She was so helpful and patient with me as I looked and asked about almost every piece lol we ended up finding a necklace, bracelet and earrings to go with my outfit! I am very happy with my purchase. Their clothes run smaller they're more so fitted for juniors also mentioned by the associates. Associates were welcoming and helpful. Some items I will say are a bit pricy for what they are but some are affordable. Just depends on the material and such. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on. The line was very long at the time for me. Make sure to ask about return and exchange policies some items are FINAL!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and after mentioning that I needed to make an exchange, an associate assisted me right away. She checked her handheld device to see if the item was available in-store. When she found that my size wasn't in stock, she immediately offered to have the replacement shipped to me. The return and reorder were handled quickly at the register, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Even better, I made the exchange on Wednesday and my new shorts arrived by Friday. Excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

One can move and be motivated by the feeling while wearing this brand. All that can come from a pair of tights. You might just sit back and go, how is this possible? If you wear Lulu then you understand. Of all the locations that I have encountered the interactions between the staff members and customers is truly amazing here. They want you to be happy with your experience with their products. While their pricing of their products they offer are high the quality is apparent. And if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations then you are free to exchange or return it. If they end up being defective they will replace it on a case by case basis . My online ordering experience was smooth and efficient. Payment was processed without any issues,…read moreand I was notified almost immediately that my order was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup experience at the Fashion Show location was disappointing. The associate who assisted me was not welcoming and provided very little communication throughout the process. She asked for my ID, but the order wasn't under my name, and I had to explain whose name it was under. Her lack of communication made the entire interaction confusing. After checking in, I was left standing there with no explanation of what was happening or how long the wait would be (it's was nearly 20 mins). I eventually had to approach her and ask what exactly I was waiting for. Only then did she explain that someone was retrieving the item, needed a key to access it, and was in the process of locating it. That information would have been helpful from the beginning. A simple explanation such as, "Someone is retrieving your order and it may take a few minutes," would have set expectations and made the experience much more pleasant. Instead, I was left standing there wondering whether I had checked in correctly or if something was wrong. Neiman Marcus is known for its customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising. While the online ordering process was excellent, the pickup experience fell well below expectations and left me questioning whether I would use the service again.
