There's a lot of places to eat in this corridor that we enjoyed. Several options I know people would enjoy, the walkway is beautiful. Las Vegas need more outdoor options as this. Very cool spot.

Super cute farmers market on Saturdays. So many great vendors with food, trinkets, and goodies for sale. Everything is outdoors so definitely pet friendly. We saw so many cute doggies and we were able to walk around with our pup without any issue. Lots of the food places give samples which is nice. I like to know I'm going to enjoy the food I'm buying. The salsa vendor was the best one. Lots of different salsas to buy and even fresh chips for purchase. I sampled a few but the chipotle and creamy guacamole was beyond words. The vendors I encountered were all friendly and really made you want to stop and take a look at what they were selling. I also saw lots of unique jewelry vendors so definitely a place to check out for the jewelry lover in your life. Many vendors offered deals when purchasing multiple items so that was a big plus.

Beautiful upscale outdoor mall with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Every Christmas they do a parade. It's cute and really gets all ages out here and excited. The area over by Maggianos and Dave and busters is beautiful with a nice walkway, cirque statues, a little water area with the statues, and currently a Christmas tree. For restaurants on a Friday or weekend night I recommend a reservation as we all had to wait.

Love the mix of restaurants, shops, icecream, coffee spots and outdoor seating. There is a Movie theatre, Dave and Busters and plenty of parking. You can spend a great few hours here shopping and eating your way through the day. This was a nice day to walk around outside with my best friend while visiting Vegas and reminiscing of the good ol days when I lived here and we used to come here and hang out. I got my ring cleaned while I was here and inspected. We grabbed lunch at Maggianos too.

The shops in Downtown Summerlin are my kind of shops. The shopping center offers an open-air shopping experience with a good mix of high-end retailers, local boutiques, and great dining options. The area is beautifully maintained, walkable, and has a relaxed, upscale vibe. It's perfect for a night time stroll, grabbing a coffee, shopping, or dinner with friends.

Downtown Summerlin might have been one of the highlights of my weekend trip to Vegas. We went over on a Saturday morning to check out the shops and the farmer's market. There are plenty of places to shop and the whole area is very clean and looks great. But for this visit, I focused mainly on the farmer's market. The farmer's market had such a great variety of businesses selling so many different products. I ended up getting some gourmet popcorn, beef jerky, a bracelet, and some fresh produce. Each table or stall was super helpful and they talked about all the benefits of their products. Some of the healthier options were available for great prices too. I think everything we bought was at a fair price and had such a good value to it. When I am back in town, this is a spot I will definitely come back to visit.

SANTA PICS AT SANTA CHALET - We always come to downtown summerlin during the holidays to take photos with Santa at the Santa chalet! We always have such a great experience. You do the booking online, get in and meet Santa, and then you get your prints/digital pics immediately when you're done. The price is not bad either! Definitely worth it. We also just love downtown Summerlin mall more than any mall in Vegas. It's off strip, lots of great stores, and the vibe is great too.

Spent Christmas 2025 with a family friend and since we haven't been to Vegas in a long time, they took us to Downtown Summerlin, a nice, outdoor shopping center filled with all sorts of retail stores, eateries, coffee shops and an ice rink during the holiday season. Away from the Strip and crowds, it's a people and pet-friendly place. Had a nice, chill holiday stroll and a little bit of shopping with family, friends & furry Corgi pet, Bantha

What fun! I always have a good time at DTS (Downtown Summerlin)! It's a great outdoor shopping mall with many stores & activities! Everything is clean & they are dog-friendly, yay! The selection of places to go is fantastic & it can be pricey, but I always hit the sales, lol! There's many restaurants, too! I recently went to the beer festival & what a treat! It was set up in the nice lawn area in the mall & very convenient. They have an upcoming wine festival that looks good, too! My doggie & I will continue to patronize this fun shopping center!

Ask the Community - Downtown Summerlin

Any other places here besides lazy dog and Lulu lemon that allows pets?

    Yes. Everywhere!

When is their farmer's market? Saturday or Sunday?

    Every Saturday morning till 2:00pm.

Are motorcycles allowed to park at the street near the shops? And are there meters for those spots?

Motorcycles can park on the street and there are no meters to worry about. On street parking is limited to 2 hours. Otherwise there are 2 large parking garages you can use as well which are also free with no time limit.

Are our 4 legged babies allowed here and is there a restaurant we can bring them to?

Yes, pets are very welcome at Downtown Summerlin! As a matter of fact, a lot of stores are putting drinking water for pets to front of their store entrance. It shows a lot of care!

Best Buy- this is a favorite, for hubby, who loves electronics; been here many many times. Office Depot- we've visited once, maybe... Lowes & Costco- we visited Lowes once, not Costco, we're not members (we're members at Sam's Club). When we plan our weekend shopping visits, this is one of those centers we like to visit. This plaza offers a few businesses that I frequent on a weekly basis. The access in and out of the plaza is very good, but not great. Kind of tight on the curves maneuvering up and down the parking aisles. From the street entrance with traffic signals, a left or right turn forces you into an almost immediate left or right turn again or else you drive over parking spaces. You have to be careful turning left and then left again as you are also dealing with vehicles exiting out of the JackintheBox drive thru at that point. Still, it's located directly off of a major street and offers some businesses I like, and it's not too far away for me so there is a convenience factor.

We've been here several times over the past month. Next business on Lake Mead is a soccer field. And two other shopping centers are across from Summerlin Gateway Plaza. It's also across from a housing community. I used to work nearby at a real estate office, so I'm familiar with the area. Now that we live in Summerlin, we often shop in local shopping centers.
