There were a lot of people shopping here for Back To School. I checked out the clearance racks. Lots of swimwear bottoms! I used to love this store, but now, it's just alright. I guess 'cause the sizing changed a bit. I am more in between jeans sizes. I'm in between size 0 and 2 petite. And stringbean is sprouting, so the child size is too small for him now. I still have points to redeem. I don't understand the fascination with huge wide leg bottoms on jeans and pants for women. I am very short, so this style would not suit my body type of frame. And, also, people, this style is not new. It was 1990s. Yeah, style recycles over and over and over again. Some people are oblivious, the aisles are tight or small and there are families- three or four people, blocking the entire way. I had to navigate a way out of the store. Next time, I'm going to "Excuse me!" loudly. It's not rude, it's being assertive. read more

For some reason, this location seems bigger and cleaner/ organized. I actually found many things in my size. The cashier was nice and friendly! Lots of ample parking within this mall and the dressing room wasn't a task to find. It's located across the check-out. read more

I have been finding a few things I like each time I visit which is a good thing. The prices of the items I've wanted are reasonable. It's interesting that the sizes I need vary greatly dependent upon the style of clothing and the cut of the style. Fascinating. But, that's okay. As long as I'm finding things I like at a price I consider reasonable, I'll continue to shop at Old Navy. Parking at this location is very easy. It's a nice atmosphere. I had a return and it was easy to find the items and also find other items because they always have great stuff at great prices. Arleth was the associate that helped me and she was great. My son with special needs was refused access to the bathroom during normal business hours. I had to beg not 1 but 2 people, one of which was the manager to please let us in. Manager states both bathrooms were being mopped and that's why they was not available. Upon arrival to old navy, the employee was seen NOT mopping. The old navy employee had a household Green Swiffer Sweeper Dry and Wet mop, which was turned upside down while she was tossing the white insert away; while doing this she talking through her left ear pod. On the right side was the old navy speaking device they all use. Not sure if a household Swiffer Sweeper is an approved commercial grade cleaner via CDC standards. To recap the incident: My adult disabled son had to go to the bathroom. I saw both bathrooms were open (doors were open) and not in use. I asked the Old Navy employee if my son could use the bathroom. I was told no. I was begging the girl to please let me in, which she then said she couldn't. I then said my son needs to go to the bathroom, the girl said let me ask my manager. The old navy employee (by the bathrooms) then stated that "my manager said no". I then asked to speak to the manager. By this time my adult disabled had pooped his pants, I could hear it, see it and smell It. Once the manager came, i had to begged her to please let my son use the bathroom. The Old Navy Manager said the girl was mopping, but I could see , she was NOT. There was NO yellow caution sign up when mopping, just a large gumball machine blocking the entrance. Cameras can be pulled up at that exact time the bathrooms were approached by myself to verify. The "Wet Floor" yellow caution sign has to be up, which is legally required to be put up when mopping per OSHA: 29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2). If old navy mopping the floor was legally asked if they put up a yellow caution wet floor sign up when mopping - yes or no? Old Navy employee would have to answer "NO". As there was NOT one. Instead they use gum ball machine; cameras can be pulled up. Great store. Well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was shopping for an outfit for a Christmas party and needed a great pair of pants. Old Navy had so many great options. The store was clean and so were the dressing rooms which was great because I had a lot to try on. It was really easy to find sizes that I needed. They even had a great selection of tops to try on with everything to get the best experience. It had been years since I had been in an old navy before this experience. I don't remember why i stopped going but I have been back since. This store is really great and I recommend shopping here plus the prices are really great. read more

This place has a lot of selection but at the same time they don't. They do because the store is stocked but not in all sizes all the time and what they have online they don't have most of it in store. It's good for women and children and small men. Muscular or big boys don't have a chance here which sucks because I like the styles of old navy. read more

Fashion is always changing and sometimes you don't quite get the pants you are used to. It has to be all about the fit because comfort is paramount. I bought a couple pairs of Old Navy jeans in the past in the straight fit. I noticed, however, they were still pretty tight around my calves. After some time, Old Navy came out with a loose fitting jeans and I love them. I went to this location to get a couple of pairs since some of the other stores in the area were out of stock for my size (gotta love having a long torso and short legs for your height). As soon as I started looking at the jeans , I was asked if I needed any help and where to locate assistance if I needed it. I used the dressing rooms as well and they were very clean/organized. Sometimes dressing room areas become the clutter king at some stores, but not here. Overall, I was pleased with my experience here. Old Navy is a good place to shop for staple/basic pieces. Most of their stuff is comfy and of decent quality, and lasts quite a while despite being super affordable and sometimes down right cheap. My faves at Old Navy include their active wear, pajama pants and waffle knit thermals This place gets really busy though since it's located at Downtown Summerlin, and they often don't have enough cashiers so the checkout line can get quite long sometimes. If you know what you're shopping for ahead of time you can shop online and pick it up in the store. I've tried it a couple times when there's been an online sale and it was painless! You bascially skip the line and walk right up to the online pick-up counter. Show your ID, they'll give you your order and off you go! read more

I like to buy things online and return because it's just easier with two small kids and this store isn't very stroller friendly. It's hard to maneuver around with a shopping cart too because there is just so much to display. I do end up actually shopping in this store more often than not but online is how I normally go. Whenever I go though, it's always busy. There's always some kind of "deal" going on and the weekends are the worst time to go. I even tried going a few times during the weekday and it was still busy. I guess that's good for the store but that also means lines are long. Sometimes they get so backed up at the cash register that I've waited about 15-20 minutes to check out. It's hard when all you want to do is return the stuff that you buy online. However, they never give me a hard time about what I'm returning. Just like this weekend I had bought a frost free jacket only to realize when I get home that it was ripped. I went back the next day and waited 10 minutes and they let me exchange it. Overall, the deals can be amazing just be aware that it gets super busy! read more

I like a lot of things about Old Navy. I loved their original yoga pants, until they changed the style. It was fabulous to be able to buy a pair of pants that didn't need to be shortened. But all good things must end, and they're not the same now, when they have them at all. Some shirts and blouses were hanging on the forward-facing wall rack, and were displayed in such a wrinkled state that I can't imagine what management was thinking. Or if they were thinking. Or looking. This time, many of the items seemed more shoddily made than usual. But I did manage to find a good quality dressier sweatshirt (an oxymoron, I know) that didn't look like it was on sale, but turned out to be 30% off. That's how a visit to Old Navy usually ends. There are some good values to be had, but you need the fortitude to separate the wheat from the chaff. read more

I've had a pleasant experience every time I shop there. Employees are friendly & helpful. Lines can be a little long sometimes, but the employees try to move as quickly as possible. Even now during covid, they are still running pretty smoothly. My only pet peeve is that the packaging is the only receipt included in your order & I sometimes have issues with an order not coming up when I need to return something, but that is due to issues with their system. read more

For someone that isn't a fan of buying new clothes and dreads figuring out what to get, I approached the check out area and asked the first person there if she would take on the task of helping to find some stuff that isn't so boring and fit me correctly. It turned out to be Stephanie (one of or the store manager) and she accepted the challenge. She seemed to understand right away what I wanted and picked out some things for me to try on and was very understanding and honest. Ended up buying pretty much everything she picked out and was surprised to see that there is still some really awesome customer service out there and was provided with a great and memorable experience. I stumbled in this location with my niece since she loves this store. It has been years since I popped in one and I was impressed with their selection, prices and store size. I'm a Banana Republic/Gap fan and primarily wear your classic basics. Old Navy is part of that family and I was happy to pop by and browse. What you will you find at Old Navy? A ton of options. Think plain classic crew or V neck T-shirt and plain jeans. I ended up picking up two pairs of wide-leg linen pants and two t-shirts for the hot Las Vegas summer days to come. Two outfits for 60 bucks. It was a nice surprise and I will put Old Navy on my rotation to stock up on my basics. Obsessed with this location, its out of the way but they have the cleanest store in the city. Customer service is present and very much appreciated, and it's never super crowded. Never a long wait to pay for anything and always able to try on my clothes without a long wait. I spend at least $200 bucks per week at this location and I love how Old Navy always has a deal. I've been to this location twice, and I don't know why it doesn't have good reviews. I have had great experiences here. The staff are always helpful. I'm not a huge Old Navy shopper, but I do love their jeans/pants and the sales they have. I got $6 sports bras just yesterday. I think the store is well organized, like most Old Navy locations. If you want something on sale though, you must come early or there will be very little stock to choose from. This store isn't as big as the one in Town Square, which is the one I go to the most, but it will do. read more

I am a regular ON shopper mostly for my kids but I also purchase a lot of my activewear from there as well. Went in today to purchase new swimsuits for my kids to go to the water park tomorrow. I was fed a bunch of bologna about the flip flops I was buying for my son had to be a final sale because they were damaged. They considered a minor color difference as a damage. I explained I didn't want or need the discount, I wanted to be able to exchange them if they didn't fit. A young lady at the register that was assisting the cashier as if she was a store manager and wasn't helpful at all started my frustrations with her lack of willingness to provide decent customer service. The manager wasn't much better. I was told this person was the store manager and not just the MOD - I later found out that was a lie. The person they told me was the district manager is actually the store manager. I asked her her name and as I took out my phone to enter in my notepad, she starts yelling for me not to take her picture. (My phone wasn't even pointed in her direction) They left me standing at the register waiting to finish my transaction for about 30 minutes. I asked SEVERAL times if someone was going to finish my transaction. My blood was boiling at this point. As I was walking out the door, I pushed over some sweaters (I shouldn't have but I was livid - I've worked in retail and I shop a lot and have NEVER experienced something like this). The store manager followed me out the door yelling something at me. I asked what she said, she went on to attempt to mock me when I said a customer should never be left standing waiting to patronize your business. She then told me she's sure I'm twice her age.. I'm sure I'm not but what a thing for a "manager" to say to a customer. I'll either order my kids stuff online or go to the location at best in the west (at least they are nice over there). read more

This location isn't my best Old Navy pick. The staff is friendly but very young and unapproachable. The staff should open up more and have customer greetings. Maybe taking training from their sister store at Town Square may help the ambience in the store. The store is very messy. I found myself helping cleaning up cause I can't imagine my mother coming in and buying clothes that was all over the Flores. The store does have a cool interactive screen for kids to play and keep entertained. Now that's a plus for parents who shop here. Standard Old Navy, with friendly, helpful employees. Because Old Navy insists on laying so many products on tables, it usually looks like a tornado rolled through if there's a sale going on. Ample parking and the fact that it's next to a number of other stores and restaurants make this a great spot to get your basics. read more

This Old Navy is in one of the nicest shopping centers in Las Vegas, but it is by far the least organized, and most cluttered. Don't even try to go through the clearance racks, there is zero organization, and things are crammed so closely together it's impossible to see what size things actually are, as the hanger labels rarely coincide with actual sizes. The ladies room looks as if it has never been cleaned since the store opened. A thick film of dust and grime sits on everything in the rest room, there is "hair" and discarded toilet paper everywhere. It's a good thing I'm flexible because it took some creative leg positioning to exit without touching the door handle. Will avoid this location in the future. read more

Don't love the clothes here. They just don't seem to be the best quality, but it's a great place to shop with kids. Super family friendly. This store is very messy and i spoke with a couple of "leaders" who they were very rude and apparently had other (more important) things to do rather than assist me and my family. There was an employee named Kyle who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another employee named Amia was super nice and friendly. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at ON happen today. Avery a manager at this location wasn't just rude to me after telling me she expected me to drive over to ON on Stephanie Blvd (20 miles each way) to pick up an item they had in my size or pay to have it shipped to my house she threw a pen, receipt paper with her info at me rolled her eyes and said have a nice day. She was rude and shouldn't be a manager. She told me that there were no other mangers there she was the store manager which I found out was a lie. Dan is the store manager and their were 2 other managers there. She gave me 800 number to call and complain instead of her area managers info like I asked for. I don't have high expectation shopping at ON but, I don't expect to be treated like this being the customer. I also hope this isn't driven from me being a gay individual either. There are plenty of other shops in the area I will never spend my money at this location. I can order online with free shipping right now. OLD NAVY 4-12 at 12:50p EPIC FAIL.
