Came into Old Navy to shop for my daughter and it turned into a longer trip than expected. She's at that in-between stage where clothes are either too tight, too long, or too short, so it took about two hours of trying things on before we finally found three pairs of pants that fit well. There was a 50% off promotion on activewear sweatpants, which was a big reason we browsed that section. The sweats were super soft and comfortable, but when I checked out, the discount did not reflect on the receipt, so definitely make sure to double check pricing before paying. While I wish there had been more variety and clearer pricing at checkout, the store had some good deals and we eventually found what we needed. The store is clean. Not many customers like before the pandemic hit- is what I am noticing. But then again, we also visited sunday morning (2/21/21). I checked the womens (there was a ton of markdowns) but there were few items in my size, but that's ok, hubby says I "don't need any more clothes." We also went here recently when one other location (Town Square) mentioned that the item (boys black jeans in size 8) we were looking for was at this location. Guess our son's size is popular. It was also available at another store, which was not anywhere near us. Since this store is located at "Best In The West", it's convenient, to visit other nearby stores when we are in the area. Candy near the counter is taking a page out of grocery stores' marketing scheme (mu-ha-ha). A mom said $4.00 for a large bar is too much- and I agree. PPE (sanitizer and masks) are also located nearby as well. I've been a customer of this store brand (since the 1990s) for many many years, in the Gap family of stores (been a customer since high school). I recently went to this location to purchase jeans that would fit over my medical device worn on my leg to assist with drop foot. I had screenshots of jeans and dress pants that appeared to fit over my device. Upon entering, the first associate we were met with was on their phone and didn't greet us. I showed a couple other associates pictures from the Old Navy app of clothing I wanted to try on, I had to seek these people out with no success. They either pointed me to where they might be in the store or directed me to the website. No offer of finding other options or help to find what I was looking for and I walk with a cane so aimlessly walking around the store is taxing for me. After this experience, I will no longer visit the store or use my money to buy anything from this company again. This was the worst customer support I've ever had. read more

I went in on my lunch break to get a couple pairs of shorts for my toddler because they seem to be the only ones that fit him. The boy clothes section compared to the girls is alone enough for a crappy review from Old Navy. Little boys need clothes too, preferably things without dinosaurs and construction equipment. When I went to check out there was one customer talking to the young lady working. They proceeded to stand there for the next several minutes showing one another photos on their phone and laughing. As I'm watching a minute stick by knowing I have to get back to my office and back to work, I eventually put all of the shorts and other things I was going to buy down and walked out. It's a sale weekend, and the store was a little on the disorganized side. For as much promotion as they were doing for their clearance sales, they didn't have much selection and what they did have was very unorganized. I don't like the new floor layouts that they use for most locations (and here), with the smaller entry way and the registers in the front middle. It's just very awkward and clunky, and I dislike it more and more. Selection even for non-clearance material was dismal- ON used to be very well-made, whether simple basics or more on-trend pieces, but lately quality seems lacking. Here, the majority of their pants were boot-cut and those that weren't were faded wash, which is almost rare to see. Jean prices for this brand keep going up to a near-$35 average but quality is super low- tried on a few different styles, and fit was not flattering, sizes were inconsistent across styles, and denim was lower quality than they used to stock and had little to not stretch to them. I primarily came for dresses, after getting several emails advertising their new lines for the spring/summer, only to find the bare minimum in stock in store and most store selection (for both dresses and clearance) were either in XS/S or XL, sizes 0 and 2 OR sizes 16, 18, and 20. Guess Vegas has a lot of mediums, or they just don't bother to order/stock the most popular sizes. Frustrating shopping experience. Spent about $30 on a handful of shirts and some flip flops, was willing to spend a lot more to really stock my summer wardrobe but there was nothing worth getting. If this is what all of the Old Navy stores are like in this city, no wonder they're so few and far between. Extra star for friendly staff. The ladies in charge of the fitting rooms were polite and quick, and the guy I got at checkout was friendly and asked about my day, keeping up chatter during the payment process. I've always been a fan of Old Navy for having great deals and pretty cute/basic options. Its the new year so they of course had some athletic clothes in the front for the majority of us who would like to make this "our year" of getting fit! I'm not for resolutions but I do want to get my pre-mom body back before my little one turns one.. or something close to it. That was exactly why I visited. I wanted some motivation to get active by getting some new work out gear... What I got was frustration. Mannequins in any store (in my opinion) should be wearing things that are also on a rack fairly close by. That way, when a customer likes the way that mannequin is workin it, they don't have to stray too far to get the look too. No, I had to go on a scavenger hunt for a few different items as their athletic wear was in multiple parts of the store and mannequin representation was down right confusing. By the time I got to the fitting room I had multiple sets to try on, all in the sizes I would wear normally at old navy or target or anywhere (medium pants and large bra respectively) and there was no attendant. So I walked ma self into a room and started trying things on. The fit for every single item was drastically different! Leggings were too tight in some styles, too big in others, or just straight up poo poo quality. I popped my head out to see if maybe NOW there's a fitting room attendant (as I needed a wide range of different sizes) and of course no one around. This store definitely needs to have a chat with their merchandiser and the company as a whole needs more consistency when it comes to the fit and size of their clothing. Oh and a fitting room attendant would be nice. As a side note, unless you have a very fat/short 0-9 babe or skinny/long baby around the 12mo mark, their clothes for babes (in my opinion) is WAY WAY off. My daughter is big for her age so we size up a bit (she's 6 months and wears 12 month pants) but we got a size 12-18 pants thinking they'd fit and they cut off the circulation in her legs they were SO TIGHT! read more

Since I really only shop here the day or two before Christmas I don't how they do on a day not crazy busy. They do pretty well for crazy busy, though. The line can be almost an hour to pay but there is always at least one worker near by to ask any questions. Their sales are excellent pricing as long as you check the item carefully for stains or tears. I'm talking a couple bucks for really adorable shirts, leggings, sweaters, etc. If you apply for the credit card it's an actual Visa with Old Navy on it! You get a percentage off your first purchase, and a lot of deals emailed to you, as well. They have a decent kids/babies section, with good sales on them, too. The parking lot is probably more than sufficient for any other time of the year, and the store is clean but does get a lot of misplaced clothes that aren't folded. First things first fuck this store and it's management staff. These guys have fucked up my order everytime, the first go around They charge me full price for 50% jeans sale. once I figured it out I came back and the lady tried to tell me that it was my fault for incorrectly reading the signs? I'm sorry but why the fuck is " bogo "bold and the buy one get one in micro letters? I'm sorry that's dumb, After she makes me feel stupid because the signage isn't clearly writes, I ask for a refund. She gives me a hassle like it's my fault. There is long List of issues I ran into while trying to just get a fucking refund. Eventually she figures out the refund and 20min later I'm leaving with my money and no pants The second time I And check the availability of a specific pair of jeans because I am a plus size mail I was told they had them set them aside I come in an hour later and whoever I talk to on the phone not only didn't set them aside but they sold them and didn't tell anybody to expect me. Wow, talk about understaffed! I came in and well, the places was in shambles. The floor didn't look put together or organized. Even the mannequins looked sloppy. There was a line about 20 people deep and only 3 people were working the registers. My cashier said it was because of Easter, and no one wanted to work. Um, it's retail. You work holidays, nights, mornings, and weekends. This is the closest one to my house, and it's over 15 miles away. They did have 30% off which was nice. No coupon necessary. Old Navy is a good store. The clothes are well made and stylish and quite reasonably priced, considering they are owned by the same company that owns GAP and Banana Republic. And let me tell you, their Sweetheart Jeans are the best out there. They are the only ones I buy and wear these days! This location is always stocked and has a good selection of all of their products, as well as sizes from super skinny to pleasant plump. The have sections for men, women, teens, kids, and even babies, so it truly is a store for everyone in the family. The store itself is huge, so you don't ever feel cramped, except during the back to school rush, then you had better watch out! The staff here is always friendly and almost chipper I would say. No grouchies here! It is actually nice because so many chain stores seem to be staffed by not very nice young people, but not Old Navy! ON is home to the happiest people anywhere I think! I just love this ON location! The staff are always friendly and answer any question you have. My fav is the clearance section. Really who doesn't love ON's Clearance section?!?! I really appreciate the quality of the clothes. I feel so happy when I leave with so many new goodies for so cheap! They now carry 3XXX as well "tall" sizes which means I can shop for my man on his birthday and Christmas on the cheap. I highly recommend the men's polo shirts especially if you work in a business/casual environment. They have all kinds of colors. Also, if you are a regular like me and know your ON sizes ordering online is a blast! They often offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount and if you do order something online and don't like it for whatever reason when it arrives to your home you can always take it to any ON store and they will exchange it for you no questions. Old Navy clearance is where it's at. If I purchase from Old Navy, I almost only purchase online but once in a while I like to peruse the clearance racks for deals. This is not my favorite Old Navy in town since they added the one at Town Square. Their clearance rack isn't as extensive, but they don't tend to be too crowded, which I enjoy. I haven't found a whole lot of items at this location the last few times I've gone, but I don't mind stopping by if I happen to be in the area. read more

Unless you have been living under a rock, everyone has been to an Old Navy at some point in your life. There's always amazing deals like $20 jean sales, $5 t-shirts, but what makes this particular location better than the rest? Writing this review, I found myself asking this question and it is definitely a tough one to answer. The Best of the West shopping center Old Navy has been around since I was in middle school. They recently moved to a slightly larger space but somehow this store always seems to be cluttered and unorganized. I used to think those adjectives were synonymous with Old Navy, but at other locations it does not seem so extreme. The staff at this location is not exceptionally helpful. Although I find it irritating when people constantly hound me about sales, it's nice to get the occasional "hello" or "can I help you with anything?" The only time a sales associate spoke to me was at checkout. Overall, I gave this store 3 stars because despite the shortcomings, I will still go back for more.. but compared to other Old Navys, I've seen better. read more

Old Navy is great for affordable basics. I'm a fan of their jeans and athletic clothing and you can't beat their flip flop sales. For such a busy store customer service is good. The dressing room staff is quick to get sizes for you if needed and the cashiers are always friendly. Only complaint is much like Kohl's they force you to use your card to take advantage of some of the deals but I do like the convenience of returning on-line purchases to the store. read more

Nothing much perked my interest much in the regular items and didn't find bathing suits like I hoped. I looked at the prices in the clearance and weren't really marked down like it usually is. I LOVE this place! In general I love Old Navy, this one more than the one at town center. I went last week and they had 50% off clearance!! So I got like hella hella clothes for nothing! Plus I used a Facebook coupon and saved an additional 20%!! I almost creamed myself! The store itself is newer and nicer, the staff are SUPER awesome and helped me; unlike the one at town center were they just sat there staring at me like I was gonna try and steal a cardi or a performance fleece. Beeshes! Anyway, the clearance area is messy as eff but its because of the scavengers (like myself) who go look for the sales! Although I picked clothes up off the floor I dropped. The boys (5t and up) is lame, they have like nothing. If I popped a little girl out itd be on, alas I didnt. But they shirts and polos I did get for my son were AWESOME! And hecka cheap ta boot! I hope I got her name right. Well, she was extremely patient. She even assisted me in activating my Old Navy credit card for the 10% discount! She had a customer in front me that price checked and itemized everything. Casandra remain polite and respectful. I wasn't much better with the itemizing(lol). Is this really the Best in the West? Yes, sir. It is probably the nicest Old Navy in Vegas. I have recently fallen into a tank top type of mood. The heat must be working a number on me because I am beginning to wear as little as possible. Thank goodness Old Navy complies and does it with simple yet bold essentials. I am not the biggest fan of their button downs, but tanks and shorts are a staple from them. The store itself is spacious and well stocked. While I was shopping, there was a large group of teenagers walking around the same area. With my injured sister, we were still able to maneuver around them and not be pushed into the racks. I am not too impressed with ON's clearance. In fact, I find that they tend to be on par with the price I would pay at the GAP. I would much rather go to the latter if that is the case. Eh. I'm not a die hard fan of this place or anything. I usually drop by when I need to grab a couple things last minute. This time, I have a trip to Boston planned and I wasn't going to have time to go to the major malls before it was time to leave for vacation. It's located right around the corner from our salon so I ran over and grabbed a couple things. It wasn't really busy this time around, but there have been times where I have walked in and it was a madhouse! The prices are right and quality of the clothing is fairly good. The styles, at least for the men, are pretty nice. It's located conveniently in the Best of the West shopping center. Service is so-so and the ladies at the checkout aren't very enthusiastic or friendly; they're just bleh. I really don't have any major complaints with the place, but I also don't find anything to give them praise for. read more

Store just opened at Ten, I walked around for ten-twelve minutes and nobody asked if I needed help, nobody was available I suppose, then I watched them walk out of the back room. Also, I'm waiting in a line of 6 people, now 8 people and one register is open.... Nobody is coming for backup, and when someone arrives they are training while there is a long line of customers.
