I was in there for at least 20 minutes. No one ever greeted me, no one ever came to tell me about any specials. They seemed to notice almost everyone else shopping in the store. They seemed to start fitting rooms for almost everyone in the store. And I seemed to wander around with a pile of cloths waiting to even be acknowledged. After being passed by several times by both associates waiting for anyone at all to offer me a fitting room , I set my pile of stuff on a table and walked out. Not sure what happened to the great service I've become accostumed to receiving here, but it was anything but. Worst trip in I've ever made. Maybe retracing these 2 so called customer service associates would be an idea. Very disappointed.

This time I finally did, actually tried things on, and was surprised by how much worked. The store is light, bright, ultra feminine, and leans modest with soft fabrics and thoughtful details. It definitely skews younger, probably teens into early twenties, but that doesn't mean you can't find pieces that work if you know how to edit. I'm not typically a frilly girl, but I still found items that made me look fresher and more put together instead of older. It feels like a more approachable version of LoveShackFancy, without that moment where you look at the price tag and immediately put everything back. And that's refreshing. What's frustrating is how many department stores and women's brands seem to design for a much older customer. You walk in and everything feels like it's trying to age you before your time. Even brands like Veronica Beard, and sometimes Zimmermann, can add years instead of taking them away. Altar'd State does the opposite. The pieces feel light, easy, and uplifting. There's a sense of joy in the clothing that's hard to find right now. I want to bring my 82-year-old mother here so she can find clothing that adds joy to her life and doesn't age her.

Months later, my orders started getting canceled without explanation, and I began receiving emails accusing me of keeping merchandise that had already been returned. I explained multiple times that both items were returned together, but customer service responses were repetitive, confusing, and unhelpful. When I requested the corporate address for a complaint, they repeatedly sent the warehouse return address instead of properly addressing my concerns. The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and frustrating. After being a loyal customer since 2018, I no longer feel comfortable shopping with Anthropologie due to the poor communication and lack of accountability.

Yesterday, I spent several hours in the Mall, both Christmas shopping and shopping for an upcoming…read moretrip to over seas, in which I will need linen, light-weight summer outfits. I spent time, and purchased items in each of my favorite stores where customer service is consistently top notch: Neiman Marcus, Zara, Free People, Ecco etc. I started my shopping day, in Neiman Marcus where the moment I came up the escalator headed to the pick up perfume, at least 5 different sales people greeted me, and even walked with me over to the Jo Malone station, waited with me until the appropriate sales person arrived, and helped me look for the specific scent I desired. A sales person also called on their cell phone, to find out where the sales person was that I needed. She stayed and chatted with me until the Jo Malone representative showed up. This same kind of attention to detail and excellent customer service was offered in each of the other stores I shopped at as well. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall. I was ignored when I first walked in the store by several sales people who were in the front of the store. And I heard and noticed sales other shoppers, who came in the store after me, receiving a warm "welcome in" greeting. I walked in big circles around the store for 20 minutes slowly, and still not one sales person came over and asked if I needed help! I finally ended up at the very back of the store near the stock room and dressing room, where a man who looked like he was stocking the shelves, noticed me on his way to take a rack of clothes to the discounted section. He kindly asked if I wanted to have a look at the clothes before he took them over. We chatted briefly because at that point I was so relieved someone finally acknowledged me in the store. Exhausted by the entire experience, I was ready to leave, when I noticed a man with a turquoise and silver necklace on, walk all the way from the cash register, cutting directly across my path as if I was invisible, to let the gentleman shelving the sales items know, when to take a break. He then walked past me a second time, ignoring me, however he acknowledged and warmly greeted another female shopper nearby. I decided to stop him, and ask if he was the manager. He said he was one of them. I pointed out how badly I felt being in the store for over 20 minutes and ignored, and then worse than actually being overlooked in the store, he said, with the nastiest most patronizing and condescending tone, "Ooooh My"! No apology, still no greeting, nor any inquiries as to what I might be shopping for! I told him what a major problem it was for the store to greet some customers, and ignore others. He continued to make condescending remarks as if making fun of me. I simply walked away, and before I headed out of the store, I made certain to remark to another one of the "so-called" managers how I was ignored. She was a bit more sympathetic, however by then it was too late. Long story short, if you are a POC, don't bother shopping at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas. They have horrible customer service!!! Spend your money elsewhere, where the sales team cares about the shopping needs of all people. I purchased items from every other store simply because of good customer service.

Warning - Unauthorized Charges…read more I visited this store one time to accompany a friend while she was shopping. Since I was there, I purchased a single item. Somehow, after that one purchase, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without my consent. I didn't realize it until about three months later when I noticed recurring charges on my bank statement. I never signed up for a subscription and honestly wouldn't have anyway because I did not like the items or the quality of what I received. When I contacted the company to get reimbursed, it turned into a complete nightmare. They kept telling me to contact customer service, which I did multiple times. The strange part is that they claim they cannot find an account under my phone number, email address, or credit card. The only reason they say they can't locate it is because my purchase in the store was made by tapping my phone for payment. At that point, I had no choice but to block the charges through my bank. What makes this even more concerning is that after mentioning this to my friend, she discovered the same thing happening to her. Her sister thought my friend had been using her credit card because she had been getting charged monthly from Fabletics as well, even though she never signed up for a subscription. It gets worse: my friend later discovered that her deceased partner is still being charged monthly for this subscription. This is extremely concerning. There are recurring charges being taken out every month, yet there are no accounts tied to the payments and no clear record of merchandise or subscriptions. The only proof these subscriptions exist are the bank statements showing the charges. Be very careful when making purchases here.

I cruised around the store looking for something to catch my eye, but I knew that I was there to purchase a new bra. After Roxanne, finished a customer call, she asked me if I needed assistance. I let her know the size and brand that I have purchased and that I was totally clueless as to what my current was. She was so patient with me and I think I tried on at least 10 bras in the whole hour that I was in there. (I am so OCD, I clasped and hug every bra back on hangers) They did not have the size for the style that I wanted in house, but I was able to take a picture of the tag and order it online. Now I know my size and Wood style fits best for my current and ever-changing body shape. I appreciate Roxanne's assistance as she was the only one there at the time that I was in the store for an hour, and I cannot wait to see if the purchase online will in fact be a perfect fit. They had a pretty good sale going on in the back of the store also

The quality isn't high end or sophisticated, its affordable for a younger demographic. Although they always have a sexy, splashy, sometimes a little puzzling image in their display ads at bus stops, store fronts and magazines, a lot of what they sell is basics, like black tops, leather mini-skirts, lacy dresses, mix and match tops and bottoms, high heeled and boots complimenting clothes for the junior body. Where as H&M is great for the practical straight shooting Suzy needing to go to work on a budget, Bebe is her naughty, but not quite wild, friend who likes to strut her stuff off a little after 5. It's like a Forever 21 with a little more discerning taste, better quality of clothes, and a lot more cooler than your average Juniors store.. Bebe is best for juniors, petites and woman who are in shape. There are those who think they are this, and you got to love their attitude and confidence, but I have seen Bebe glittered tops and other body conscious pieces on women who have either a fun house mirror, or mirror mirror on the wall, and that is not reality. They should go to Nordstrom's, STAT! Or if they're older, maybe even Chico, where a size 5 is really a size 10 or there abouts. Graduate into Misses fashion, instead of trying to force feed that body into tight fitting, bulge producing, muffin top junior number. Hey any woman can look fabulous, just wear the styles that fit your body, not the other way around. This Bebe's is just south of The Strip, not far from the Rental Car center of McCarran. It's in one of those Malls that wants to be a Downtown City in the suburbs, like many of the newer malls going up now. This would be like Santana Roa in San Jose or Bay Street in Emeryville in the Bay Area, or in Rancho Cucamonga and other eastern burbs in SoCal. And true to their image and target customer, this Bebe's had a couple of hot, young girls working there with great figures and nice personalities, well, nicer than in a designer boutique and more attentive than at Macy's, and a lot more available than at H&M. One Filipino, the other Vietnamese, the manager Caucasian, and all 3 petite. Which is why 2 out of 3 were wearing the exact same jaguar print new platform/spiked 5 inch high heels that girls are tripping all over themselves trying to wear, as they are in fashion right now. We might see a few broken ankles, maybe a few broken necks, before that fashion ebbs away. It's hard to have that Bebe swagger when you think you are going to fall with every step! Some of these girls walk like a broom is shoved up there....well, you've seen it, you know what I mean! My favorite relative opted for a high heel for her prom dress, but it was a zig-zag large ribbon strappy number, perfect for spring, fuschia in color with silver soles, and wrapped above the ankle with a secure velcro clasp, offering her a little more stability perched on those heels she wasn't really used to yet.. $115 for the pair, and she is happy. Good thing I won at the Craps table, so I can smile too. Another Bebe girl in the making? Yeah, maybe. But it's Ok with me.

I did find two suits, light pink and a classic gray style available! Both looked fantastic! If you have rewards through Express, using the rewards at this location is a breeze. I used the physical rewards received in the mail with no issues! The store was well organized and the inventory was stocked! Service was fantastic at this location! I normally shop at the Express at the Fashion Show Mall, but I would come to this location again!

BEWARE OF BETH, the "Store Manager" - Worst Retail Experience I've Ever Had…read more I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at the Express location in Town Square, entirely due to the behavior of the store manager, BETH. I purchased a coat online that ended up being too big. I initiated a return online and went to this location with the intention of returning and exchanging it for a smaller size, since I truly loved the coat. When I entered the store, there were hardly any employees visible. A couple and I stood at the register for several minutes waiting for assistance because no one was stationed there. Eventually, BETH came over and assisted the couple ahead of me. When it was my turn, I explained that I was there to return and exchange the coat. Without saying much, she inspected the coat. I informed her that I no longer had the tags but did have my receipt and return barcode. I also let her know that I had already called customer service beforehand and was told this would not be an issue. BETH then stated that tags were required to return any clothing item. Immediately after, she accused the coat of having a "food smell" and implied that I had worn it--despite me clearly stating that it had only been tried on once at home. I was genuinely confused and shocked by this accusation, as the coat was never worn and had been hanging in my closet for nearly two weeks. She refused to process the return or exchange, offering no reasonable solution and showing no interest in helping at all. At that point, I asked if there was someone above her that I could speak with. She told me I could call customer service but made it clear she would not allow the return. She pulled up what she claimed were store policies, which later turned out to be incorrect and outdated. I left the store and immediately called customer service from my car--not even because of the coat anymore, but because of how poorly I was treated. Customer service confirmed that tags are NOT required, especially during the holiday season, and that returns are based on the condition of the item. They also informed me that BETH had already contacted them regarding our interaction and deliberately ensured that nothing could be done for me at that location. Customer service even suggested I try another store, stating that it was "probably just the manager not wanting to take it." The next day, I went to the Express location at Fashion Show Mall. The difference was night and day. Angelina, a team member--not even a manager--assisted me immediately, treated me with kindness and professionalism, inspected the coat (which was clearly in perfect condition), and completed the return and exchange in under five minutes. BETH'S attitude, false accusations, and unwillingness to help are the sole reasons I am leaving this review. No customer should be treated this way--especially by someone in a management position. I will never return to the Town Square Express, but I truly appreciate the Fashion Show team for restoring my faith in the brand
