Basically, after a whopping SEVEN MONTHS delay, with A MILLION excuses and extended hide and seek in between, I got sent one wrong item and one missing, totaling 100$ the store owes me. Just when I thought I was finally done with this ordeal after seven months of having my money held hostage and having to fight to get my due, of course I got sent a totally screwed up order. By the way, the rest of the items are either too big or too small and I cannot use any of them. I contacted this guy multiple times regarding the wrong and missing items and it was ANOTHER MONTH before I finally got hold of the seller and he shamelessly game a wrong higher quote (he thought I was stupid and didn't check the website) so that he could refund me less owed money. After this he just DISAPPEARED all together. If you want to pay money to get EIGHT MONTHS of tremendous stress and worry, and it's still ongoing, feel free. On Google map review (search Blackroom on google map and there is review), you will see way more negative, honest reviews than here it's abhorring. I suppressed my anger for months and tried to communicate politely, which got me absolutely nowhere. I too had a very bad experience with the Black Room Las Vegas and the owner Franz Pass. He orders from a company called AnitaBerg in Poland. AnitaBerg is a small company and frequently its staff are all out on vacation. Therefore the merchandise you order is never shipped on time and when it does arrive expect to have problems with the size, color and quality etc of the outfits. Franz Pass cannot even do simple conversions of sizes correctly even though the sizing chart is on his website and he claims he has been in the fetish business for 30 years. We recently had the opportunity to visit The Black Room, and we were quite excited about what we found... We were quickly greeted by a friendly woman who introduced herself as Tara. She was middle-aged, dressed professionally, and carried a noticeable (German?) accent. She asked what we were looking for, and let us roam free and look around at a few items. Soon, she was nearby again and asking some additional questions and trying to find something that would work (as well as suggesting some unrelated items she thought my wife might look cute in). Now normally, I would be turned off by a salesperson having this much interaction with us, but she seemed incredibly genuine and friendly, and we quite enjoyed having her nearby as we looked through the inventory. We were looking for a specific item, so didn't get an entirely in-depth view of every section, but here is a description from the best of my memory: Along the front, there were many vinyl/pvc/pleather pieces and some corsets. Down the walls there were some leather items, a pretty good supply of latex outfits, a small men's section, and a wall with floggers/crops/restraints/gags/etc. There were two small dressing areas for fitting; they had no actual doors, but just curtains to draw shut. Since there was no one else in there at the time, these worked well, but might not feel quite private enough if there were several others walking around (although my guess is this place doesn't get the same creepy guys wandering in-and-about as other adult-themed stores would). The item quality is far superior to what you would find in your normal shop, but that is of course expected, as The Black Room is a fetish apparel specialist and not an adult toy store. We were told almost all their inventory was imported from Europe, so you will find a lot of items here that are exclusively sold at this store in the US. Prices were very reasonable, and while you could find cheaper things that might look somewhat similar, you'd be hard-pressed to find similar quality for this price. In addition to what is in-stock, they have access to several other items that can be ordered, and do custom measurements for certain items, as well. For a small building, the Black Room provided us with big smiles and a lot of fun. Both the owner and the saleswoman seemed like people I wanted t give my business to.
