So I decided to treat myself to a lavish gift, because why not I'm totally worth it (lol, JK well 1/2 kidding). I strolled over to Dior first and eyed the new Saddle Bag in black, but opted not to purchase it. Made my way to YSL or forgive me it's Saint Laurent now. Was greeted upon entering and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I scanned the shelves and spotted the YSL Sunset Medium Chain Bag in Smooth Leather - the BOB (black on black) version. I must say, she was sexy as hell. Erika was very helpful and showed me a few other bags, but I had already decided that I was getting the Sunset bag. I asked her to let me think about it for a bit. She gave me my space and said to let her know if I needed further assistance. I stood there and pondered over whether I NEEDED it or WANTED it. Well after several agonizing minutes, I convinced myself it was both. I called Erika over and asked her to box it up for me. As I was leaving the store I felt a tiny twinge of guilt over my self-indulgence which quickly dissipated as I walked toward my car. At the end of the day, life is short. Iris helped me decide what bag I really wanted. She was so patient and so sweet. I recommend her to anyone. Whoever is interested in a bag or anything from YSL ask for Iris. Shout out to Justin at YSL! I called a few weeks ago to ask about a few specific bags being in stock. He put the two I was debating between on hold for me. Unfortunately my cat passed away so I was unable to come in that weekend and told him so. The following week Justin checked up on me to see how I was doing with my recent loss. That was truly so nice of him and he didn't have to do that. I really appreciate it. I came in the following weekend and chose the bag I wanted (it was a birthday gift from my husband). We did not fit their idea of a customer, the only polite person in there was the security guard. All the sales people were speaking in Spanish to their customers. I asked to see a phone case and she told me it was for the NEWEST iPhone, I said ok, which model.. "the newest one", I smiled and repeated myself, "which model", she says the iPhone 9. HUH?? So my husband is walking around and notices the phone case too. He knows my taste, says honey look at this phone case, I replied the pink one? He laughed, the sales person again says, yes for the iPhone 9, my husband laughed and said, what??? She says yes, because the camera lens go "this way, not that way" She meant vertical instead of horizontal. I showed her my phone, you mean LIKE THIS ONE.. she just stared. I said, BTW this is a X, the newest phone. We didn't buy the case, she was too interested in speaking Spanish and helping other customers. I'm not quite sure how I feel about my experience here at Saint Laurent. It wasn't a bad one....but it wasn't all that great either. It was certainly no Louis Vuitton, Chanel or even Bottega Veneta. Located on the second level, next to Prada, this was my choice of store for my Christmas present this year from my boyfriend. We came on a Sunday early afternoon and we were the only ones in the store. I quickly scanned the place and there was one security guard and three sales associates. I already knew what I wanted so I headed straight for my purse/wallet-on-chain. A sales associate approached me and suggested a few ideas on how I can wear it in different ways/style. She was there....but not really there if that makes sense. She was friendly though and I'm glad she didn't have a snotty attitude. When I told her this is the one I want, she went to grab my item from their back room. Boyfriend went to pay while she wrapped my wallet-on-chain nicely and boxed it up. I don't think I'm spoiled from other luxury brands but this felt like a ho-hum experience. It was literally enter the store, buy what you want, and exit. I guess we didn't look like we needed a drink either (Pellegrino water) because they never even bothered to offer. And we weren't dressed like running an errand to Target. read more

I'm so sad and disappointed in this store. I bought a bag and as stated on their world wide website you have 14 days to do a full refund so we brought the bag back to the store and the salesman tried to say they only do store credit which by law and by their worldwide website is falsely inaccurate. So what we ended up having to do was we left the bag in the store and just walked out and then called our credit card company. Horrible customer service and I will no longer be buying from this company and I don't know why the sales man would lie when I clearly know the law as well as ysl refund policy and I have attached photos of the bag being left along with their refund policy. I had an appt to get my measurements for new suits at a haberdashery on the strip cuz I LOST WEIGHT but as soon as I parked I realized that the appointment was supposed to be a day later LOL. So I decided to instead drive to Crystals since its close and buy something nice for Lunar New Year. I went to Gucci and they did not have the canvass I wanted for a briefcase. Zegna and then I realized Im 20 years too young for their bags. So then I went to Saint Laurent. I actually already had a briefcase in mind there that I like. The staff generously welcomed me. Alex assisted me and I showed him the pic of the briefcase I wanted. He showed it to me and even talked to me about the bag's details including the fact that they only made a handful of this particular bag. He also gave me some company background since it is my first Saint Laurent. So I bought it and I stopped by clutches and Alex generously spent the time to show them to me one by one. I am very satisfied with the service and I like how my briefcase shows a more old world side of me but at the same time I dont feel like im in my 50s. btw im reading the other comments talking about feeling disrespected. I was off from work and totally dressed down.. almost like a penniless teenager but they were very nice to me. I just made sure that I act like a normal disciplined person that I normally am. Sometimes people come to these shops half drunk after partying at Marquee and expect "world class" service just sayin. read more

I have been looking for a nice handbag for my achievement in getting straight A's during my first year of graduate school, and nothing at Valentino made my heart skip a beat (but the shoes definitely did). It's been a long three month search. After looking online, I saw the most gorgeous bags on YSL's site. Walking in later in the evening on a Tuesday it wasn't too busy. I was worried I'd have a similar experience as those of previous Yelpers saying that the store associates were really snooty. It was the complete opposite. My sales associate Chris was so nice & charming and had options for every concern I presented him. I told him I liked nude/grandma colors and I wanted an envelope style bag. This strap is too short, I like the bag but not the chains, this chain hangs too low to the floor, etc. In the end I walked out with a dent in my wallet, but a gorgeous new purse!! read more

Prior to arriving in the store, I had already gone to the Wynn to see if they had my size in the Cassandra heels and they did not. I was directed to YSL at the Crystal Shops as it was one of the few stores that had my size. I called YSL before going to see if they had my size and was greeted by Josh, on the phone. He was very nice and helped me make sure the shoes were in store and they were. HALLELUJAH!!!! At this point, I already knew I was going to buy them because I've been very fond of the shoes for about three months prior and wanted to splurge. Upon entering the Crystal shops it is so pristine and fancy and well kept. All the high end shops are there from Hermès, Hublot, Chanel, etc... it's like Rodeo Dr but on steroids. I finally make my way up to YSL and I am greeted automatically and ask for Josh. He informs me that the shoes are with the courier and will shortly arrive in the next 20 minutes. Usually, if I put something on hold and it isn't there my first reaction would be to get a little upset but I already knew how the shoes felt and looked and knew I was purchasing so I didn't mind waiting. In the meantime, they gave me the same shoe in a different style to make sure the size was right for me just in case, which was cool. They didn't just want me walking out with something. They also gave me champagne and water so now I really did not mind waiting (lol). It was also pretty busy and they still made time to make me feel important. The shoes finally come in and I buy them. I am still so in love with them! The customer service at YSL - Crystal Shops was top notch and I didn't feel like they had a snooty vibe unlike some places. I reside in a city so fabulous that wearing a sequin dress everyday is normal. That being said, the sparkles must be accompanied by flattering shoes. Had no idea that comfortable high heeled shoes exist before discovering YSL. My first purchase was a pair of YSL high espadrilles. My first pair of YSL espadrilles were so comfortable and chic, that I purchase two more weeks later. YSL espadrilles allow me to walk over a mile a day, pain-free. I've since added a pair of gold strappy YSL sandal stilettos. And have danced for hours in them. I am very thankful for discovering Saint Laurent. I try to refrain from reviewing large companies but I like this YSL location. I haven't been to the other new stores in Vegas, but the associates at this location have always been nice. I think for luxury retail it's hit or miss whether you get a helpful or pretentious employee. All the associates here were younger and more casual versus your normal stiff suits. I've seen a lot of harder to find color ways here like the black on black products as well as various velvet purses I never see at Neiman or Saks. I believe the girl who helped me was named Jennifer... she was younger and asian. I bought a wallet on chain and she was even able to exchange my new card holder I bought at another location for the color I wanted! I was surprised she was able to accommodate, since I really wanted my wallet to match my bag. I misplaced her name card but she was so nice and patient. I went to Saks Fifth, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, & none of the stores had the card holder I wanted. I called the other two YSL stores in Las Vegas and they either had a poor selection of card holders or were out of stock. I finally called this store by the crystals and the lady on the phone was very helpful and trying her best to describe which card holders they had in stock. I was looking for a red/burgundy and this was the only store that had it which is why I came here (the other two YSL stores only had white and blue). It was the one I originally wanted to buy because it's the one my boyfriend has but just old. I ended up buying something different and went for something more bold. Eileen was so nice enough to actually text me pictures of the ones they had which made it even easier for me since I was 20 minutes away and keep in mind I was in a rush because I had to catch my flight in a couple hours. It saved me so much time. I was trying to buy a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and trying to make my flight in time. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Eileen for the excellent customer service she provided over the phone. She was very professional. So was nice enough to even hold the product for me so I can just get their and purchase it. When I went to the store an hour later Eileen wasn't there but another lovely associate approached me and ready to help me out. Even though I already had a product on hold I saw other stuff in stock that I wanted to see and she was so nice enough to show me and personally give me their opinions. I love it when associates are bold enough to give me their opinions and which they think is best rather than telling me oh whichever you like. I'm so indecisive so it's quite difficult for me to figure out which I would get so I love others insight. Iris helped me out at the store with my purchase for something that wasn't in stock and it arrived to the store in one day and she was able to ship it to my home the next day. I also asked her if she can gift wrap it because it was going to be a present and she did so thank you for that. It arrived to my home very fast! Eileen was able to update me with the tracking and shipment information. Point is IRIS XI and EILEEN provided excellent customer service. I was here on a quick girls trip and made a pit stop here and they treated me with great customer service, and went out of their way to help me. I will definitely be coming back to this store and will tell everyone about these two lovely ladies. If you guys are in Vegas and want to buy something nice or interested in going to YSL you need to shop at the crystals and visit IRIS or EILEEN they will go out of their way and treat you like royalty. It was my first time buying from YSL and after looking at reviews of other stores, I decided to check out the location at the crystals. Upon entering, Zoe greeted me right away and asked if I was looking for something specific. I told her I was interested in a small black bag with black hardware and she immediately brought out some recommendations. I asked to look at some other bags and she was quick to bring them out for me to try on. She was soooo helpful and sweet! She did not rush me and gave me time to try on each bag. She even let me add stuff into the bags to make sure all of my essentials fit inside. I decided on getting the WOC and before packing it up for me, she let me inspect each bag for any scratches and/or chips on the hardware. The first two bags had very small scratches and she did not mind bringing me a new one if I was not satisfied with the quality. After bringing out the 3rd bag, I was finally satisfied! Two employees exchanged looks of disgust as we walked in to the store where I was legitimately considering purchasing a pair of shoes. The customer service at this YSL is appalling, never returning and I would encourage others to go elsewhere unless there's a drastic change. Regardless of attire, customer service should be extended to all customers, whether you come in to browse or make a purchase. The salespeople here need to get off their high horse, you work retail. If I was so broke, how would I know the pricing, styles and options for all your purses? I knew exactly what I wanted and planned on spending some g's on myself and for my family. My first encounter was fine and it was pretty empty when I came in. I was told the purse would be placed on hold for me because I planned on coming back before heading to the airport the next day. I was actually pretty happy and even mentioned to my husband that I was glad they didn't pre-judge me even though I didn't wear any of my designer things. Boy was I wrong, SMDH. I came the next day, extremely irritated with the customer service. Dirty looks and snobby attitudes, are you serious? Isn't your job to make a customer feel welcomed? I asked for the purse that I "had" on hold and apparently it was never placed on hold. That's interesting, I don't think the manager took me seriously and thought I wouldn't come back. I'm going to be less catty and not mention names but everyone in the entire store just stared at me like some broke girl there to steal their stuff, please people. The woman who I talked to first glared at me as I was trying to explain to her what I had on hold. Less attitude and more help, I'm not wasting your precious time if that's what you're thinking. That alone really made me mad, I was going to walk out but I planned on making this $2K purchase and had to follow through as this bag wasn't available when I searched for it in Oregon. That cut my patience real short and I decided I wasn't going to look for additional bags for my family or accessories for myself. One sale out of the five I was planning on making if not for the issues. I know I look like a teenager, but if I'm seriously inquiring about something it would be nice to be taken seriously. Your lost, not mines. Another gentleman ended up helping me and he got it all together, the one star is for him. But as I was waiting, I felt like we were being watched pretty severely. Heck, up until I handed my credit card over, I felt like everyone was trying to see if my card would be declined lmao. Is this teenager really buying this?! As we walked out, no thank you, no "have a good day,"no acknowledgment from the other salespeople. Still lurking and staring of course... After spending thousands in a matter of 48 hours, my BF wanted to buy me something before leaving since I almost killed him and sold his body parts as carne asada. The night before he took me to Chanel wanting to buy me something but I'm not a Chanel gal. Idk. So we arrived here before going to the airport. Now I appreciate attention when we look like the least likely to buy from an expensive place. He's tatted up and wears Cortez and I wear no makeup. We were greeted by a gentleman with a beard and offering us assistance as soon as we walked in. My BF told him that we were looking for a specific black purse with the gold tassel on it. The gentleman asked me how I envision myself wearing this purse so he can make the best suggestion. I said: "I envision myself wearing it with my black leggings, NIKE Cortez, my hat and my Celine shades" And he guided me to the right purse. I did notice another purse that I loved but ended up picking the classic YSL bag. My BF handed the gentleman the other purse I saw and he bought me both bags. I was dressed pretty casual and unlike other reviews, I didn't experience any animosity---quite the opposite. Sarah, a YSL sales associate, helped me out before I even arrived. I had called to inquire if they had a certain shoe in my size and half size up. She checked and said she'd gladly hold them for me until the next day. Vegas was so much fun, I didn't end up going until two days later. Sarah still had them ready for me. I tried them on and I was in love.
