This is still my favorite Kohls store for clearance. Had way more Clearance Womens Shoes here. I found a few pairs in my size, but I didn't love them. Nowadays, I buy something only if I love it. It's a tough economy, but that's life nowadays. Came to this one after the neighborhood one, during the week, last week. I can't believe I haven't written a review of the Kohl's right up the street from me! I come in here regularly & always walk out with fantastic deals! Between sale's & coupons & kohl's cash: ridiculously good deals! This location is large with tons of options for home, shoes, men, women, teens, children, jewelry, and Sephora. Now they even have a huge pet section, yay! The dog & cat offerings are amazing! For all you large dog families with tough chewers, there's a a great Kevlar squeaky toy that's almost indescribable! The staff is nice, welcoming & helpful. I'm even happy they had a few Pride month offerings. At least they haven't buckled under political pressure, but also don't make too much of a big deal, just a section to show options. Shopaholic dream... Since it's a biz we don't have in Hawai'i it's a place that we regularly visit not just for the different variety we may find the prices here are great as well. Visiting times are short so to shop at a place that has it all from clothing for the whole family, home and kitchen items including seasonal decor placed prominently at the front does make the experience that much more fun. How about a full Sephora right in the middle of the store...selections that would make you "blush". As I took a cruise around the store to not miss a thing I was so much fun to see the various products they have, lots of Skechers shoes and slippers and didn't really find much on this visit unfortunately but did find a shirt and some gift items that will definitely come in hand. Shopping to find the various items that will come in use for gifts does make it an effective visit and is why we do love Kohl's. Thank you! read more

Diana the cashier that interacted with us on a very slow Wednesday evening was as pleasant as expired milk. The store was so very empty and instead of being graceful and welcoming; she was rude and lacked customer service. The guy working at the Amazon return was very polite and definitely good at his job, yet Diana was the complete opposite and not what we were expecting from someone whose job is customer service. I received an online coupon so I decided to try the pick up process. I highly recommend this if you have a coupon you want to use up or something specific to purchase. My order was ready within an hour. I walked right in on the side door were customer service is. I checked in on my phone and it tells you which bin your item is in. Grab it and go. I was told this is the third largest Kohl's in the city. No matter, it is a very large store with a huge selection. We go back to this store on a regular basis, especially to catch the clearance and sale items. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This review is based solely on extremely poor customer service. My wife found a handbag she liked online. It was available to pickup in the store within 2 hours, so we knew it was in stock. Since we right by the store, decided to stop in to buy it. We found the exact bag, took it to the register where it rang up at full price. The clerk was quite nasty when we inquired as to the price we saw on line. She said it could not possibly be the same bag although we had it on our phones to show to her. She was admanant it was a different bag, different color - basically called us liars and wouldn't even look at the online information. We told her to keep it and left. I walked out the door and ordered from my phone since my wife really liked the bag. With that said, we went back to pick it up - it is the exact bag we had in our hands earlier! I have shopped at Kohl's often in the past and have been happy with my purchases, but honestly if they won't honor published sale prices, I may rethink that! With employees like that, I don't have to wonder why Kohl's is in trouble financially!! I wish I had gotten her name because I hope her type of conduct is not condoned. I ordered some socks online and they weren't the kind I wanted from that brand. After returning them, I went to JC Penney where I have gotten them before. To my surprise, it was closed as was Sears in the Grand Canyon Center. I looked online and found that Kohl's on West Charleston had the kind I wanted in stock. Entering an almost empty store, I was greeted and then I started looking for men's socks. Finding the department behind one of the walls, I founds the Gold Toe plushies that I wanted. I got two packs so I'd have extra for a while. Check out didn't take long. The floor is marked with social distancing signs and you're called to the numbered register which will check you out. I probably was in the store 15 minutes and left happy that I got whaty I wanted. read more

My husband and I stopped in to spend some Kohl's cash. We looked around the store that is large and bright, clean and tidy. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's an excellent Kohl's as I have visited several locations in the Henderson-Las Vegas metro area that were not so nice. This store is fully stocked and clean. It has a fantastic selection of merchandise to choose from, and the sale on this particular day was great. Upon check out, Daniel, was my cashier. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. He assisted me with Kohl's cash, and I received another discount plus more Kohl's cash to use later. I wish I lived closer to this location. Prices at Kohls are just ridiculous. $100 for men's Haggar dress pants, not suit pants, regular dress pants. The coupons do not mark down the price enough to be worth the department store brands. They cut cost by not staffing the registers with enough team members, that is why they have permanent stanchions set up to rope the long lines caused by understaffing. Not enough clothes for men who need certain sizes.I go there because my wife likes to go sometimes even though we both think some of the prices are too high Yes they offer coupons but there prices are almost triple what they should be,so it's real doesn't help.On a separate issue khol's phone customer service is really bad too most of the time it seems as if these agents wore not properly trained.They have difficultly figuring out how to to fix the issue that I'm calling about and sometimes they lie just to get you off the line.I have called corporate a few times about this but all I got was I must heard them wrong.Really? JASON is a terrible manager and the store all together gave us the worst Customer Service Ever! Very rude! We bought a 200$ bottle of Black Opium by Saint Laurent. We got home and noticed the box didn't even say Sephora on it. Opened it to find that it was a scam. The bottle wasn't even black opium, it was a whole different bottle of cheap perfume. Brought it back and was made to feel like we were the ones who did it. One manager offered to exchange it but they didn't have another one in stock. They told us they would contact higher up and get back to us. Of course they did none of that! We called back today and Jason said he won't return it or exchange it. He acted like we were the scammers. Told us we need to call Sephora or Saint Laurent. We called and they sent an email saying how they are sorry that Kohl's is refusing to provide proper compensation and to contact our bank and file a claim but we paid cash, So that won't work. The way they treated us like the thieves was inexcusable! Then we looked at the reviews to find out that Jason and his crew treat others the same way and he even barged in on a lady in a dressing room thinking she was stealing.. that's very disturbing but not surprising! We had a receipt they should have exchanged it like she said or even tried to help us but instead we were treated like we were the crooks. Claiming that this has never happened and the box was sealed. Never in my life have I been treated this way. I even have a Sephora credit card and purchase stuff all the time. My daughter left crying because she spent her hard earned money on a bottle of perfume that was fake and they had zero compassion about it. Shame on you Jason and crew at Sephora by Kohl's. Do not shop at this store! Make sure you always use a credit card and always open the package in the store before leaving. I'm very disappointed by the way we were treated. I'll give this review 3 stars because the manager Jason rectified the situation but I purchased something over 60 days ago to make a long story short. Still have the receipt and packaging. Hardly touched. I called because I wanted to see if they made any exceptions due to unforseen circumstances regarding returns past 60 days. I had the unpleasant experience of having the associate Kay answer the phone. She was extremely short in her responses, giving me only one word answers with a condescending tone behind them. I didn't even finish explaining the situation to her because of how rude she was. I then asked to speak to a manager and her response was, again, a very sarcastic tone, " If you'd like to be placed on hold" That is not how to give customer service. The underlining message I got was, I was bothering her by asking stupid questions I should already know the answer to and the loyalty of returning customers meant nothing and she would rather me not return. In come Jason! Now that is proper customer service. He heard and validated my concerns and then offered a solution, which I was happy to meet in the middle on (the answer could have flat out been no I just didn't want to be spoken to like im stupid.) Anyways, because of Jason I will not switch to Ulta (which is always an option) and will remain a loyal Sephora customer! Thanks Jason! read more

When we moved to Las Vegas, this was the Kohl's I frequented the most. Since moving from the area, I can't remember the last time I visited this store. But now I recall why we always came here instead of the other Kohl's. This store operated better than the other stores in Las Vegas and Henderson. It's clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Now that I see how this store is dealing with the pandemic, I am sure to come here instead of the other three [that I'm aware of] throughout the valley. The inventory in this store is more than adequate as compared to the others. There are workers always straightening up behind messy and uncaring customers. You are greeted at this store with a smile and an offer for help immediately upon entering. And the procedures for dealing with pandemic regulations at this store are far better than at other Kohl's Department stores. From a sheer operational standpoint, this Kohl's shines above all the rest. I'm still not a fan of their merchandise or quality, but I have to give credit where credit is due. This is one of our favorite stores in Las Vegas! Because Kohls is not in Hawaii, we do not get to see many of the brands that are available in this store. The styles and colors are different from what we are accustomed to. Mom, auntie, my sisters, and my friends from Hawaii enjoy our shopping outings here. My sister does Christmas shopping for her daughters; my mom and auntie shop for their grandchildren; and we all look for clothing bargains for ourselves! There used to be racks of 60 percent off, 70 percent off, and 80 percent off. Now, instead of those racks, there are Clearance corners which seem more convenient! Besides children's and adult attire, we like to look at jewelry, accessories, luggage, shoes, small appliances, and household goods. It's hit and miss as with most shopping excursions, but we seem to always return because of the brochures they send us in the mail and the Kohl's cash. Shopping incentives are important these days... and we really appreciate the discounts! We'll be back! I don't think I've ever been to a Kohl's but today I came in to return some amazon items. For each item I got a 25% coupon which I used for something I needed. Some old lady was very happy with my coupon that saved her a good amount. Staff was very friendly. Store is so packed and some parts not organized at all. They have golden knights gear. I don't know why Kohls makes it so freaking difficult to buy stuff This location did not have any shopping carts available (what are they in hiding ? were they abused ?) They did have bags to put your items in , I wanted to buy a larger item so the bag wasn't going to work, I was not able to find any associate to help me and I wasn't about to wait in the check-out line to ask a question , I was able to find the item that I wanted but they did NOT ACCEPT MY KOHLS CASH FROM CALIFORNIA!!!! It was only 10$ for an item I was going to pay 120$ for but they said no and not very nicely so I left the item on the counter and walked out. They could have easily scanned in a Coupon to help me feel like it was a fair trade but that was NOT DONE they were not going to let me use a coupon OR Kohl's cash so I left and I will never be back. read more

I came in after work today at around 3/3:30pm. I was looking for a good cream highlight and finally was able to get Black Opium Perfum which i've been so so excited to finally get. I came to Sephora to ensure I was getting the perfum I am paying for not some off brand perfum in the same bottle. I get home later that night and open it up to find some RANDOM never heard of before perfume inside the plastic wrapped black opium box. NOT EVEN the right bottle with fake perfume. complete different perfum. I go back Immediately because I don't want to get turned away. I just paid $200 for this perfum. The same lady who checked me out earlier called a manager and she said she could not return it or she would get in big trouble because of the price. She said all she can do is contact someone and i have to wait for a call. I asked for contact information and they gave me the store number. I was so upset my eyes began to water.
