Update: a manager never called me back so I just called the store this morning and spoke with Lily…read more(manager). She couldn't care less of what I had to say. She didn't apologize or say she would talk to Natalie about this issue. She certainly did not act like someone in a leadership role. She seemed bothered that I even called and was telling her about this whole ordeal. I will dispute this whole charge with my credit card company because this is ridiculous. It's not like the tags were removed. They are just going to resell these items anyways so I don't see the big deal to process a refund. They just lost a customer and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family of my experience here and their lack of customer service. So yesterday, I stopped by your store to make a return and was informed that only exchanges or store credit are offered. When I visited the store on Tuesday (11/4), I specifically asked one of the associates (Natalie) about the return policy. I explained that I didn't want to try anything on, and she told me that as long as the tags were still attached and I had my receipt, I could return any unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund. She didn't mention that returns were limited to store credit or exchanges only. The whole reason I asked of the return policy is because I was too lazy to try everything on at that moment, but had I known only store credit would be offered, I would have tried everything on and only purchase one item. When I came in yesterday, the associate at the counter took my number and said a manager would reach out to see what could be done as she couldn't process a refund. I tried sending an email through your website but that function isn't working so I can't even get in contact with someone. I'd appreciate it if someone could please contact me asap. If I don't hear back before the end of the day, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company for the full amount.
