the store is located in the north premium outlets. parking structure is $5 while valet is $15. the store itself was very clean and busy, but well stocked and well staffed. i'm not a bag girly at all but made out with 3 super cute bags all very well priced. olga was the sales associate who was very helpful and attentive. she helped me try on different styles and got me brand new bags from the stock in their back room so that was a nice touch. overall, it was a great experience and hope my series of coach outlet visits will equate to this one. read more

I used to bring my mom here every year at Black Friday to get her a new bag. It's been a while since we've done that (it stopped around the time of the pandemic) so even though it wasn't Black Friday anymore, I decided to bring her in for a new purse. I like this store because the sales associates are super helpful but not pushy. If you want to just browse, they let you do that without hassling you. And when you do need help, it's always friendly and engaging. I really like the attitude of the salespeople here. There is always a good selection of items and I think the pricing is pretty fair for that you get. I like the fact that they give extra discounts here and there as well. Stopped in here to see if they had any purses I have seen online recently (via the outlet store) and they did. From classic, to timeless and a few unique ones in the mix.. you'd be able to find something you'd like. When I first walked in the lady had me scan a QR code that takes you to the website to which you scan a price tag yourself as a lot of the prices weren't marked. If you decided to decline it a sales associate could help you out. And when I say they can help you, literally there was one everywhere I turned. Honestly if you just heard me tell one sales associate I don't need help why ask me again? It felt like I was being bombarded in that store. Not a pleasant feeling to shop in, kinda turned me off. Hi there, I am posting because I am very disappointed in the services of coach outlet. I ordered a bilfold wallet on November 16th. I was told it would arrive in 5-7 business days. Then I get a notification that the package was being sent back to the seller for an incorrect address. I called coach customer care and was speaking with someone for over 30 minutes to get the address changed. I was told a new package would be sent and arriving 5-7 business days. Come to find out that the address never got changed, so the package got sent back to the seller yet again! I called last Monday, December 15th for a refund and was told the refund would reflect in my account in 3-5 business days. I call again today because I never received the refund and come to find out that the refund WAS NEVER SENT. So now I'm being told I need to wait 5-7 business days for the refund but it may take much longer due to the holidays!! I was sent a receipt for my refund that will be processed and it isn't even the correct amount. Ridiculous!! Very disappointed and will not be buying for coach outlet again!! read more

This review is for Danielle because she was amazing during my visit a few days ago! During my visit I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to see the sunglasses available at Coach. After browsing the bags and wallets for about fifteen minutes, I asked a sales associate if they had sunglasses and he told me they'd be available from a cashier at the register. I zipped right over! Danielle was immediately helpful as I tried on several glasses to see which fit my face the best. I'm rebuilding my sunglasses collection and mind you, it's not the easiest thing to see what looks good on your full face when wearing these masks, but I digress. After describing what I liked she showed me several pairs of sunglasses and I had to narrow it down to what I liked the most. Funny how what I like the most is always the most expensive. ALWAYS. I popped into this store Sunday afternoon to buy sunglasses for my mom for Mother's Day. I picked out the ones I wanted and took them to the cashier, she took them and said she was going to get me a new pair. When she came back she boxed them and said "found a new pair" and put them in the bag. I paid and left. This will be my first and last time I'll ever see this store. I went in with my family who wanted to buy gifts. I had zero intention of buying anything, just was tagging along. One of my relatives showed me a few items that she wanted to buy me as a gift, but I politely kept saying no thank you. Anyway she was trying to show me a bag and mid conversation, a very aggressive young sales girl felt the need to interrupt our conversation and explain to me the benefits of the bag. I started walking away to another area so my family could browse and shop, and any time I even looked at a bag, someone would approach me. It got to a point where I was standing in a corner minding my own business on my phone, texting in peace when again a sales person was trying to sell me stuff. These people were stalking me around the store. One lady who had introduced herself when we first walked in forgot that she already spoken to us and shook my hand and gave me her name, this lady went up to me not even 15 minutes later and reintroduced herself to me. When I mentioned she already did, she was like oh yeah sorry haha. I have never in my life had any sales people stalk me and follow me around like this, even while I'm trying to walk away and on my phone. I ended up leaving because I couldn't breathe in there. I found it very rude and suffocating. When I shop at actual high end stores like Chanel and LV, I am not treated this way. The Coach Outlet stores are pretty much always on sale. It usually like 60-70% off the tagged prices plus additional 10-20% off. It's lower than the tagged prices for sure but don't feel too pressured to buy stuff if you have time to think about it! Since this is an outlet the stuff varies a bit from the main Coach stores. The quality of their purses don't feel as nice and they often skimp on the logo quality too (printed vs metal). The designs vary a lot too from outlet vs main. But that being said some of the pieces can be nice especially for gifting. A lot of the small wallets and maybe some of the smaller purses are in the $20-$100 range which is affordable for most people I think. read more
