This was one of the worst luxury retail experiences I've ever had. I came in to ask about the pink Bonbon collection, hoping to purchase the baby pink diamond sandals as a graduation gift. The manager on duty--Sia (not sure of the spelling, pronounced See-yah)--was shockingly rude and condescending from the start. She belittled me for even asking about the collection, saying, "That's been gone for a while," and followed it up with, "It was sent to the outlets 3 weeks ago--I couldn't even check if you wanted me to. You should've come sooner." I'm sorry, but I don't work at Tory Burch--I was just asking a simple question. She then brought me to the back and showed me other Miller-style sandals with studs, but her attitude was so off-putting. When I tried on a size 10 (knowing it would be snug--I already own a black pair and wear a 10.5 due to my wider feet), she commented, "You don't want too much room or else it'll look like a boat." That felt like a jab at my body size, intentional or not. Then she glanced at my current sandals and muttered "hmm" under her breath--did she think they were fake? I bought them at the outlet less than a month ago. Eventually, she brought out a size 11, which fit perfectly. But by then, the damage was done. Her tone, attitude, and judgmental demeanor completely ruined the experience. And to top it off, she knew she was being rude because she offered us champagne--clearly trying to smooth over the tension. We declined. The only bright spot was the younger woman at the front with soft brown hair--she was kind, professional, and tried to explain the Bonbon collection to me before being cut off by Sia. I left feeling humiliated and disappointed. I'll be purchasing online or at literally any other Tory Burch location from now on. I would never recommend this store. read more

This was my first experience (and purchase) at a Tory Burch store. I know I looked so out of place and wouldn't have blamed the staff for turning away from me. Instead I got the exact opposite. Everyone, from the greeter, to Trish (my sales person), to the additional staff members making sure I was comfortable and paying me compliments for my choice, it was an experience I will never forget. Trish approached me as I browsed in such a warm, friendly way and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for before I even finished describing it. The young lady who I ran into outside the store was just as friendly inside, and it extended to my boyfriend as well. I'll definitely be back to THIS location for my next purchase. More stores should be staffed with quality sales people like this one is. They get you what you want and aren't pushy or rude. read more

I called the boutique and they would not adjust like other designer stores do. I should have known better and made my purchase at Nordstrom. I got here at 7:30pm and I am just now leaving (8:45pm). It took them one hour to make a simple shoe return. They didn't give me the tax back so I asked them to change it, the sales associate Paul was very rude and insisted the amount was correct. I work in finance, I think I know how much I get back on my card. He then said that he had to call web services and that it would take more time. Such horrible customer service I am really disappointed because I love the brand Tory Burch. Their online customer service is excellent but they need new managers at this location. I don't have the time to spend more than an hour at a store to make one return (with receipt in hand). read more

I needed to write an update because although it's only been a couple months since my last review, so much has changed! I was here earlier this month on another window shopping trip when I decided to buy a purse that my mom has been obsessing, as a birthday present. Given my prior experience, I wasn't sure if I was going to make my purchase here, however, that's when I met Paul. He was so nice and very patient while I was discussing the present with my siblings and making my decision. It was a completely different experience and a wonderful one! I shared my appreciation for his fabulous service and made sure to take a business card. Fast forward two weeks and although my mom had said she wanted this particular purse (several times!), she decided she didn't want it anymore - it was larger than she needed. So, I brought her to the boutique to return the purse and search for a new one. Paul was there and it was a pleasure shopping with him again. Not only did he remember me, he remembered our conversation! As we were shopping, he informed me about a client-only Pre-Sale Fall event that started the following day and he ensured that we'd be able to take advantage of the event's promotion. We ended up choosing a purse and keyring for my mom, sandals and earrings for me, and I picked up a gift for a friend. Over the next couple weeks, I picked up my purchases as they became available (a couple items needed to be ordered). I love my new earrings and sandals and my mom loves her gifts as well! I even received $50 off as a birthday gift, so I picked up their lipstick case. So awesome! The selection here is still limited, especially compared to the boutique at Forum Shops, but with a fabulous SA like Paul, I don't have to worry about in-store availability. He makes it so easy to locate what you want and making sure it gets to you as quickly as possible without inconveniencing you. He is a real asset to this team and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have continued shopping here. Paul receives my highest recommendation! read more

Bought a late Christmas gift for my sister and the salesperson Geraldine left a very bad taste and soured our shopping experience. I told her exactly the bag I wanted, wrote up my address and gave her my credit card to process. 20 minutes passed and I asked several sales associates and her to pls process our sale so that we can head to airport for our flight to lax. Ms. Geraldine preached to us like a parent talks to a four year old kid on why we shouldn't be at the store but instead be at the airport 3 hours early!!! I like this location better that the one at Caesar's, because the Palazzo seems less hectic. My husband wanted me to look for something cute from Tory Burch so I decided to give it a try at the grand canal shops. When I entered the store, the blond associate with glasses was on her iPhone not greeting any customers. I looked through the store and finally found a crossover purse I wanted to buy. There were 30% off holiday signs on almost every shelf for items over $250. The purse was $298. When I approached the saleswoman to purchase it, I asked about the sale. She said there were exclusions and the purse I had was excluded. When asked how one would know which was on sale or not, she replied "I know... I work here. I'll show you. She pulled out a few stapled papers out from a drawer and pointed to a purse saying "see.. that's the one you have." I asked if there were other people that worked there so they could help me and all she said was yes. On that note, I left the store with a distaste for her poor customer service and an experience that makes me want to avoid Tory Burch altogether. Yes there are "cute"things there but with service like that, I'd rather keep my $298. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

My sales associate had no problem trying to help me and asked me if I wanted a drink while shopping in!
