This Tilly's is located in the Boca Park along Fort Apache and Charleston Blvd. It's the perfect location and it's a prime location for business. I absolutely have no complaints about finding parking because there is a plethora of parking spots available. I am writing this review based on my experience doing an online/pickup in store or curbside pickup order. I have gone to other Tilly's locations prior to this visit and they didn't do such a bad job at meeting my expectations as far as customer service. This particular Tilly's is a pretty big sized store, of course compared to a spot within a mall. You'd think that this Tilly's is an outlet store. Their store hours are pretty good but just keep in mind that there are certain hours that you can use their curbside pickup service. With that being said, maybe I have a blind eye and missed it but I could not for the life of me find a designated curbside pickup area, so, we decided to walk into the store and just pick up my order at the register. As soon as we walked in I could tell that they take pride in appearance of their store. The layout was so nicely organized and the store was very clean and well maintained. The girl behind the counter kindly greeted me and asked what could she help me with. I let her know that I was picking up an online order and she was able to get that for me quickly. The entire process was so effortless. Overall, I would recommend this Tilly's if anyone asks. Here's a quick breakdown... Tilly's is decent sized store with a big variety of styles of clothes. I dont shop here but my best friend loved there clothes. Today was for hik.not me. The staff has always been nice, helpful and engaging and quick to help or respond to questions. I like Tilly's for that alone, but there's always deals and sales which is a bonus. Appreciate the service and niceness that Tilly's conveys. read more

Ran in to buy 4 pairs of Ethika for my kiddo, yes, we created a monster, they are all will wear now. Anyway, thanks to dirtball thieves, they have moved them to the front with the backpacks so you can't even access them. So I had to wait just to look at a pair. Manager called out that I needed see and then went back to being a greeter and watching whoever was in back of the store. My kiddo almost into adult S, so I needed to see a pair to see if too big. Had to wait & wait and cashiers all busy with customers. I was on a time crunch, had dinner that I couldn't leave in hot Vegas car too long and nobody made any effort to even get me a pair. Finally left. Very disappointing. Suggest that if you actually want to sell stuff, you make that possible. read more

I love the clothing brands Tilly's carries, but I'm not fond of the high prices. I came in for the second time this month and was glad I came in during their sale. They had an additional 30% off sale prices and had a lot of sizes left in mens and woman's. I bought myself 1 tee and a tank for about $32 and 1 men's tee at full price and 1 pair of men's shorts on sale for $21 totaling $85 with tax. I will say that this purchase was still kinda expensive, but I knew that I could not get these particular pieces anywhere else so it was worth it. Again I love Tilly's, but will only come here when they have sales going. 2 thumbs up for Tilly's!!! read more

Went to the Galleria Mall in Las Vegas and found this store. Wasn't really looking for myself but my daughters found a bunch of clothing they like and can't get in Hawaii. Workers would keep asking if we needed anything and to let them know if we need help and that if they didn't find a size they need they could also order it and ship it to our home for FREE!! Basically I came for the basics! I recieved a 10%$ off coupon and decided to go check it out! Now Ive frequented this Tillys as well as the one at the Crossings. I dont know if its just me, or what but I swear they never greet me! Here the store is very clean and organized. I love the jewelery from here! Its sooo cute and pretty! They also carry a wide assortment of Volcom, DC's, Etnies, Osiris, and Roxy. They have both girl and guy clothing as well clothes for children. The pricing is a little high, but you can usually find some clothes on clearance that suffice! Another thing I like is their watch selection! Vestal, Nixon, and Neff! All my faves and priced right! If they dont carry the one you want you can also order it! The only thing I would work on is the customer service! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would.. one girl rang me up & was wonderful. One of the tank tops I purchased (4 for $25) didn't have a tag on them & the cashier asked another associate to get her one with a sku, I informed the cashier that, that was the last one. She told the other associate that was looking, that it was the last one. But I guess she didn't hear or something & gets upset at the cashier. She then throws her another top of the same price and tells her to ring up that one. But she did not know how to input the sku I guess? And asked the other associate for help. But the other associate, (sorry don't know names, just what they were wearing) goes up to her and says "are you the R slur? I'm not gonna say it cos it's derogatory but are you the r slur? Are you stupid? You don't know how to do it?" She did this right in front of me & I was shocked. More angry for this girl, bc how can you talk down to someone like that? Especially IN FRONT of the customer. I just want to say, if you rang me up today, wearing a grey tank top with a shirt over & a bandana on your head- YOU ARE AMAZING. Don't let anyone get you down & talk down to you like that. As someone who's been in retail for over 10 years, THIS WAS NOT OKAY. I am not even mad at my experience at this store, I'm mad about how this associate treated the other!! WE NEED TO BE MORE KIND TO PEOPLE. While my daughter loves to shop here I wish the customer service was better. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to pay for one item. There was only 2 customers in front of me but one of the 2 had multiple transactions with multiple payments. While I can understand that it can take some time to get through that, what I don't understand is why would you not open another register to help the other customers waiting in line. There seemed to be many associates who could jump in and assist those waiting while the multiple transactions where taken care of by the other associate. Or if that is not possible then at least a shout to say we will be right with you folks. Something to acknowledge the fact that we are patiently waiting. read more

Walked in no one greeted us, on top of that a guy working on the shoes saw us looking at them didn't say anything to us and some lil girl walked by us multiple times even helping some kid but didn't say anything to us. My girlfriend had to grab her own shoes and since she couldn't find her size in the ones she wanted she then had to ask even then they snatched the shoes out of her hand and continued to go on to the next kid. After "inspecting" them I was told next time they would not take them back because there were signs that we owned a pet. Supposedly it was a liability! I got a notification for a promotion on my retail me not app for 20% off one item. Brian and Chris were very helpful. Chris did a good job of selling me to a second item that was on sale for 40% off. Initial visit was good even if no one greeted us; the manager made up for the lack of customer acknowledgement. Second visit, there were three associates at the counter talking, but no one offered to help me right away. Seems like their sense of urgency was lacking. Finally, the one girl asks me if I'm ready to check out. No!! I'm just standing there like a mannequin because I enjoy doing that. She then taps the counter with her hand as in "I'll help you right here!" Really?? I don't have a problem understanding words!! Unless, SHE had a speech problem! I tell her she was rude & that I didn't understand why she couldn't speak vs using hand gestures. Come on! Let's get the associates on board with providing better customer service. Also, I have to add that the associates were egging on a male customer to do some obscene gesture with the mannequin by the front entrance and found it funny. I like coming here to shop for all of my clothes. Besides the fact that I get all DC Shoes, Shorts, Pants, Shirts and such for FREE!!! My parents haven't had to buy me any shoes since I was about 5 years old I'm now 11 almost 12. So every once in a while I come here to get shorts and shirts strictly (Oh and trunks). Because I can't rely on connections all the time. Prices are a bit high for some things but other than that this is an ok store. read more

I just wanted to compliment how sweet and helpful the entire staff is at this Tillys. I believe Aubrey was the name of the young lady that assisted us , who really made an impression on me. While helping my daughter find clothes she chatted about her love of astronomy and just had such a lovely conversation I wouldn't have expected from someone her age . My boyfriend and I stopped by this store just to roam around and we both were very shocked with the amazing staff. Steven was super helpful and a sweet young man! He helped my boyfriend pick out a hat and he was not pushy at all. He had such an amazing personality and work ethic! Also, Kelsey is an amazing worker as well. My wife and I visited Tilly's three days ago to purchase her a pair of quality flip flops/sandals. We did end up purchasing her a pair, but when we went home and she wore them around the house for 10 minutes one of the straps started cutting into her feet and she decided that she wanted to return them. Today, we went to the same store where we originally purchased the shoes only three days earlier and attempted to return them with the original receipt in hand. The store employee who first came to our asistance was friendly and immediately got who we assume was the store manager - he did not bother to introduce himself. He approached us and immediately said that it was very clear that the shoes had been well worn and proceeded to flip the shoe bottoms over to show us the supposed wear... I have attached pictures of the bottoms of the shoes and as you can clearly see, there is no wear whatsoever. This employee did not try to resolve the situation - he simply handed us back our reciept and walked away. He talked down to my wife and I, and was clearly focused on nothing but the company's bottom line - not their reputation, the customer's needs, or the cold hard facts. Well done in choosing your employees Tilly's - you have officially lost our business and respect. read more

Went in to look while my while my wife was shopping nearby- I decided to get a couple t shirts as "Men's graphic T's" were 2 for 30 or 17.99 each. I picked two and went to the register. The girl, who barely acknowledged me told me my total was over $40.00. When I told her that the sign says 2 for 30 she shrugged and ignored me, again repeating the total. Anyways, that infuriated me but as I have a temper when it comes to disgusting customer service, I decided to pay and leave. When I returned home, I filed a complaint with Tillys corporate with no response. Since I have a photo of the misleading sign and my receipt, I plan on making a big deal out of this. It isn't about the $10 bucks, it's about the lack of respect and horrible customer service. Bottom line, don't shop there. Ever. read more

The store it self is very nice and re done. I love the tillys clothing. Unfortunately, I couldn't just shop at my own pace because I got asked if I need help every 5 minutes. I know you're suppose to have good customer service but I was just highly annoyed with getting asked if I needed help when I obviously didn't. I purchased a pair of adidas less than a week ago and they ended up KILLING my feet. I have scoliosis and not only did I begin to experience even more back pain than I do day to day but my right foot began to turn purple and created excruciating pain. I went in the exchange them for a different brand and the first girl who approached me was kind a friendly and gave me no problems. Then another girl came up and said I couldn't return them because I had worn them already. I asked how am I supposed to see how they feel unless I wear them? I told her the damn shoes began to turn my foot purple and she basically said she couldn't resell them so I'm shit out of luck. Good one! Who would ever plan to resell a shoe already worn by someone? Shouldn't it be protocol that you return any pre worn shoe back to the manufacturer? I call BS and am guessing this chick never gets laid so decided to take her crappy day out on me. Saw previous reviews and couldn't understand the negativity, especially after my experience... but then I saw that they are all old reviews. I went here last week and got greeted by EVERYONE in the store. I felt a little uncomfortable going in (being an older guy) but was put at ease immediately upon entering. In particular.... by a wonderful employee there, named Heather, that was very helpful in directing me to what I was looking for. She listened to what I was saying and took me right to the item, she also showed me some of the good deals that were on sale. She even followed up after I tried the item on in the changing room to see if I liked them and if she could help me with anything else. I could tell she really cared about helping her customer. I thought it was a little pricey but she explained that, the material used for that item commanded a little more money. I didn't purchase anything at that time, but still got a smile and a thank you when I left the store. I checked around and could not find the item any cheaper so I made a point to go back and purchase from that store because of the positive experience I had there. I appreciated all the attention, honesty and courtesy I received for just that one item! I brought my sister with me when I went back and she purchased a top that she said was an amazing deal. We highly recommend not going to this location when a particular shift lead is there. Is a grumpy young lady who is way too entitled. We were very calmly talking to one of the associates who is an excellent young gentleman and she came up, interrupted out questions, and told us that we were taking up too much of his time and that we had to leave. What kind of shift lead says that?! Wouldn't you want to drive business instead of turning it away? This was our first time in this store and it will be our last as well due to her exceptionally rude behavior. Under no circumstances should you treat a customer that way. The nice young gentleman we were speaking with told us that this particular store has been pretty slow lately. It's not hard to discover why and we assure we that we will spread the word about this experience. Just so there's no confusion, today is 02/11/2016 and we were at the store around 7:00pm. I hope that helps narrow down which lead is the perpetrator for whatever DM reads this.
