Had one of the weirdest experience ever I don't know if she was high or just slow. the lady was clearly acting like i was. I worked in customer service before and I've never in my life lie and say there no more money on the card but then I got the receipt that she didn't even wanna give me and it still said there still money on there. I went back asking for my gift card that she said there was no money never handed it to me back and she's gonna say it's in the bag never in my put a gift card in the knowing damn well money in it. Absolutely the worst customer service...I called in regard to making an exchange of a gift I received. I was told "no problem" for store credit. I Drive all the way to the strip (if your local, this sucks) only to make my way to the store and be told that an exchange was not possible without a phone number, email or gift receipt. The employee who helped me was condescending and made me feel like I was trying to get away with something. I will never shop Alo after this. I also understand as why stores are closing at a rapid pace. read more

Worst customer service ! I get we all have things going on and I been there myself as working in retail but never have I took it out on a customer. They made my whole experience horrible and triggered anxiety since the two ladies at the front were my first encounter one of them had long blond hair with eyelash extensions the other one dark hair. Because of them I couldn't even enjoy my experience there didn't buy anything left went to aritizia and skims WAY better service. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. None of the employees even slightly care who walks through the door. Found two shirts that I wanted and inquired about the trainer discount, they wouldn't honor it and told me to go sign up online. Asked about a veteran discount and they don't do that either. Asked the manager for any bit of assistance and he literally did not care whether I became a customer or not. You are going to fail with treating a new potential customer this way. Absolutely horrible customer service! From the moment you walk in, ( there's an employee standing in the front to " greet ppl " ) they don't even greet you. They are literally just staring at you. I got what I needed went to the cashier no hi how are you? Literally crickets. I gave her my payment in cash and she didn't even count my change back .. I counted it my damn self in front of her. Nor say thank you or have a great day. Mind you an employee at Aritzia warned me they won't help you. They didn't lie at all. This is to whom it may concern, I went to a vip event Sunday at the Forum Shops I had a bad experience. It wasn't anything what I thought it would be. The girls working there were condescending and rude. I was greeted by a person at the door she scan my pass and told me where to find the new color. I told her I had an exchange she told me to give it to the lady at the register. She seemed nice and said okay would you like to keep looking I stated sure. I picked out a couple of items and asked if they had the green splendor bra in a large I heard the girl talking to another associate laughing and saying yeah she needs a largeeee. Not sure what that meant. She then came to me and told me we don't have that color at all. I went to fitting room to try a couple of the items. I looked through the new color rack the beige color I was asked by 2 different if I needed help I asked for a beige skirt in a medium. Also a bra in large. She brought me the large bra. The bra fit beautifully. I was finished trying on clothes I came out to ask about the skirt and she said oh yeah I forgot!! I heard her assisting another Caucasian lady the whole time and she was bringing her sizes. How are you introducing a new color and not have all the sizes in stock it makes no sense. As an invite only event it seems like I was invited to be ridiculed. It was only myself and another person at store and let's just say one was white and myself am not. All the attention went to the white person. I had to kindly remind the lady twice to check for the medium skirt. In retrospect had I known my customer experience was going to be this discriminating I never would of came and kept my business at Lululemon. Which is what I'm going to do and recommend to friends and family. read more

Love having a local Las Vegas Alo store that I can go to in person! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Shawn gave me AMAZING service! I was interested in trying out the ALO sneakers for the first time. The pink ones were sold out online and he found 1 available at another store. Visited this store to find some socks. Wasn't sure which socks to get as the sizes on the packages weren't exactly clear as to their actual length. So we asked one of the men working the counter to explain the difference. Long story short, his information led us to buy the wrong pair. When the socks were tried on, they were not the size the salesman said they'd be. So we took them back and asked to exchange them for the right size. They refused to exchange them, even though it was the salesman's fault that the wrong pair was purchased. At $18.00 a pair, after a 30% discount, I can't recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. With ripoff prices like those and employees unwilling to put the customer first, I highly recommend that you find your yoga gear at another store. read more

Visited the store last night looking for some shoes. Ended up trying on the Alo Classic Black and White. I have issues with plantar fasciitis, and the shoes feel heavenly. Sarah helped me, and she was very helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the different products. I also ended up purchasing the softest long-sleeve tee. Living in Vegas, my hands are chronically dry, and the restorative hand cream was rich and absorbed quickly into my skin. I purchased two of them, one for my purse and one for my sister. I was pleased with my purchases and with the service. Highly recommend. read more
