Very Disappointing Experience at Coach Venetian…read more My wife and I are in Las Vegas for a few days and stopped at the Coach store at The Venetian. She found a pair of shoes she loved. The manager personally brought the pair out of the box, she put them on, purchased them, and wore them out of the store. The associate at the register told my wife she had 30 days for returns or exchanges, knowing she was wearing the shoes when we left. About 20 minutes later, after walking around the indoor shops on polished marble floors and carpet, my wife took one of the shoes off and we were shocked by the condition of the soles. They had extensive dark scuffs, marks, and wear that did not look consistent to us with approximately 20 minutes of indoor walking. When we looked at the box more closely, the tissue paper was also heavily crumpled and looked like the shoes had been handled before. We immediately returned to Coach. My wife did not want a refund. She loved the shoes and simply asked for another new pair of the exact same shoes. The manager refused, saying that once she wore them out of the store they could not be returned or exchanged. That was extremely frustrating because this same manager was the person who took the shoes from the box and handed them to my wife. She had no reason to turn over and inspect the soles before purchasing them because she reasonably believed she was being handed a brand-new pair of shoes. I even asked the manager whether the store had cameras. He confirmed that it did. I asked whether the footage could be reviewed to help determine the history and handling of this pair, but he would not do so. We cannot say whether these shoes had previously been worn or returned, but based on the condition of the soles after such a short period of indoor wear and the condition of the packaging, we had a legitimate concern and asked for a very reasonable solution: exchange them for a new pair. We weren't looking for money back. My wife wanted the shoes. We simply expected a new pair when purchasing new shoes from Coach. What should have been a fun purchase during our Vegas trip turned into an unnecessarily disappointing experience. I have photos of the soles taken shortly after we discovered the condition.

I made sure to call this store ahead of time to ask if buying a tag was possible. The woman on the phone told me it would be $15 and if they're busy, they would possibly have to ship it. That was totally fine with me. So I planned to go in. They open at 10 and I have to be at work at 10:45 so I hauled ass to make sure I got there when it opened so I could be on time. I walk in and they tell me in order to be able to buy the tag, you must make a qualifying purchase within the last 30 days. (I bought my purse on 5/27 so I'm just under 60 days). The frustrating part is the woman did not mention this on the phone. If she had, I would've not come and/or researched what I needed to get in order to get a new tag. Instead, I wasted my morning driving over to Caesars, and my bag still doesn't have a tag. Please make sure to answer questions fully with all stipulations, so that customers don't waste their time coming in off of false information. Thank you!

I told her I wanted to think about the purchase and would come back later. When I returned that same day, another associate immediately welcomed us back, which genuinely impressed me considering how busy the store was. Since Victoria was helping another customer, a different sales associate stepped in to assist us seamlessly. The bag I wanted wasn't immediately available, so the team went above and beyond by coordinating with a sister location to bring it over. Once it arrived, another team member helped me get my bag charm engraved. I ended up interacting with almost the entire team, and every single person was friendly, professional, and genuinely wonderful. The experience felt thoughtful from start to finish, and it absolutely made a lasting impression. I'll definitely be back!

Beware: Extremely Deceptive Experience at Balenciaga Forum Shops Las Vegas…read more Today I visited the Balenciaga store at the Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. After browsing for a few minutes, I decided to purchase their discovery pack of colognes. Before completing the purchase, the salesperson (Lino Garcia) insisted that we create an online account, saying it would help with returns, exchanges, or any issues with the order. However, immediately after the transaction, he told us that returns or exchanges were only valid for shoes. It felt misleading and dishonest to pressure us into creating an account under false pretenses. Since we had no intention of returning the item, we didn't argue. A few minutes after we left, the same salesperson (Lino Garcia) called us to say he forgot to include a few samples that were supposed to come with our purchase. Since we were still nearby, we went back. That's when the situation became even worse. He told us that because his store printer failed to print a receipt for our purchase, we would need to either pay again or return the item. We showed him the bank transaction clearly proving that we had already been charged, but he refused to accept it. I asked to speak with the manager and explained everything, but she was not helpful at all. The assistant store manager (Gracie Cancino) claimed that if their store didn't print a receipt, then as far as they were concerned, the transaction didn't happen--even though the money had already been withdrawn from our account. She told us we would have to wait two days for a refund for a transaction that she insisted never went through. So now we are left with money taken from our account and no item from Balenciaga. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I will never shop at Balenciaga again and strongly advise others to avoid this store. The entire situation felt like a scam.
