TJ Maxx Rainbow and lake Meade.
    Neil E.

ACTUAL STAR RATING: 3.5 The TJ Maxx located at Rainbow and Lake Meade is well stocked and clean. The staff is helpful when you ask for it, and they are following pandemic protocols. I prefer shopping at the TJ Maxx and HomeGoods combination stores located throughout Las Vegas, but if you are a TJ Maxx loyalist, this one is as good as any other found around town, combined with a HomeGoods or not. REVIEW AT A GLANCE RECOMMENDED: Good SERVICE: Good to okay PRICE: $$ COVID: Practices pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient REASON/INTENT: Clothes shopping

Stopped by T.J. Maxx to pick up some items before my Paris trip and I had the unfortunate experience of having Reanna check me out. The problem with micro aggressions are that the people who display them don't realize in this climate of society. Your micro aggressions aren't so micro anymore. I have an issue when I am the only person of color and you clearly don't say hello or say thank you or goodbye after my transaction, however, when I'm standing in line, I see you speaking to all the European people with all your nice pleasantries. for your customer service and for allowing your employees to miss handle your patrons of color you get just one star. In my opinion I think that management knows and does not care about this employees behavior, because there was a manager at the front counter.

I got a golden knights shirt here. They had a lot of great stuff this time. The line at check out was insanely long though which was quite annoying. I came for a lamp which I didn't buy here but happy I got a cheap new shirt.

This was my first time shopping at this location. It was okay. Just like the other ones I've been to. I mostly shop at TJ Maxx for the discounted makeup. I found a few things. Like other stores it's a hit or miss. The good items sell out fast so you have to buy it soon as you see it! I was satisfied for the price I paid.

Was here on opening day, 5.15.14. This location used to be a Borders in the corner of Best of the West shopping center. Lends itself to the discount giant as the space is large and feels "open" not like you are crammed in. On 5.15, it was packed with people, great merchandise, a DJ spinning and people to direct you to the next open cashier from the queue. Today, inventory looked a little picked over, except for the Men's department. With Father's Day approaching, clothing, baseball caps (including some Heat championship models) and gadgets are plentiful. The luggage section seems to be holding up with brands like Samsonite and Calvin Klein available in a variety of sizes at a discount better than outlets are offering. In the purse section, Dooney & Bourke was a good buy, but Coach is cheaper at outlet prices. Sunglasses=diverse inventory; picked up a cute pair of Juicy for $24.99. This is key for people like me who repeatedly lose them; stings less when they are cheapos. Like any other TJ Maxx, you have to be an educated consumer to do well here. Unlike other locations, this is bright, clean and well organized. The staff I've interacted with have all been super friendly. ***this car park is CRAZY! Dunno if it is proximity to 95/Rainbow/Lake Mead, but be careful. Free-for-all mentality*** Welcome to the 'Hood! Worth a peek.

What happened to the Bath & Body Works store???…read more We visited this past sunday, Mother's Day- 2026. Hope that all you moms had a nice day! We parked in the parking garage across from Macy's. (Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) Checked out the following stores: Lush, the Lego store, Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom Rack, & Rack Room Shoes. It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

I did come across a few clothing stores I genuinely enjoyed, which isn't always easy to find. The landscaping is beautifully done. The greenery, open spaces, and overall layout give it a polished, inviting feel. It's clearly been designed to create an experience, not just a place to shop. The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.

The lady in the fitting room, doesn't look like she enjoys her job. She didn't say hi, or welcome. She just stood there and opened the door. She's tall and skinny emo girl. They have a lot of nice stuff but they definitely raised prices. I can find the same stuff for the same price in better condition at Target. The LP there didn't watch a homeless man stuff his bag and looked like he did a swap out. Saw tags on his pants and a shirt. Lazy... he was definitely noticeable, seen him outside with his cart going through trash. And was also high on something. They were too busy worrying about the carts. Anyway, the bathroom has mold all over the the corners, the door etc. Very gross bathroom, how can they let customers use it. I kept sneezing in there and just uncomfortable. I recall having get-togethers for grubs at Kona Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Hussong's; and most recently the new place, Loaded Empanadas. Apparently, there is much to offer here. Let's not stop at envisaging the restaurants. The shopping plaza increasingly has stores selling furniture, outdoor lifestyle gear, formal attire, pets and supplies, health and beauty merch, liquor and liqueur, plus your regulars such as Target, Ross, and Office Depot. It's busy as ever especially with the holiday season. Parts of the parking lot have a queue and bustle of pedestrians and shoppers. That all attributes to the spark and attractiveness of Boca Park. The other awesome thing is this Plaza is directly across from another lovely shopping and dining locality (Tivoli Village) off of Alta Drive. I love this area!
