Arti was fabulous and his designs spoke to my flair for bright colors and soft flowing feminine fabrics. I'm a student of Dance and I was elated to see so many clothes that accentuate the artful gracefulness of movement. This store has an excellent selection, and they frequently have 50% or even 75% off racks that are filled with treasures. I think a lot of the negative reviews cities g Customer Service, is simply because the people who own and work at the shop, are foreigners. They just have a different Standard of customer service than Americans in Las Vegas do. They are not unfriendly people, half of them just simply don't speak English very well. But ultimately, they have a pretty great selection, considering the square footage, and the owner, Ardi, it's almost always there and he has an exceptional eye for what will look good on a person. And he does not hesitate to suggest the sale items, which is rare. I recommend this shop, and encourage everybody to consider the situation before making a bad review because you didn't get the service that you might expect at Saks, when they are breathing down your neck every two seconds. I like that they give me a few minutes to look around and make my own decisions before they start making their own suggestions. read more

Dropped by after lunch w friends and fell into buying 2 dresses and another outfit. Great staff and made it so fun.

Service is HORRIBLE!! I wish there was a ZERO rating! I am speechless after the treatment that my husband and I just received at Vasari! We are visiting from Texas and my husband wanted to buy me a dress for his Neice's outdoor formal wedding this evening. We arrived at 10:58am and patiently waited at the door of Vasari. At 11:05am, an older woman walks up, unlocks the door looks at us, as we walk up to enter, she closed the door, locked it and walked away. My husband immediately said, "let's go Honey, that was incredibly rude and she clearly doesn't want our business." I persuade him to wait, she possibly needed to get the store ready to open and, more importantly, I see several dresses through the glass that would be perfect for the wedding. We wait 10 more minutes outside, she hadn't come to unlock and welcome us in by 11:15am. Store hours states opening is 11am. We left, never will spend a penny in a store who treats customers that way! read more

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that they are never open according to the hours listed..... I tried 3-4 times to visit and like this Sunday, I arrived at 5:47pm (hours state open till 7pm) and of course they were closed. Vasari is a nice size boutique located in the Tivoli shopping center. I've seen a lot of their gorgeous clothes while window shopping and I had been dying to come in. We were greeted as we walked in the door with friendly smiles and a welcome. Super nice selection of both high end and trendy fashion wear. If you're in a bind trying to find something to wear out on a Vegas or date night this is the place to go. For HIM you can find L.A. designer Robert Graham shirts here! Really nice well made gorgeous fun shirts-great idea for a gift. Be ready for the $350 price tag. They have a sister boutique located at the Red Rock Casino. You'll find a nice collection of shoes and handmade jewelry that were more reasonable and very fashionable. Overall a nice fun place to come in and browse. read more

Love this store. The owners are absolutely lovely people and beyond kind and helpful. Not to mention, they have incredible style and are happy to help pull outfits together that really compliment your figure. - This is a woman's clothing store only. I saw other yelpers mentioned men's clothing but maybe they are talking about a different store? - Offers both casual and very upscale clothing, including some fabulous outerwear. - Great fancy shoe selection; mostly heels and boots. - Jewelry galore, and lots from local jewelry designers, for those who like to support local artists. - Surprise! Awful Customer Service: I decided to see what nice clothing items this boutique offered and the customer service was AWFUL!! The store was not even busy, yet no one even greeted me, no one asked of they could help! How hard is it to say hello or greet potential patrons??? What are these people being paid to do exactly?? The clothes and shoes are fashionable, but this establishment has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very very long time. Clearly the other poster giving 5 stars either is the owner/sales person/friend/or is in some way affiliated. We already KNOW it's an "upscale clothing boutique" --that's your review?? This place has some really cute stuff. Unfortunately, a lot of there stuff is wayyyyy over my price point (like $300 for a sweater). But, they have an awesome clearance rack I was able to find a black dress at for $29. I wasn't going to get it because I was super self conscious in it but Ardi the owner is very persuasive and a sweetie that makes you feel great. They offer same day alterations and I had to get the neck altered a little. I thought it would be free but it was about $10--not too bad. Overall, if you have a lot of cash to drop--great place, if not-stick to the clearance rack! read more

Great boutique with awesome brands. Vegas is pretty much devoid of good independent retailers. All we have is Saks, Niemans, and Nordstrom. I pretty much did most of my shopping in LA... until I found Vasari. They are predominately a shop for women but have a great selection of casual apparel for men... jeans, shirts, t-shirts, jackets, etc. A solid stable of edgy/ trendy brands. They obviously have great buyers who have their finger on the pulse of fashion. They are conveniently located in Tivoli Village in Summerlin near where I live. You can find items here that are not available at any other comparably priced clothing store in Las Vegas. No need to go out of town for your fashion needs. Art is very knowledgeable about his product and will graciously offer his expertise to assist you in putting together your perfect outfits. He has a keen eye and listens to your preferences. So, if you are in the market for fabulous day or evening attire, without trekking to CA, give this boutique a try! As for the rest of the staff, they are not stand-offish. They merely want to give you time to peruse their merchandise without pressure. Saying "Hello" to a client would be a good move and that's it. I enjoy looking by myself and if I need assistance, I will ask salespersons for input....so much better that the personnel at Saks and Neiman's that follow you through the store and ask you continually if you need help...very bothersome to me. read more

Don't shop here unless you want the owner to hand out your personal information to others. Shopped here with a friend and spent a considerable amount of money and had a nice conversation with the owner. The next day I received threatening text messages from a person who the owner gossiped to in a very negative way and the owner provided mine and my companions full name, phone number and who knows what other information to this person! Your personal information is not safe in this store or in the hands of the owner. No appreciation for or loyalty to his customers. Avoid this place like the plague. I so wanted to love this boutique but after giving it 3 tries I can say I will never return! The merchandise selection is great but the staff is why I am giving it a 1. On all visits there was several staff members standing around doing nothing and maybe 2 other customers in the store so one would think that the staff would be more than happy to help their customers. Not so, they didn't even speak, not even a Hello or Can I help you NOTHING! Instead they just stood around glaring at the customers almost as if they were put out that you were even in the store. So NOT COOL! Good customer service from a business plays a huge part for me in where I spend my money. I had the opposite experience all 3 times I've shopped at this store. The sales people pushed so hard I felt uncomfortable. I do think the man who is the owner is very friendly but it's the women who helped me each time I shopped here. They were throwing clothes in my room (and any size, not my size) and it took me awhile to realize why it was so tight or so baggy. Because they just wanted me to try it all on in hopes I would like something. This is my favorite local place to shop for brands that I would normally have to go down to the strip/Fashion Show/ Neiman's or Nordstrom. They have my fave brands like Vince, Bailey 44, J Brand, DVF etc- and if you know you're on the hunt for something Toni and Ardi are awesome to help out. Sometimes it's great to call ahead on days you want help looking for an outfit so they can pull items to try- and, BONUS- they do complimentary alterations. I'm really glad that I'm reading this reviews. Last week I went to this place and felt like I was invisible. The only staff present at the moment was a snobby lady with short hair that didn't even say Hi. Looked at me as if she was looking at dog poop. I stayed at the store for about 15 minutes walking around and she didn't offer any help. I was ready to buy 3 pairs of toms but felt like this place didn't deserve my money. I visited this boutique for the first time while visiting my sister in Summerlin and I had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and greeted me right away. I tried on a really cute red top that was on the sale rack and I wasn't sure about the color but then I noticed that they had the same top in black and gray on the the full price rack. The owner ( who is just the nicest person) said that I could have the black and gray top for the same sale price as the red top. Now that's excellent customer service. Was fortunate to be there in early January during a clearance sale. It's not inexpensive because Ardi does not sell cheap junk. Ross is a better choice if a $5 shirt is what you budget calls for. Um, no way! Some of the clothes are really beautiful, but I was treated horribly! I went in December for the third and final time, and I guess it was close to closing because the staff acted extremely anxious, even huffing, as I walked around the store. Overall I found this store overpriced, and the women working there to be snooty. I walked in with my son,after doing some major shopping at other stores, so it's obvious I am there to find something, still was barely greeted. I did score on some Toms that were on sale, the man at the register seemed less than eager to assist me and the woman walking around didin't acknowledge my existence. To me experience is EVERYTHING, I will most definitely NOT BE BACK.Smile at your customers, ask us if we need help. I visited this boutique earlier this year; I had time to kill one afternoon while visiting Summerlin; walked in the store, saw tons of cute things, but not once in the 10 minutes I was looking around did anyone of the staff greet me or offer any help. And there was only one other customer in the store. I left, however after lunch and before leaving the mall, i stopped back in. The 2nd time through, I was greeted by the owner who was extremely helpful; picked out all sorts of things i never would have chosen for myself; I bought most everything he brought into the dressing room. That being said i agree with the other reviews; the staff is not welcoming, as you would expect at a boutique of this level. Some people have a knack for retail. Part of that knack is helping the discerning customer who doesn't have much to spend. Honestly, we have no shortage of reasonably priced boutiques here, but I kept seeing super trendy dresses, not my style, and when stuff was my style, there was nothing left in a small! I needed something business casual for an audition, but what I really needed was something business casual that would have me feeling like an improved version of myself, something way more feminine than business-like. Oh, and by the way, I can only afford the clearance rack! That's basically what I said to the woman who greeted me! Well guess what, not only did she help me find two fabulous dresses, but she and her other female co-worker treated me like I was spending top dollar. The variety of handbags that Vasari carries is insane, being that it is a private boutique. No need to drive to the mall. The salespeople are top notch. They treat their customers like family. Ask anyone that patronizes Vasari, Ardi Cynthia and Toni treat you like their siblings. During my last visit, Ardi was particularly helpful, and took the time to bring several wonderful dresses that were marked down to a great price. I really had a great time trying on all the fun dresses and styles. I bought three dresses and a men's sweater. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly during each of my visits to Vasari. They ask what occasion I am shopping for, and do their best to help me find what I'm looking for.
