My wife and I recently visited to find shoes, and Tyler helped us through the entire process. He…read moretruly took the time to understand our needs, performed all the tests and fittings, and clearly explained not only what he recommended, but why he recommended it. Tyler brought out multiple shoe options that he felt would be a good fit for us, and honestly, we loved all of them. He also introduced us to some slides to walk around in, which we ended up purchasing, along with massage balls for our feet after he explained their benefits. What impressed me most was how well he connected our needs to the products he recommended. He even helped us compare color options and called to check availability for shoes that needed to be ordered. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how effectively Tyler identified our needs, matched us with the right products, and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. I've read some reviews mentioning pricing concerns, but based on our experience, I don't believe they're marking up prices. Even if they were, the expertise, service, and personalized attention we received would make it worth it. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding color selection. I understand this is a locally owned business and inventory space is limited, so I completely understand the challenge. However, I would love to see more basic or solid color options available in-store. We found four pairs of shoes we loved, plus the slides, but ultimately purchased three pairs of shoes and two pairs of slides. Two of the shoe purchases were colors we settled on because they were available in-store--not bad options at all, just not our first choice. One pair had to be ordered and shipped to our home, and another pair we ultimately purchased directly from New Balance because the all-black version wasn't available. We actually felt bad doing that after seeing how invested and helpful Tyler was throughout the process. Thank you, Tyler, for taking the time to help us. I can't believe it took a doctor's recommendation for us to finally walk through the door. It was truly an experience, and we'll absolutely be back.

I bought very expensive amount to coast brand shoes for $180 and very soon they started squeaking horribly. Unbearable. They only guarantee 30days refund policy so they will not take care off, refund, replace or fix these very expensive shoes after 3 months. Their own sales rep said, yes I know these shoes have a tendency to squeak. So why would you charge $180 dollars and sell to me the horrible shoes and never tell me the problem with them. Horrible product, horrible staff. No customer care. One person, actually said , we just sell shoes we do not make them so we cannot gurantee the quality. What a horrible thing to say to your customer and a horrible way to do business.

What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Thank you so much Jack for your professionalism, wealth of foot knowledge and helpful tips, answering our questions, friendly and courteous manners, patience, and amazing service. My daughters and I are grateful to have found you and your Foot Solutions. We'll be back for more comfy and supportive shoes in the near future. Happy Feet for Happy Life Always! Note on Exchange Policy: "WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Merchandise may be EXCHANGED for either different merchandise or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Must be in original packaging. Custom, worn, or modified merchandise cannot be exchanged."

I was very happy with his customer service, location of the store, hours and knowledge of shoes. You just don't get that kind of knowledgeable & courteous service very often anymore. Used Apple Pay for the purchase. Thank you Jack! I'll be back for more shoes when the time comes. Foot solutions solves problems! You won't be disappointed.

I walked in to Shoe Palace and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Zyaire. When I went to check out, Kennedy was excellent because I noticed that the sale prices were even lower than I thought in advance. I did ask if there were more double sale items and she assisted me in finding the perfect selections for my son. They did not have sizing for my husband. Thank you both Zyaire and Kennefy for an awesome experience and saving me some money at the same time.
