We were able to line up at 6am outside of the Forum Shops, so I arrived ~5am to ensure a spot at the front. The process was slower than I expected, but very well executed! From crowd control to the merchandise and customization options, I was happy. Since there was a limit of two items and two designs per item, I ended up with a T-shirt and Tote! My husband got a Hoodie and T-shirt. Shout out to Tyler who helped us out at the "Nike By You" counter on the second floor.
