just now New I LOVE this shop!!! I had been searching for quality faja since i had my tummy tuck 8 mo ago. I used my stage 1 faja that I got coming out of surgery in Turkey and it was great but i needed the next stage and could not find anything of quality in Hawaiʻi and I am very skeptical of doing online faja shopping. I just searched for fajas on Instagram when i landed in Las Vegas and this place popped up and their ads kept popping up so I called and made an appointment. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Jackie and Jennifer are incredible host and i felt pampered from the moment i stepped in the door. I walked out with one stage 2 faja that has amazing compression and lifts my butt and rounds out my hips. I also purchased a waisttrainer that allows me to take a break from the full faja or can be placed on it. Reasonable prices for the great quality garmets. I have worn it for 2 days and will call the girls tomorrow to order 1 more to be shipped to me. If you are post sugery or just want to be snatched (i went from 37inch waist pre-faja to 32inches with the faja on) this is the place to go! read more

They have the cutest set up. The quality of the fajas are superior to any others that I have tried. They take your measurements in your panties and bra, so prepare for that. It caught me off guard but the sales associate made me feel super comfortable. Shout out to Jacki read more

Customer service was cool...they got me in pretty quick after I reached out. However, everything is extremely overpriced. They almost force you to buy just for trying things on. I didn't get a chance to decide and wasn't told until after. Also, they basically only accept cash otherwise they charge you 3.5% for using credit. (Also, not something explained beforehand) It was presented to me like I wouldn't need another faja after buying the second and that's simply not the case. So $200 for something you spend less than a week in....none of the garments are custom in any way they just tell you the best size based on your measurement which is also listed on a size chart. go with Amazon. Previous review was done on the spot at check out in order to get $5 off. Knowing this now I cant trust all the reviews read more

I was introduced to M&K through a trusted friend, and from the very first step--scheduling my custom fitting appointment to finding their location--the process was seamless. As someone just one week post-op, I can say with complete honesty that this experience was everything I didn't know I needed during such a vulnerable time. The faja I received from my surgeon caused discomfort and concern--it compressed my hips, which were one of the areas I wanted to preserve the most fullness in. Discovering that M&K offers custom fajas with zero compression on the hips or butt instantly peaked my interest. But what I experienced when I walked through their doors went far beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth and hospitality. Their waiting area is not only aesthetically beautiful but thoughtfully designed with post-op clients in mind--offering water, pineapple juice (an amazing touch for reducing swelling), and BBL cushions so I could sit comfortably while waiting. The team took their time with me. They walked me through every design option with patience, knowledge, and care--truly listening to my concerns, goals, and preferences. I never once felt rushed or pressured. They made sure I was 1000% confident in what I was purchasing, which is so important when you're investing in something that directly impacts your healing, your comfort, and your body confidence. They offer not only exceptional post-op fajas, but also a range of waist trainers, shapewear, and even a clothing line that I noticed during my visit. And beyond their product variety, it's their energy that sets them apart. The staff at M&K are beyond friendly--they are kind, attentive, and made me feel like I was with family. That emotional comfort, especially during this healing journey, was absolutely priceless. I already have my stage 2 faja fitting scheduled in two weeks and I truly cannot wait to return. I'll be telling everyone I know--whether they're post-surgery or simply looking for quality compression wear--M&K is the place to go. They have something for every body type, every need, and every stage. Thank you, M&K, for helping me feel supported, seen, and beautiful--both physically and emotionally. I'll continue to update my journey, but I already know it will only get better from here. With heartfelt gratitude, Desirae read more

I cannot say enough good things about this faja/undergarment boutique! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, and expert knowledge. The staff truly took their time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect faja that fits like a glove--comfortable, supportive, and sculpting in all the right places! The quality of their products is top-tier--durable, breathable, and beautifully designed. Whether you're looking for post-surgical support or everyday shaping, they have something for every body type and goal. I left feeling more confident than ever! If you're on the fence, don't wait--this is hands down the best place to shop for high-quality undergarments and fajas. Worth every penny! read more

The service was exemplary the variety was unbelievable and, they saved the day for me since my surgery was much more difficult than I had anticipated. The compression garment supplied by my surgeon was very uncomfortable. Luckily I had gotten my phase 2 compression garments from Mocha & Karamello in advance. The fabric & closure is such a huge improvement, I switched immediately! I'm going back as soon as I'm allowed to drive again-2 weeks post op, to buy 2 more. The prices are so affordable I don't mind buying 2 more. Highly recommend them. read more

I really appreciate Stephanie for listening to me which reached my high expectations and Alexandra for being professional, very cautious overall hygiene wise for me and her colleagues. I had a wonderful experience here at Mocha & Karamelo Faja Show Room through out the entire process from booking an appointment and finalizing my purchase. This complex is far from me but it was worth the drive, it would be wonderful to have them branch out to Summerlin location. The ambiance is well kept clean, organized, they offer delicious complimentary madeleines, chocolates and beverages. Good customer service. Faja on the other hand is a -0. This is a buyer beware. Do not I repeat do not take there opinion if it does not feel well when you put it on the faja I purchased for over 200+ literally folds into my sides please see pic causing pain.... I should have went with my first mind but instead I asked the young lady about the folding side and was told it was normal not knowing after sometime of wearing it I'd be in pain.... But that's my fault lesson learned .... Buyer beware if someone is trying to sell you something they will say anything... I'm just saying. Listen your body read more

Mocha & Karamelo just saved my life. Seriously. I needed a stage 2 faja and had no idea where to go. I asked the internet's opinion and everyone seemed to suggest that this was the place to go, so I decided to call and make an appointment. Their website and telephone demeanor led me to expect high quality service, but I was in no way prepared for the Rodeo Drive experience that awaited me at the showroom. Upon arriving I was greeted by that good spa-candle smell and offered a choice of beverages including wine and Perrier. There were lovely chocolates and pastries on display as well. After a brief wait I was ushered into a private room and waited on like a queen by Alexandra and Stephanie. They were so knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions and in the understanding of what was required after my procedure. Their selection is gorgeous and massive. Alexandra took my measurements and brought a couple options for me to try. The fit was perfect in the first attempt. I ended up leaving with two fajas - one all sophisticated and sexy and one super comfy. I feel confident that the combination of these two garments will get me through the next six months of my recovery (they do alterations too!). Thank you to Mocha & Karamelo for a wonderful experience and top quality product. read more

Today was my first time shopping at Mocha & Karamelo. I purchased 4 Stage-2 fajas, an abdominal board and a back board. The facility was pretty, clean and inviting. I wish I would have taken pictures while there. Perhaps next time. (I will definitely be visting them again soon for alterations). They have a huge selection of Colombian medical grade fajas, waist trainers and other items tailored to keep your waist snatched. Their products are good quality and they provide alterations there for items purchased. They provide a personal shopping experience by appointment. My personal shopping experience with Stephanie was amazing. She asked me several questions about my procedure (BBL); she measured me; and she provided a safe inviting space for me to try on as many fajas possible. She helped me get into the fajas and taught me how to put them on myself, which I totally appreciated. While trying on the fajas, I asked questions and she was generous with her knowledge. She gave me many tips for my post-op journey. The great take-away for me from Stephanie is that using a faja should be a lifestyle, especially after my BBL procedure. This was one of many best pieces of advice Stephanie provided me today. I am EXTREMELY happy I was referred to them by my massage therapist. I will be recommending Mocha & Karamelo to everyone. read more
