Horrible customer service. I purchased a sweater and without even using it after the initial wash the ZIPPER BROKE. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE RETURN. The manager was worse he made a face saying we're not those type of stores while refusing to honor the return. I will never shop at H&M ever again. My friends and family will know about this All the stores including Trader Joe's Sephora ultra when something is wrong with their product I just have to show the credit card I used for the purchase and they will gladly honor the return. I even would buy more items just because I am at the store again. Poor horrible customer service. They have some nice selections but the only thing I don't like is the return policy. If you buy something and it's the wrong size they won't let you exchange it for a different size and if the price lowers they won't give you the difference in the amount that was originally paid. read more

I had the BEST experience at H&M. The store has been updated and looks amazing, but I was having a bit of trouble finding a specific purse I had my heart set on. That's when John stepped in--he truly went above and beyond to help me track it down and made sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted. His kindness and determination to help made such a difference. And I can't forget Lei, who was just as amazing. She assisted me with everything else I needed and made my shopping experience feel smooth, fun, and personal. This is what real customer service looks like! I had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers at this H&M location. Her name is Megan. I asked her a simple yes-or-no question, and instead of responding professionally, she gave me a rude look, perked her lips in an exaggerated "O" shape, and just shook her head from side to side--no words, no explanation, just attitude. As a customer, I was shocked that someone in a managerial position would act so dismissively. It made me feel completely unwelcome. Thankfully, another employee named Anika stepped in and helped my friend and me. She was kind, respectful, and actually did her job. If it weren't for her, this visit would've been even more upsetting. I truly hope H&M management takes a closer look at who they are putting in leadership roles. I'd give 5 stars just for my girl Natalie that helped us check out! She was a sweetheart from the start. I'd like to say Tami the MOD was not so much. Bad energy from the beginning. As an MOD myself in customer service. I didn't appreciate her tone towards guest and her employees. Natalie got scolded in from of us which I felt was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. I really love this store. You can get floral t-shirts, sweet colored khakis, and pea coats all under one roof! Plus awesome socks and chonies for a pretty reasonable price. I went to this location for the first time on Black Friday. The lines sucked but I got tons of awesome deals which was great. My roommate always makes fun of me for my love of this store, but when he got there, he ended up leaving with 5 items as well. There is really stuff here for everyone and I have gone back twice since to buy more stuff for X-Mas gifts and a new pea coat. The other times were less busy and received awesome customer service on the floor along with at the register. Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store! This review won't be as long and in depth as usual because quite frankly, the employees are rude and not inviting from the moment you walk through the door. Location: This location is in the middle of downtown Summerlin across from Benyeh. There is plenty of parking. Customer Service: AWFUL. Not friendly at all. We left immediately solely based on the way we were greeted with attitude. Overall: This was not my cup of tea of a place to shop with good vibes and want to spend money. We went just a couple of doors down to Urban Outfitters and were greeted with open arms. I will never shop at this H&M again. Yesterday 7/25/2023 at 7:58pm my mom went in to the store and a girl told her it was closed, my mom had both my kids with her. (Double stroller) while I was working out at the lawn for 8strikes. My mom as she was trying to turn around with my Cadillac stroller a young black gentleman was pointing with his fingers to head saying "is she stupid or what we close in two minutes." So instead of leaving she asked to speak to the manager an Asian lady and told her and pointed at the guy who insulted my mother of what he had said to her. We will be going in tomorrow again getting his name and making a full review on him. Is this the kind of people you hire ? Just because it's closing they don't know how to treat people with respect? How would you feel if your mother got disrespected like that as well. This is not going to be let go of. My mom is in town visiting me from out of state and to just have her tell me this was beyond aggravating. Glad I wasn't there because I would of taken a picture of him and posted it as well. I love this location! I has parking conveniently located directly behind the store with Charlotte Russ and Forever 21 a few doors down. This store has a pretty big women's section as well as a male section upstairs. I just love H&M because it is super trendy and super affordable. I like to buy a variety of different professional and casual outfits to wear, so I always come here. I love that I don't have to spend a fortune on clothes and that they always have deals or specials going. I have always had good customer service whenever I am in the store. The employees always ask if I need anything and usually the changing room attendant is friendly. read more

Yesterday 10/10/21 I was shopping at this location with my son. The cashier lady overcharged me for 2 items 50$+tax total. My total amount was 634.87$ so she figured she can charge me extra I even looked at her when she was doing it and she started getting nervous, however I didn't say anything I paid for it and than I stepped aside the cashier and counted my items on the receipt and in the bags . 19 items on the receipt as I suspected and 17 items in the bag. I counted 3 times . I asked for the manager. A man name James came and he was already very angry and asked me what's going on with an attitude. I told him they overcharged me for 2 items. He and another lady started counting my items. He was throwing my clothes on the floor that I just paid for. I asked him to stop doing that nicely. Than he took the bags to the cashier and was counting over and over again but he was very angry and didn't seem to figure it out or maybe didn't want to figure out what I was overcharged for. 30 min into it he tells me to pay again for the the items with a only difference of 5$. I told him that he owes me more than 5$ and he supposed to give me a refund not to charge another 600$+ to my card. Now he is even more angry . He does something on the cashier again and he tells me he owes me 16.70$ . I told him that's wrong he needs to find the write amount I don't have anything with 16.70$ and no 2 items I bought would add to that knowing they owe me over 50$. He told me I can either take it or get out of the store. I told him that's stealing and I will call the cops on him. He said call the cops which I did. Unfortunately the cops don't think it's an emergency so none came. So here I was helpless , humiliated and disrespected at H&M for trying to spend 600+. So James said he is going to call security on me so I leave the store and walked away. A few minutes later another man name Saul came and told me to leave. I told him I m not leaving without my refund. He said he will refund me 16.70$, I refused to take the wrong amount so I told him to cancel the whole transaction and give me back my 634.87$. He pushed some buttons and said he did. I looked at him and wondered what kind of drugs he is on and asked him how he did it without my card. He got angry and told me to insert my card wich I did. He pretended to do something again but of course he didn't do anything and told me again he returned my full amount. I told him you didn't do anything show me the proof where is the receipt. So he gave me a voided receipt with -16.70$ which by the way not even that amount was returned to my card. I told him that's a lie and he is stealing my money. At this point he didn't want to give me my clothes back either .I raised my voice so everyone can hear me and I told him you not stealing my money and taking away my clothes. Than he gave me my clothes back I never received my 50$+tax overcharge. I called the corporate office and filed a complain. I will also file a police report and get a lawyer today. James and Saul you guys are people without morals and integrity. However I believe that you guys are not above the law and corporate. read more

This is one of the nicer H&M's that I've been to. The clothes are well organized, the place is clean and the employees are pretty nice. There were only a few areas that seemed a little unorganized, a huge upgrade from the ones I've used to going to. The prices here are pretty reasonable although I feel like they have gone up a little bit. I came here to look at bathing suits and while they had a bunch they seemed to be missing my size. I guess it's just the popular thing to get right now. This store can get pretty busy but they seem to have enough staff to cover everything properly. Good spot to get clothes! read more

Really love that an H&M opened up right near me but every time I go inside the store, there's something wrong. Either the upstairs cash registers don't work, upstairs fitting room is blocked off for some odd reason or the cashiers downstairs are understaffed and you're forced to wait 10-30 minutes in line. However, most of the staff is very friendly and will greet you and check up on you if it looks like you need help or assistance. The prices are very cheap and the quality is very nice. They always keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and still have that deal of donating three articles of clothing and getting 15% off your entire purchase. Reason for the four stars is because each visit there is something wrong with the store and overall the store lacks structure when it gets busy. read more

Not a huge fan of this location. Staff is not to helpful or friendly. Store is on the smaller side for H&M and doesn't seem to be stocked well or kept up. The kids section upstairs is the worst, we couldn't find hardly anything in the sizes we were looking for and the clothes were not organized and in the right areas. It felt more like shopping at a Ross or Marshall's, just rustling through racks hoping to find what you are looking for. Another visit was to exchange some pants that I purchased online, because they didn't have my size in the store (again, not stocked well). They wouldn't do an even exchange for another item, because of the on-line discount. I ended up just having to get my money back and purchase the pants again on-line. I have been here many times. My biggest complaint is about the customer service. There is none!Employees are working, hanging and organizing clothes. Walking past me back and fortIh. I'm serious when I say, I have never been acknowledged with a hello, how are you? Can I help you find anything? No eye contact, nothing! Well today the "up" escalator was not working. No big deal. I'm just trying to find out where the elevator was located. So I asked a man pushing a rack of clothes around the sales floor where the elevator was. The only way I can explain his response was just rude. I got the eye roll as he turned around, pointed and said " its right there" as he continued pushing the rack. Ok, well right there was like 30 feet away and on the left. Boy, he's having a bad work day. So I go upstairs two more employees on the floor putting things away, walking around. And there it was in true genuine H&M's customer service fashion. I'm up there for 20 plus minutes along with another customer. Not a peep out of any employee working. Let me just add I'm not looking for any special attention or for someone to tell me what to wear or buy. Just some acknowledgement that I am in your store about to spend some money. Lets have some common courtesy. My last complaint is that they have a cashier counter upstairs in the men's department but it's never open. Employees are up there working but I have to go downstairs and stand in line for 15 min in the middle of the ladies department. Where the interaction with the cashier is about as dry as the summer air in Vegas. Come on H&M, you have a great looking store with good merchandise that's reasonable priced. Hire people that have some personality that can add value to the shopping experience. And invest more training time to customers service. I personally really like H&M. Trendy and super affordable. I like to keep up with seasonal styles and do not like to spend a fortune on clothes that I will only wear once or twice. H&M allows me to remain current without spending a fortune. This location is clean and well stocked. Dressing rooms have been opened and available any time I've been here but then again, I try to avoid the mall on the weekends. The first floor belongs to the ladies (that's right, we are first) and second is men. I assume kids is on second as well, as I did not see it on first and have no business on the second... After reading another users review I felt obligated to post my own for this amazing store. I too was shopping at Downtown Summerlin H&M on Sunday December 1st around 6 pm. (They close at 7 pm on Sunday's) I received some of the best service from a sales associate who was helping me find some children's clothes for my granddaughter. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect gift. This store has such a great assortment of clothing that I evidently lost track of time, as I glanced at my watch, and noticed it was close to 7 and they would be closing soon. I took my items to the checkout where the clerk promptly greeted me and asked me if I was a loyalty member. To my surprise I received an additional 10% off my purchase for joining and was delighted that I saved a little extra money. Everything about my visit to this store was above expectations and I will definitely be returning. Side note to the guy that was complaining about the store closing in "five minutes": Don't decide to go shopping at a store "five minutes" before they close and expect to get the royal treatment. Have some respect for retail workers, they have to put up with people like you all day. read more

This H&M is consistently understaffed and lacks adequate sizes in products especially men's XL. Every time I've been here (even near open and close times) the checkout line exceeds 10+ minutes. It's easily accessible to the Summerlin community however, the town square H&M is much more staffed and usually has all sizes in stock. I'll take my chances there. read more

On 12/01/19 at about 9:45 I visited this H&M Store in downtown Summerlin and was very dissatisfied with my visit. I walked in looking for a shirt for work, and I was immediately rushed by the sales rep. She told me that they were closing in 5 min ( with a bad attitude). I understood and I told her that was okay, knowing I would be quick. I'm trying on the shirt and the lady comes to me again, to tell me they are closing in 5 minutes ( with an even more negative tone). At that point, I was very annoyed, so I left the shirt and proceeded to leaving. On my way out, I noticed another set of people who acknowledged feeling the same as I did. Therefore, I then proceed to talk to the manager. The manager by the name of Eric, initial response was to tell me they closed in 5 minutes like I didn't already know by this point. I explained that the young lady's approach is what made me very uncomfortable, and was rude. He responded by saying "what would you like me to do" and I told him that he should allow the few customers left to purchase without feeling uncomfortable. I understand that he doesn't have to let people in, but not rush people out. read more

I order online from H&M all the time. I ordered a few kids clothes and most of them were too big. Due to COVID, I wasn't able to return them in time before the 30 day return was up so I went in Store to exchange some items. I went up to the cashier and told her my situation and she said that if it wasn't too long past the 30 days, I was able to get a refund back on my card. She Issued me back a refund for some of the items that I brought to exchange. So I went back two days later to return the rest of the stuff that I had bought that expired and this time I wasn't able to return them. The cashier that was helping me was super nice and helpful but when he asked one of the keys to approve the expired return, all he said was no, can't return it. I explained that I was able to do it a couple days ago and he rudely said "no they shouldn't have done that for you". Not even an apology about the mix up. I think his name was eric, I just know he had shitty tribal tattoos. Sorry you're a grown man who's miserable working at a retail store. Doesn't give you an excuse to be rude to customers when your employees were the ones that messed up read more
