    So I decided to treat myself to a lavish gift, because why not I'm totally worth it (lol, JK well 1/2 kidding). I strolled over to Dior first and eyed the new Saddle Bag in black, but opted not to purchase it. Made my way to YSL or forgive me it's Saint Laurent now. Was greeted upon entering and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I scanned the shelves and spotted the YSL Sunset Medium Chain Bag in Smooth Leather - the BOB (black on black) version. I must say, she was sexy as hell. Erika was very helpful and showed me a few other bags, but I had already decided that I was getting the Sunset bag. I asked her to let me think about it for a bit. She gave me my space and said to let her know if I needed further assistance. I stood there and pondered over whether I NEEDED it or WANTED it. Well after several agonizing minutes, I convinced myself it was both. I called Erika over and asked her to box it up for me. As I was leaving the store I felt a tiny twinge of guilt over my self-indulgence which quickly dissipated as I walked toward my car. At the end of the day, life is short. Do what you want or in this case, buy what you want whenever you want as long as you're not affecting anyone else :-) Thanks again Erika. Who knows, I may be back soon for that WOC (wallet on chain).

    First time checking out this store, and was a great experience! I was looking for a crossbody bag. Alex helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He showed us so many different styles and colors. I was able to try them on, see what looked best. I ended up getting a beautiful one for my bday!! Yayy! And turns out Alex and I share the same bday:) Store is neat and organized and service is so friendly.

    we waited outside for like 3 minutes until a couple walked out. Was greeted by Iris who was so amazing! We will for sure be shopping with her every time my hubby lets me decide what bag I want from YSL. Anyways their customer service at this location is one of the best I've ever experience. Iris helped me decide what bag I really wanted. She was so patient and so sweet. I recommend her to anyone. Whoever is interested in a bag or anything from YSL ask for Iris. I knew what bag I wanted when Iris bought out the bag but my hubby wanted me to look around at other stores before deciding on this one bag I had my eyes on. Iris gave her business card to us and did not change her aura when we told her we will be back. Usually a sales rep from a high in store would change when we say we will be back, mind you we don't ever go to that rep when we do return to that store. We ask for another sales rep. Anyways what we liked about Iris, she did not judge us in anyway, stayed her sweet bubbly self. We returned and Iris was busy but a guy helped us until Iris was available. He's in the back of her in the picture. He was wonderful as well. Even if he was more on my hubbys side with what bag I should've got. Lol he really was great. Like I mention earlier this location customer service is really the best ever. Thank you so much YSL and especially Iris.

    Shout out to Justin at YSL! I called a few weeks ago to ask about a few specific bags being in stock. He put the two I was debating between on hold for me. Unfortunately my cat passed away so I was unable to come in that weekend and told him so. The following week Justin checked up on me to see how I was doing with my recent loss. That was truly so nice of him and he didn't have to do that. I really appreciate it. I came in the following weekend and chose the bag I wanted (it was a birthday gift from my husband). Justin was in and was great. Along with helping me choose a bag he also let me try on a bunch of belts so I could narrow down my size. I've already texted him for info on color transfer and leather cleaning lotions. I already can't wait for my next purchase!

    I'm not quite sure how I feel about my experience here at Saint Laurent. It wasn't a bad one....but it wasn't all that great either. It was certainly no Louis Vuitton, Chanel or even Bottega Veneta. Located on the second level, next to Prada, this was my choice of store for my Christmas present this year from my boyfriend. We came on a Sunday early afternoon and we were the only ones in the store. I quickly scanned the place and there was one security guard and three sales associates. I already knew what I wanted so I headed straight for my purse/wallet-on-chain. A sales associate approached me and suggested a few ideas on how I can wear it in different ways/style. She was there....but not really there if that makes sense. She was friendly though and I'm glad she didn't have a snotty attitude. When I told her this is the one I want, she went to grab my item from their back room. Boyfriend went to pay while she wrapped my wallet-on-chain nicely and boxed it up. I don't think I'm spoiled from other luxury brands but this felt like a ho-hum experience. It was literally enter the store, buy what you want, and exit. I guess we didn't look like we needed a drink either (Pellegrino water) because they never even bothered to offer. And we weren't dressed like running an errand to Target.

    Bottom refund policy

    I'm so sad and disappointed in this store. I bought a bag and as stated on their world wide website you have 14 days to do a full refund so we brought the bag back to the store and the salesman tried to say they only do store credit which by law and by their worldwide website is falsely inaccurate. So what we ended up having to do was we left the bag in the store and just walked out and then called our credit card company. Horrible customer service and I will no longer be buying from this company and I don't know why the sales man would lie when I clearly know the law as well as ysl refund policy and I have attached photos of the bag being left along with their refund policy. Don't buy from this location they have the worst customer service and I have bought thousands of dollars and I'm so sad because this situation has never happened

    I had an appt to get my measurements for new suits at a haberdashery on the strip cuz I LOST WEIGHT but as soon as I parked I realized that the appointment was supposed to be a day later LOL. So I decided to instead drive to Crystals since its close and buy something nice for Lunar New Year. I went to Gucci and they did not have the canvass I wanted for a briefcase. Zegna and then I realized Im 20 years too young for their bags. So then I went to Saint Laurent. I actually already had a briefcase in mind there that I like. The staff generously welcomed me. Alex assisted me and I showed him the pic of the briefcase I wanted. He showed it to me and even talked to me about the bag's details including the fact that they only made a handful of this particular bag. He also gave me some company background since it is my first Saint Laurent. So I bought it and I stopped by clutches and Alex generously spent the time to show them to me one by one. I am very satisfied with the service and I like how my briefcase shows a more old world side of me but at the same time I dont feel like im in my 50s. btw im reading the other comments talking about feeling disrespected. I was off from work and totally dressed down.. almost like a penniless teenager but they were very nice to me. I just made sure that I act like a normal disciplined person that I normally am. Sometimes people come to these shops half drunk after partying at Marquee and expect "world class" service just sayin.

    Prior to arriving in the store, I had already gone to the Wynn to see if they had my size in the Cassandra heels and they did not. I was directed to YSL at the Crystal Shops as it was one of the few stores that had my size. I called YSL before going to see if they had my size and was greeted by Josh, on the phone. He was very nice and helped me make sure the shoes were in store and they were. HALLELUJAH!!!! At this point, I already knew I was going to buy them because I've been very fond of the shoes for about three months prior and wanted to splurge. Upon entering the Crystal shops it is so pristine and fancy and well kept. All the high end shops are there from Hermès, Hublot, Chanel, etc... it's like Rodeo Dr but on steroids. I finally make my way up to YSL and I am greeted automatically and ask for Josh. He informs me that the shoes are with the courier and will shortly arrive in the next 20 minutes. Usually, if I put something on hold and it isn't there my first reaction would be to get a little upset but I already knew how the shoes felt and looked and knew I was purchasing so I didn't mind waiting. In the meantime, they gave me the same shoe in a different style to make sure the size was right for me just in case, which was cool. They didn't just want me walking out with something. They also gave me champagne and water so now I really did not mind waiting (lol). It was also pretty busy and they still made time to make me feel important. The shoes finally come in and I buy them. I am still so in love with them! The customer service at YSL - Crystal Shops was top notch and I didn't feel like they had a snooty vibe unlike some places. Josh and Zach were really helpful and for my next purchase I would go back or recommend them.

    All things pretty and durable, Saint Laurent is my go to bag and last night is when it happened. The staff was very friendly and nice allowing me to look at all the sparkly things I needed. I ended of settling on a small leather bag black in color. They wrapped it all up for me and put it in the cutest bag. The Saint Laurent team is so beautiful and so are their bags

It's much bigger than I thought it would be. There were lots of cool masks for like $30! There were dolls, pins, shirts, shoes, collectibles, all with the horror greats. I love Krampus and they had a full size Krampus in the store! This is a really cool store and I don't think there's anything else like it in the city. Definitely check it out!

It made me want to come back because of their customer service. So yeah, I'll give them five stars just based on their customer service alone.
