Great value! Clearance all year long buy 1 get 2 free! During Holliday season it's buy 1 get 3 free. new styles pushed out every Tuesday. Store is messy bc they are short staffed but if you are nice to the workers they will help you! If you're looking for something specific ask managers as they have most knowledge of product. Employees are responsible for ship from store so that's why orders take a while to be processed as there is a lot to do. read more

I work in retail, so I have higher expectations whenever I go shopping in a store that isn't where I work. I needed some cute tank tops and was also looking for shorts for the bf since it's like 110 degrees right now. They were having a BOGO 50% off the entire store so I decided to stop in after I got off work and check it out. Ok first of all, what happened to their AC? It was super hot inside!!! I know sometimes AC units can crap out, but at least be apologetic about it. No one even acknowledged that it was hot except for other customers. Second, customer service was awful!! 2 girls were just in the corner talking and were trying to hide while on their phones. They just kept chatting it up while there was a huge pile of clothes on the floor about 3 feet away from them. When I walked by them to look at tank tops, neither one of them said hello. Another time I was there, this tall kid was just hanging out at the register not even talking to other customers. The little brunette cashier, I think she was the manager, was nice and rang me up. The layout of the store was pretty awful too. Crap everywhere on the floor, hangers all tangled up with each other and stuff not even in the correct spots. I found a shirt in the clearance section but was also on one of their other tables. Like is it on clearance or not? Maybe of their sales associates weren't talking so much it wouldn't be that bad. I stop in every now and then to check out any deals they may have, but I know that my experience is going to be bad. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Basically the staff at this store obviously doesn't like to work and they always close the store before closing time. Kind of annoying when there is still 30 min to shop but because they are all lazy they would rather have the company lose money and turn away a potential buying customer. What a shame. Side note. I also live in Las Vegas and this store is always closed before the actual closing time. What's the point of a closing time of it isn't going to be followed. I hope the general manager actually reads this review and takes does something about it. read more

The employees were great. I feel like they always are. Super helpful. The store was a little thrashed in some areas. It was like someone had went through and just thrown all their clothes on the floor. BUT I have worked retail. I get it. The way that some people shop.. it makes me cringe. But there was at least a couple employees there that I saw that were busy fixing that up. read more

Wow I had super great customer customer experience and service. The young girl really made my day with her great attention, smile and attitude. My wife I really appreciate her recommendations regarding current promotions. This is something you cant teach someone it come natural and that's what she had. I hope the Regional manager reads this review and give her a raise or bonus because she is really good and attentive to clients from out of town and by the looks of it to locals as well. Typical mall location of Pac Sun. Decent selection but could be much better. Numerous employees available to help but can get annoying with their pushy sales attitude (the same girl came up to me asking if she could help 10 times, I clearly didn't need help). Got some good deals on t shirts though. Buy one get one half off when I was there. What really impressed me was the customer service when I asked if they had a shirt in medium. She checked in the back and couldn't find one. But she then checked online and found what I wanted in medium and for less. Good work from the Maui girl. read more

I've been to this location twice now and have never had a problem. The staff can seem a little overworked and frustrated but have always been helpful and nice. It is an outlet mall, so they do see higher than normal traffic. The selection could use some improvement. It is very limited and repetitive. The prices are good, both times I have walked in, there was a buy one get one 50% off sale. So I cannot complain about that. Each time I have checked out, as soon as I showed my military ID, I received a discount. The cashier was friendly and doubled checked to make sure I found everything and knew all the promotions going on. Pretty good store, especially for an outlet location. read more

Just left this location. The red head is definitely not friendly and I guess the store picks & chooses when a military discount is applicable to their military customers. Which is weird because this store has always applied a military discount when a valid ID is presented. read more

I work in retail management, and I'm always at this location, so what what I experienced today was completely crazy and out of character. Let's break it down: When I walked in, I was greeted by a dude named Kentrell. Nice dude. And he was the only one helping customers. There were about 4-7 people behind the register talking to each other about how they didn't like the people that they worked with, and that they wanted to go and work for their old manager, who left and went to another company, and was also part of the group in the store (I'm paraphrasing, there were some ugly worlds used in there while they were talking),as well as a girl on register, also contributing to the conversation. I'm not sure if it's acceptable for your management to have a store full of associates and only one helping customers, but that's what I witnessed. All I heard throughout the entire time I was at the store, was cussing from this group. Mind you, a store full of customers, in a mall that has a bad shoplifting problem, each and every associate was talking to each other behind the register except one . Kentrell showed me some stuff that he knew Thought I'd like (which I ended up buying). I got in line, and proceeded while while the manager and a couple other people just stood by talking. It took the manager about 10 minutes to finish up his conversation enough to get on the register. The entire time he was at register he was talking to someone else, not the customer that he was serving. The lack of management skills and customer service skills this man had was mind boggling, and it showed throughout the store; be it the lack of customers being helped, the fact that he completely ignored everyone that was in line, and the type of language he and his group were using. I'm not ever sure that half the people behind the register were employees, because at one point they had hugged each other and half of them left the store. Like I said, I'm always at this location. There is a girl that works there during the morning usually with awesome colored hair and glasses (can't remember her name, but girl you rock) and it was a completely different place when she was there. She was courteous, brought me many things to try on, and even let me know that this location was hiring. But with the kind of behavior I've seen today, I will be shopping at a different location. From were I stand, Kentrell, and the nice girl with the crazy hair and glasses are the only saving grace in that store. I really hope the staff that was there today gets some kind of re training, because I've never seen such terrible service from a company that I shop at literally every other week. The whole atmosphere at this location was very negative. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, which doesn't bother me. But if you want your store to look welcoming, welcome the people in. As I was looking for a changing room a guy finally said just to go in. Again, that's fine but if a guest looks lost, help. Finally when I was about to check out I was on my phone for a sec but off to the side, minding my own business. Finally I turn around to walk up to the register, one girl gives me a blank stare like "do you need something" without saying anything. Very rude, seems like she's still in high school with that attitude. So I continue to say "yes I'm ready" because no one asked me if I was. Finally the girl walks away to organize. She was wearing black pleather pants and her hair was up. The guy that's cashing me out doesn't say a damn thing until everything is ran up and he hands me a bag. Then just says a generic "have a good day". Like he hates his job. This guy was wearing brown rimmed glasses and a hat. Maybe some new staff is required. read more
