I visited Etho Wellness Park at UnCommons for a Back-to-School Bash hosted by solidcore, and I had such a great time! The park is beautifully decorated and has a really nice wellness-focused atmosphere. They have a sauna, a cold plunge, and a wellness bar with some great drinks. It was a fun place to hang out, relax, and explore. Parking was free for what I believe was 0-2 hours in the parking garage, and there's also street parking available. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back to this area. Now I just need to see what that wine shop is talking about read more

Stuck at the parking exit for half an hour, and forced to pay a full fee for a duration of time that is supposed to be free! Left the garage within an hour of entering on a weekday. This is free, based on past experience parking here. Our ticket couldn't be read by the machine at the exit gate, and when we called support from the exit kiosk, they said in a rude tone, "If the exit gate isn't opening, you need to use a different exit." There was only one exit in the section of the garage we were in! We said that in response and the agent hung up. We called and received the same response a second time before we finally just hit "lost ticket" and paid the full rate, just so we could leave! Been to the Uncommons before and had a good time, but didn't have to deal with the incompetent and rude staff until today. We won't be back. read more

We decided to check out local fall events and discovered the Uncommons Harvest. It was a small gathering with really nice people and a beautiful setting filled with pumpkins of every size and color. There were craft and snack booths along with live music from a talented singer/guitar player. We walked around, took pictures, and bought a pumpkin for our dogs, great for their digestion. Afterward, we explored the Uncommons itself. It's an apartment complex that truly has it all: shopping, salons, spa, fitness center, restaurants, bars, and regular events. Everything you need is right there. Having lived in these types of mixed-use communities before, I can say this is a dream setup. I'm thrilled it's only 10 minutes from home, so I'll definitely be checking out the dining and events at the Uncommons frequently. read more

Uncommon's consist of an array of stores and restaurants but is just so much more. When you arrive there is ample parking with garage parking access. The first two hours are free and the following hours are $3 per hour. Extremely affordable. We were here for the Wine walk Thank you to @Yelp for our tickets and we're happy to see they also had there Saturday night shopping market with all vendors selling their handmade goods. It was so nice and the weather was perfect. There are an array of amazing restaurants to dine at as well as Coffee trucks to get drinks or snacks from . There are many areas where there are tables and chairs you can sit at and listen to the live bands they had playing . The atmosphere was so upbeat and relaxed that we just wanted to keep walking around and enjoy the beautiful night. We really enjoyed our evening and will return again in the near future. read more

Overall, I like the vibe of this place. The inspirational wall murals throughout and the fun community events they have are awesome. I have come a few times for the farmers market, sunrise sessions, and some morning workouts and all have been well organized and fun events. I hope to keep seeing and attending these for future:) In the uncommons, I have had a fun time doing a candle making class at the speakeasy candle co, partaking in trivia night at general admission, enjoying happy hour at Amari, and stopping in for a tea at teaspoon. Love the Uncommon's for the occasional live music in the spacious courtyard. It's also family friendly with seasonal setup, i.e., Halloween, Christmas, etc. ironically, I have only been to the farmer's market once during my first visit on a play date; OR maybe I experienced it one other time?? #mombrain Speaking of memories, my favorite occasions here were mommy & son brunch at the Urth Cafe, as well as multiple visits with my fam at Salt & Straw. I finally had a chance to stop by the UnCommons for an event at Siempre J.B. on a Thursday evening! UnCommons is located off of the 215/Durango Drive. It's a relatively new ourdoor shopping center that's right across from the Durango Casino. There are a lot of dining locations inside the Uncommons! All'Antico Vinaio Amari Blue Bottle Coffee General Admission Siempre J.B. Salt & Straw Urth Caffe and much more! There are apartments you can rent out through Vestra at the UnCommons area! There is free parking for the first two hours, and then $3.00 afterwards. If you're interested in Events at the UnCommons, their website has all of the upcoming events listed for each month! In May, there is a Farmers market! Dinner at Siempre J.B. was amazing! Their steak was delicious! The service was outstanding too! Next on my go to list is General Admission and Salt & Straw which is located in the UnCommons as well! read more

Went on a Monday morning and not much open. Looks like it is a housing/retail community that caters to nightlife. They have a farmers market, but only on weekends. Lots of covered parking, but pay attention to where you parked as the buildings all look alike! Could be fun in the evenings! read more

At the time of visit, the parking garage offered the first 2 hours free, then charges apply after that. The parking garage we used was designed a little tight IMO, but manageable for what I consider an average size vehicle (not as roomy in comparison to casino parking garages). It's a kiosk ticket system. I noticed at least one parking garage security person walking around while we were walking to a venue. Went there on Saturday to shop at a Market that was set up on one of the streets within UnCommons. The venue was nice and I noticed some Market vendors that I've not seen at other Markets at other locations around the city. Overall, it's nice. Still underconstruction in some areas. Still expanding and there is room for more amenities to move in. There are currently at least two coffee cafes (I think they are called Urth and Blue Bottle). There is a courtyard with outdoor seating for Urth. Although I'm not thrilled about the tight parking garage and the terms limiting free parking to two hours. There is very little street parking available as an alternative and since there was none available at the time, I didn't even check to see if the street parking was free or not. Overall, I think UnCommons has good potential. read more

The UnCommons is a newly-developed outdoor shopping center about 15 minutes from the Strip; so new, in fact, that not every retail space had been filled or opened at the time of my visit. We came here specifically for All'Antico Vinaio sandwiches & coffee drinks from Urth Caffe. We also spotted Salt & Straw, wine bar Wineaux, Blue Bottle Coffee, & another handful of modern eateries. There are murals & trendy photo ops & outdoor seating areas with misters that were so welcomed in the summer desert heat. Limited street parking, however there are several parking structures with free parking for the first two hours. According to their online calendar, events such as farmer's markets, pilates classes, & trivia nights are held on the premises. I've yet to see the full extent of what the UnCommons has to offer, but I look forward to enjoying it when it's at its best, which will hopefully be soon. read more

This was my first time visiting the Uncommon's area and I really liked the vibe as it is spacious and outdoors. They have some unique restaurants and I love Salt & Straw. They have a lot of outdoor seating, so it is a great place to meet friends for coffee or dining. The setup is a little hard to navigate, but it is a welcoming atmosphere. There are a lot of parking garages around, just take note of where you park. Also, I did the two hours for free, so not sure how much they charge after that. Underwhelming. That's the first thought that comes to mind. I should have absolutely done more research before suggesting to my husband that we dine here after a day of shopping. I had seen so many fun things online and on socials about UnCommons, I was excited to come by. I am a fan of this sort of project, so I had been eagerly anticipating coming by. However, I don't like going to places that are too new and too popular in the beginning, so I decided to wait. This was a bad idea. We showed up around 530pm on a Saturday night. Parking was easy, and I wasn't too perturbed by the $3 an hour after 2 hours cost because at least the first 2 hours were free. The parking garage we entered was a bit tight lane-wise but there were a lot of stalls available. The signage and pedestrian walkways were confusing, so we ended up just walking out where we entered with the car on the street until we found a sidewalk. I did get to peep a wine bar I have saved in my bookmarks as we walked so I know how to best get there when and if we decide to come back. There were not many people here and a lot of the storefronts were empty or closed. I was expecting the food court to be open, it was not. This is my fault, for not looking it up, but I wasn't expecting something that was ALL OVER social media to just be gone in less than a year (???). None of the food choices that were open (about 3) sounded good so we opted to leave. I liked the idea of this place, but I wasn't a fan of the layout or of the choices. I won't count this place out, as it looks like it cost a lot to build and I'm sure more storefronts will pop up as the area gets more housing and other projects but for now, I'll just go back to patiently waiting. read more

There are a lot of great places to check out in the Uncommons. Salt & Straw has great ice cream with some unique combos. They have a farmers market on Sundays with some good vendors. They have General Admission to check out any sports. The poke place is pretty good for spam musubi, just wish it was cut a little thicker. I like the free street parking but not the pay to park in the garage. Definitely a place to check out. read more

What's one great way to deter locals from coming? Charge for parking. Came today for rare society which was pretty awesome but would I come again? Maybe not. This was the first time I've ever been charged parking after the gabillion times I've been here but I guess maybe the first longer than 2 hours. Healthy food choices, common areas, workout places, bars, restaurants, and free events every week! There are even events to support local farmers markets and local little shops/vendors/artisans. At first I wasn't sure I was going to like this place but it has started to grow on me as I have visited quite a few times now. The location is easy to access right off the 215 and directly across the street is the new Durango Hotel and Casino. There seems to be only one way to access Uncommons so I hope they are working on other roads to enter. I attended a fun Yelp event here about a year ago at Speakeasy Candle. I have met friends at Wineaux a couple of times now and enjoyed some of their wine. I have dined at Urth Caffe and enjoyed dining outside, I have ate at the Food Court before it closed, tried the ice cream at Salt and Straw, met friends for cocktails at Todo Bien and recently met a good friend at Siempre JB for lunch. Value? You can expect to spend some money here. No doubt the businesses here are being charged high rent which always trickles down to the consumer. Service has been good at every business that I have patronized. Their restrooms are spotless which we can all appreciate. The variety here of food and drink offered is fantastic and it continues to grow. Parking is free for the first two hours and then you have to pay. Minus one star. I feel Locals spots should not charge for us to park. There is garage parking and street parking for one hour. read more

We tried the Sundry today and sampled things from three different providers. We found the food tasty, especially the fried chicken, but the whole ordering by QR code with a 20% tip added on top in advance is a bit off putting. Other things that could be improved: Uncommons is advertised heavily as dog friendly but the patio access was roped off from the street and so we went inside the Sundry to inquire about where we could sit with a small dog. As soon as we entered the building we were immediately told he wasn't allowed inside. Okay, we asked where can we sit with a dog? We were instructed to sit on the outside patio that is roped off from the street access side with a clear sign that says "don't enter here." I asked how we were supposed to access said patio and was told to follow the person through the building we were just asked not to be inside of with a dog. This was confusing and could be improved to help other patrons. While the servers were all nice, we did have to request cutlery (twice) and it was never the same person coming outside. I would expect better service for an automatic 20% tip. The prices are pretty steep on quite a lot of the menu. Maybe it reflects the quality, but with the service being a bit random I am not sure I want to give this another try. I realize this place is new and still finding it's feet. I would say that you could certainly make it clearer when and where dogs are allowed if you want to target that market. read more

I give Un Commons three stars for now because of all the construction still going on and I'm waiting on some new eating places tyhat are to open soon. They have no control over the mess that Durango Drive is. For the UnCommons itself, there is still a lot of construction going on. I have been here four times now and I know how compact the dining area is. With the two garages, it makes it easy to park because the limited parking on street isn't enough. I walked a good distance the first time I was here but now that I know the layout, I park closer to where I need to be. In a few months, I'll come back. There are palces I want to try, and I'll give them time to get things closer to being finished. There is a lot of promise here. I will update my review ina few months. read more

First, I love visiting food halls and restaurants. UnCommons, in particular, have some good restaurants surrounding the quad. I've been to Urth, Salt & Straw (favorite in San Diego) and The Sundry (different restaurants in good hall.) Love the DJ in the courtyard (Friday afternoon) and it looks well kept with workers cleaning up. I'd like to recommend to UnCommons that they install misters. It's HOT AF in Vegas, and this would help for patrons to enjoy the outdoor bar, etc. There's a lot of parking surrounding the area with 2 hours free. 30-minute parking available, too. The Uncommons has had a slow roll out of retail spots over many months. So depending if you visited Uncommons a year ago or last week, your perspective might be different. With Urth Cafe as an initial opening anchor and also a personal love of mine, I have been to the Uncommons quite a bit and have witnessed the evolution. Again, a persons perspective might be different if you stopped by eight months ago and only Urth Cafe, Teaspoon and the Speakeasy Candle company were open and the parking in the garage was free. If you were there this past week as I was to gobble up the much anticipated Salt & Straw Ice Cream (maybe The Godfather of Ice Cream....I'm just saying) and maybe pop into The Sundry with their cool concept of a higher end experience of a food court and paid for parking after two hours, you will note that things have evolved and continue to evolve with more traffic, more tenants, more interest. The think tank behind the Uncommons is well aware of what the general public might not have seen eight months ago but seems more in view now. The growth that is occurring and will continue to occur at the intersection of Durango and the 215 is happening. With future blocks of the Uncommons to come on line in time, from Durango Station to open later this year, with more live/work spaces right there, from the the Ikea across the highway and the Harry Reid Research & Technology Park around the bend, this section of town will kind of explode a bit real quick. Easy to reach and lots of unique retail spots (did I mention the first Salt & Straw to the state is located here!), I am a fan. But most importantly, did I mention they have possibly the cleanest public bathrooms in Las Vegas that has partnered with the Marilyn Project. To be real, I'm a woman and I am often finding a restroom, so this is like icing on the cake that is the Uncommons to me. read more

This is a cool place but I don't think that construction is finished, as not all of the spaces are completed (Coming soon, Salt & Straw, woo-hoo!) and there's an unfinished project across the way. But, so far, I'm liking what I've seen, so far. There is a main seating area in the middle which is really cool. It is square-shaped and open. It is a really cool seating area, nice aesthetics. I like the easygoing vibe (chill). Nice place to visit with family or friends. We also passed a seating area on the side, which I also like very much (see pic). I didn't really notice many signs, so we stumbled upon Teaspoon (this past sunday, see "Yelp Elite Experience at Teaspoon at the Uncommons", for the detailed review), by chance, which was at the back of the development. We also saw Salt & Straw, which we are very excited about (we've been to the Downtown Disney one). There is parking along the stores (free) complete with marked areas on the street and a small garage parking (paid). Come to think of it, there was another small garage, not far, that I spotted as we were exiting the development. The parking situation reminds me of Town Square, but mini-size. I saw the Draft Kings space. Other stores are: SunLife Organics, Urth Caffe, Capelli hair salon, Mercadito local market, and Speakeasy Candle Company. I will be writing up a review follow-up as more stores open up for business. read more

Visited this place today with my son looking for a cozy spot to get a milk tea. Been wanting to check it out this spot so here it is! - very Californian vibe brands such as urth cafe, salt and straw, tea spoon, etc - it's new and clean with some nice architectural details and clean modern landscaping.. -30 min parking most store fronts but they have parking garages as well. -they have apartment for lease if you like to live in the community. Super underwhelming experience. At 2pm on a Wednesday pretty much none of the restaurants or shops were open except for URTH cafe. The entire food court looked shut down. There was absolutely no reason to come here lol. I had high expectations because I remembered hearing about the high end food court online. This was a super lame stop. I went to the Durango casino for the first time afterward and got to see an actual nice food court finally. read more

Part of the reason the Strip is hurting too. Places seem to also charge "strip" prices which isn't very appealing either. Otherwise like the vibe and lighting. Family & pet friendly. I really didn't want to write anything negative about the Uncommons because I think this is a great addition to the SW area but I also feel that the restaurants chosen to occupy. is of higher end to 'attract' a certain crowd and yes, I've been people watching. It's nice that the restaurants are opening in phases so by the time the whole place is complete, there wouldn't be overcrowding with foot and vehicle traffic. The Main Street with TWO parking garage entrances will create a lot of gridlock and human traffic. We're going to see a bunch of people walking in between cars to get across. Many have been complaining about the parking charge after the 2 free hours. The responses from the 'owner' makes it sound like we're lucky to get 2 hours free! lol. I see this in a lot of CA shopping centers...which is why I don't drive out to shop. They do this to keep people either from lingering and spending extra time or spend more and get the Free Parking Validation. I believe the UnCommons creators already know business will drop dramatically once the Durango opens (with free parking) and guess what? Locals and tourists wouldn't want to risk their lives crossing the street to visit the Uncommons...which would also satisfy the future residents living there....No loud noise after dark so they can sleep. read more

This new outdoor shopping center is quite nice, with desert-friendly landscaping, a large court yard area for outdoor dining (currently overwhelmed by Urth patrons), and a few small seating nooks sprinkled throughout. But there's all of five stores open here right now so I'm not quite sure why they're charging for parking. There are some free 30 minute street parking spaces and the garage doesn't charge til you go over 2 hours but still - who is their target audience willing to pay for parking off the Strip? The area is still under construction so it seems unnecessary - but this project allegedly cost $400M. It looks like they also have some residential spaces on higher levels. I have high hopes for some of the restaurants that are still under construction (particularly Kaiyo and Amari). As businesses open, I'm curious to see if more access is added - it seems like you can currently only really get here from one street off of Durango. It also raises concern that one of the future businesses, a gastropub, has signs up that they will host car meet ups in the future - with what space?! The buildings are all so close together that I can't see where they'd do that. I'm interested to see how all of this unfolds as the area develops and the shops eventually open, but I likely won't be a regular visitor if I have to keep an eye on the clock while enjoying a meal with friends. read more
