We were here for Member Mornings where customers with TJ Maxx/Marshalls credit cards are invited in one hour earlier than the 9:30am opening time! We get a free gift - today, we had a chance to select a large white tote bag with fuschia handles or green handles - and we got one entry blank for a gift card. Guess who's name they called??? Mine! Yippee! Thank you! I enjoyed looking at the cute Easter merchandise and Hello Kitty items! I did also look at footwear and clothing, but nothing caught my attention. I'm glad I stopped by this TJ Maxx to see what they had in this Vegas location. I have to say this place was pretty organized while walking through the place. If you haven't been to a TJ Maxx it has a lot of different discounted clothing, handbags, jewelry, shoes, and kitchen appliances. I walked around the whole store and found some good finds to bring back to LA. I bought a lifted dog bowl holder that was made out of wood from Vietnam and it was only $19.99. I also found a cute Hello Kitty display that she was wrapped up with donuts. It's always kind of cool to step into different locations to check out what they have because sometimes you could find something different or unique that you didn't know you were looking for. read more

This is probably my favorite TJ Maxx n town. They always have everything I don't need, but end up buying it . Because duh! I obviously do need it hahaha. Definitely love coming here. The staff is alwayssss helpful and friendly, and I'm here at least once a week. One time I had an issue with an extra charge and the manager was so helpful. She's awesome, always see her walking the floor whenever I'm there. read more

Stopped by T.J. Maxx to pick up some items before my Paris trip and I had the unfortunate experience of having Reanna check me out. The problem with micro aggressions are that the people who display them don't realize in this climate of society. Your micro aggressions aren't so micro anymore. I have an issue when I am the only person of color and you clearly don't say hello or say thank you or goodbye after my transaction, however, when I'm standing in line, I see you speaking to all the European people with all your nice pleasantries. for your customer service and for allowing your employees to miss handle your patrons of color you get just one star. In my opinion I think that management knows and does not care about this employees behavior, because there was a manager at the front counter. read more

This used to be Borders. On the corner of Best In The West shopping center, where the Ulta, Old Navy & now, Marshalls is located. On our first visit, I didn't like it. Why? It is smaller than the average TJ Maxx store, so there is less inventory. I didn't find anything though. But it is clean. There is a security guard. Items are well-stocked. Today we visited, I had a $25 gift card (usually I have trouble finding something in this case), but we found a few things, one box of coffee K-cups, two home care items (silicone sponges & furniture felt pads) and one harness for our female dog; the grand total was $17.88. I considered a cute hat but didn't really need it. I checked out the bags. I also checked out the children's socks, the pet section & the home section side. I guess the more you browse, the more you will find. Today's visit really changed my original opinion. If we are in the area, we'll check it out. This chain remains one of my favorite stores too, for sure. read more

This was my first time shopping at this location. It was okay. Just like the other ones I've been to. I mostly shop at TJ Maxx for the discounted makeup. I found a few things. I love wandering around this place and finding so many hidden treasures and treats! From international novelties, unique furniture, kitchen and dining ware, candles, wall and home decor and of course, clothing, this place has a bit of everything and the variety is amazing! After recently moving into a new house, a lot of our decor is from TJMaxx and I get lots of complements as well as feeling confident in finding something special as a gift here. Also, with having to let go of a lot of my clothing in the move, I've found some great pieces here from activewear to clearance and sandals. All of them I love and wear everyday, so great price per wear! There are new things all the time as the stock always changes so it's always interesting to find new pieces each time you go! Was here on opening day, 5.15.14. This location used to be a Borders in the corner of Best of the West shopping center. Lends itself to the discount giant as the space is large and feels "open" not like you are crammed in. On 5.15, it was packed with people, great merchandise, a DJ spinning and people to direct you to the next open cashier from the queue. Today, inventory looked a little picked over, except for the Men's department. With Father's Day approaching, clothing, baseball caps (including some Heat championship models) and gadgets are plentiful. The luggage section seems to be holding up with brands like Samsonite and Calvin Klein available in a variety of sizes at a discount better than outlets are offering. In the purse section, Dooney & Bourke was a good buy, but Coach is cheaper at outlet prices. Sunglasses=diverse inventory; picked up a cute pair of Juicy for $24.99. This is key for people like me who repeatedly lose them; stings less when they are cheapos. Like any other TJ Maxx, you have to be an educated consumer to do well here. Unlike other locations, this is bright, clean and well organized. The staff I've interacted with have all been super friendly. ***this car park is CRAZY! Good for gym clothes and some clearance items- go elsewhere for anything else. Clearance section is a jumble, womens and juniors sections both mixed up together. Store has a giant cosmetics area and half-decent furniture and home decor, but I came for clothes and there was no organization to any of the sections I browsed and dresses were strewn all over the place. Went at noon on a weekday, so it's not as if I came just prior to close and wondered why it looked like a bomb had hit it. read more

It's a new store and seems much more spacious, brighter, and more organized than all the other TJXs I've been to in Vegas. Nothing was strewn around, and the home department was much more appealing than in their other stores. The staff I interacted with were friendly. Now if they'd spend a few bucks and use price stickers that peel off easily, without me having to waste an eternity at home, wrestling with them along with GooGone or other smelly stuff, I'd definitely bump up their star rating. read more

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the manager on duty at 6pm, on the 20th of July, was loudly lecturing her staff. I could hear her from 2 aisles away going on and on for 5 minutes straight. Later, when we entered the line, we waited while she continued to berate her staff. She was disrespecting her staff by talking to them like children. Instead of lecturing them, she should have rung us up. Ironic how she was the biggest problem in our shopping experience. read more

This is a good store. Well merchandised and clean. Friendly/helpful staff including Mike. He answered several questions correctly and was happy to help out. Excellent customer service skills! This is one of my favorite locations of this chain in town. It's usually not busy in the weekday evenings and early mornings on the weekend. I believe that Tuesday may be the day when they get new arrivals. Check the back of the store on both sides for clearance. There is more than one section! I went in to a t j max for the first time after Covid and just loved it great prices on bags and shoes. That's the only reason they get 2 stars. I have been going back at least once every 3 weeks to see what's new always end up with something. Well today I went to look at the clothes. I need something nice for a picture. I'm by no means a little woman. So I look and look and look they have nothing above an xl so if your have curves don't bother. They have nothing bigger than a size 12. Now come on 12 really and forget about anyone helping you. I do not think I will ever go back. Last time I checked people were all sizes and an xl if you have a bust may not fit. Really not cool I already have issues with my size and I walked out of there more ashamed of it. read more

I shop in here at least twice a month and sometimes more if I am nearby. I always find something! I was never much of a fan of this chain when we lived in NC because I didn't like sifting through all the clothes and at that time it seemed there were more high end clothing so although discounted, it was still out of my budget back then. That was 15+yrs ago, and now I've come to enjoy shopping here. The clothes are more affordable than I remember, and I usually get luggage here. That's what really brought me back in. I was looking for the 4 wheeled luggage several years back and just so happened to peruse the whole store, and been going back since. At times I can find beauty products lower than in stores. I get makeup brushes and other items for a good price. The shoe section is a hit or miss. I've found nine west, sam edelman, guess, and other brands here. Not too shabby. I like the food section which is also hit or miss. My family likes the keurig coffee, so we've been going there for that, but lately it has not been in stock. And with this kind of store, you never know if you will see it again. They have a little bit of gourmet items too. The store is always clean and the customer service is great. Although the checkout lines seem long, it goes pretty fast because they have efficient cashiers. read more

Save yourself the trip. Rude employee rushed us out of the fitting room, and she threw away my mom's starbucks drink AND put away the clothes we were going to buy that were both inside our parked cart in the designated area. When my mom asked about where the clothes had gone, the grinch woman told her to "get them off the rack". Didn't apologize. Nothing. We weren't there close to closing so I couldn't empathize with such a sour woman. Update: I visited this location for the first time since the last time I visited (which was when I wrote the review above) and by coincidence, the same woman was in the fitting room. She seemed to recognize me and if she didn't, then I can only imagine what kind of person she really is. Any-who, I had three pants to try on and she very bluntly asked how many, and handed me the plastic number. I don't mind blunt behavior so I carried on. I tried my things on and unfortunately, they didn't fit quite well. I exit and I hand her the three pants and this grown woman SNATCHES them out of my hand. I didn't really give her the satisfaction of seeing a reaction from me so I walked back to my friend who I'd stop to shop with. As I walked away I looked back and saw that the woman's demeanor was different towards another woman who walked out of the fitting room stall, to which she provided amazing customer service, saying things such as "oh wow did you find everything okay? How did they work out for you?". The woman proceeded to help the things out of her hand and by that point I had seen enough and just headed to checkout with my friend to pay for his things. Before I left I did ask an associate if I could speak to a manager to which she responded respectfully and called for a manager. The manager, who's name I did not catch, unfortunately, was very polite and was the true face of TJ MAXX. She presented herself with such elegance that she made up for her rude and disrespectful employee. I told the manager about the past incidence that I didn't wish to bother a manager with then, because I thought "everyone has bad days". Apparently that attitude is that woman's way of life. I also told her about the entire situation that had occurred and how I just thought it was weird that she acted a certain way. Hopefully she fixes her ways. I bumped this review up to 2 stars just because of the woman who called the manager and the manager herself. They were amazing. read more

THE MOST HORRIBLE , RUDE , TJ Maxx Location!!! The male manager I spoke to today along with the cashier, was a jerk and couldn't/wouldn't help with the simplest task of letting me use my "digital" TJ Maxx credit card from the TJMaxx Ap on my phone as I have done in the past dozens of times. It's supposed to act like a digital wallet so you don't have to keep all your physical credit cards on you!! WRONG!!! Once at the register, the cashier says "where's your scan bar or timer"?? No idea, I said, I have never been asked that! Usually, I hand over my iPhone and they key in the provided number! She said "Can't do that"! I asked to speak to her manager who wouldn't explain fully what I need to do now. Said he couldn't touch my phone or help so that I could get my purchase done! Just to pay another way or call customer service!! What a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! This store just opened. I found a marble rolling pin, a marble mortar and pestle, some Doc McStuffins underwear and a cute teddy bear for under $30 out the door. As with any TJ Maxx great prices and a lot of stuff to look at. The parking lot was kind of dangerous with people swiping up spots and getting a little aggressive. The associates here were calm and moved the check out lines pretty quickly. This is a great location for a TJ Maxx and fills out this strip mall nicely. I visited towards the last half hour before closing and will definitely return during the day to browse. The aisles and pathways are clean and there are plenty of associates roaming the floors and picking up items that customers either knock off the hangers or rearrange. read more

I really like the max went to the store on my way to Sandiago I stoped in Corona found some really great makeup clothes lipstick expensive if bought in department stores like clinic and Lancôme idk if they have the same items there as in Lad Vegas I look forward to checking it out. I was looking for bathroom rug & noticed they had Bliss products & got pretty excited. There I am peeping about when I felt the need to ask a woman if she needed help with anything. No, I don't work there but was in retail through college and old habits die hard. Feeling it was strange I felt that way I looked up and it was an employee. Stupid lady I'm in my work scrubs do you really think I'm going to steal your cheap ass products? So yea. For the first time in my life I had an employee tail me assuming I was going to steal something. It was painfully obvious especially since once I looked up she backed off. I'm not coming back here. Deidre was not friendly at all. I brought to her attention 2 huge scratches (not able to be fixed) in a product that I wanted to purchase and asked if they could discount it. She was SO unfriendly and embarrassed me, as if I was asking something totally ridiculous. She told me, "We don't discount for things like that".
