, and I was told you can only get a full refund within 10 days! A 10 day return window is absolutely ridiculous for how much they charge. Especially when I still see the same outfit sitting on the rack at the same price. It's no wonder they are always out of stock in sizes... no one has a chance to go home and decide they like something or not before the return window is up. Now I have a $200 store credit for a store I don't plan on shopping at ever again. Thanks for nothing Aritzia. read more

This was my first time shopping at Aritzia and I'm not going to lie it at first glance seemed like just another typical clothing store....then I touched the fabrics especially from the line Babaton and I swear to god it's some of the most buttery fabric I have ever put on my body. I'm a tiny lady and it's hard to find things that actually are form fitting to me but seeing these sizes go from a 2XS to a 2XL I was so happy to see the range. first time shopping here. I bought a sweater during the Black Friday sale, and was not told that it was final sale. I came back twenty minutes later to return the sweater and was told to come back the next day be a use returns are not processed on Black Friday. The store manager and the cashier told us to come back the next day to process the return. When we came back the next day they refused to process the return because it was apparently now final sale. The sweater was not on sale when it was purchased and we were told multiple times that the return could be processed. read more

Amazing store!! The clothes here are so cute and the people are the sweetest. I was walking around with a couple of items and they immediately offered to help me with it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing, was that the sizes were not really inclusive. A lot of clothes only had sizes 0, 2 and 4 left. They should be a bit more realistic and order more of the 'bigger' sizes ( not that size 10 is big, it's just America...) read more
