Great service and product with staff who go the extra mile. Will shop here again....... Don't need to say anything else but Yelp isn't sat with the number of characters in my response.... Again can't fix stupid! read more

I absolutely love these boots. I've had eight pairs everything on them as well. Built the leather everything besides the soul, the thin piece of the bottom, always peels off and the boot should last five years longer, but the sole falls off, but I absolutely love these boots I have five different kinds. read more

Great selection of work and casual wear. Clean small atmosphere. I also wanted to thank Laurie. Laurie was beyond amazing patient and understanding. she educated me on cleaning my new boots. Had great recommendations on different shoes that I wouldn't even think of wearing. Happy she opened me up to different options. Definitely need to come back for my work shoes. read more

Red Wing - Shoe Stores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This place was awesome. Went in to buy work boots and they were helping me from the start. Spent less than 30 minutes from start to finish. They explained everything to me and were never pushy about the sale. Good value for great safety shoes. I definitely recomend. read more

This place is a joke! they sell you on their warranty, but won't honor it. I would definitely not recommend this place. Zipper popped off and they told me it was wear and tear I had the boots for less then 4 months read more

We needed to do a return bc my husband has very wide feet and it was so smooth and so easy!! Leah was so helpful and amazing!! We have been customers of Red Wing for a many years because of customer service and quality! We will continue to stay loyal and appreciative!! read more

Really enjoyed my visit to this store for what was to be a simple purchase. I was not expecting to be educated on everything to consider but Leah took great care of me. She explained the styles and options thoroughly. I came in for one pair of boots but I have my eye on two more styles now! The store was very clean and respectful towards distancing and mask-wearing. Its tough being in customer service where personal contact was once the norm so I appreciate the effort made. They've earned my business and I will be sharing my positive experience with friends and family (and strangers if they'll listen)! read more

The store manager, Leah was such great help. I had purchased some boots in California, and they turned out to be defective. The store manager Leah was super friendly and understanding with my situation. I was unaware that I would have to return the boots from the original store that I had bought them form (in California) I stated to the manager Leah that I was not planning to go back to California anytime soon. Also, that the boot was defective and causing me some pain in my foot as well as some swelling. Again, I can't express how grateful I am that I was able to not only get a new pair of boots but also, she saved me the hassle and the expense on returning the pair of boots to California. I give this store a 5 star!! The experience was amazing. This will now be My Red Wing Shoe Store!! Thanks again Leah!!! - Jose Tirado read more

We had an issue about getting boots exchanged, but Leah corrected our issue and went above and beyond to get it resolved. Thanks Leah!

Anytime I have needed help and needed to switch out a boot, this store has done right by me. I will be only buying my red wings from here. Friendly staff. read more

Was excited to go in and get a new pair of redwings. I love the pair I have and need a new pair. The excitement went completely out the door when I was made to feel like an inconvenience to the blonde lady working right now. Sorry I disturbed you while you were standing there watching your coworker help out another customer. I'll never go back. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

My boyfriend and I came in to get his feet fitted for insoles LEAH WAS AMAZING. she made our experience quick and easy. She hooked us up with extra shoe laces, hard hat stickers and informed us how to keep up with the boots. A1 experience thanks to Leah. read more

Horrible customer service. Have shopped this location for 10 years. Absolutely 180 degrees from what it was even a year ago. Between the rudeness and lack of knowledge, I'm glad there are alternate independently owned redwings stores in town. Don't expect to be catered to, but common decency would be a significant upgrade from the attitude at this location. Tried to give them a second and third chance (twice in person, once via telephone) and experienced the same arrogant attitude each time- even while respecting their covid restrictions. read more

Horrible customer service! Didn't get the ladies name but she was horribly rude! She works Monday mornings! We would buy absolutely nothing from her! Have been buying boots there for the last 10 years! We took or business to Cal Ranch! Would give a zero if I could! read more

Great customer service and location. David was great and they had the boot I needed. I have only bought and worn Redwings since I hired with the railroad in 2003. You truly cannot go wrong with their product. read more

I had just bought a pair of shoes over here probably about 7 months ago and had to go out and buy me another pair today they are supposed to be a lifetime warranty but that did not happen I won't come here. read more

Went to buy my first pair of boots, and the customer service was good. They helped me get the right size. They had to order them since they didn't have them in stock, but that's fine by me. I was a little worried that the boots wouldn't fit me, but they did. The store is clean, and like I said before, it has friendly staff. read more

I love Redwing Shoes/Boots, can't beat the quality, however upon purchase of another pair. I fortunately noticed that the insoles were missing?! I was wondering why that boot seemed larger than my current/same model and size that I was about to replace.. Also noticed the shoelaces were thinner than my first pair. Seems like the type for "free shoelace replacement" that is offered by Redwing. Just kind of weird...Also shoe didn't come with the USA shoelace keeper that I see in other photos as well as co-workers that have purchased Made in USA redwings. read more

Went into the store on Rancho Dr. to get my husbands work boots. I didn't get the lady's name working there but I have never had to deal with a person in customer service as rude and condescending as this person. We asked for a sock to try on boots and were told that we had to purchase a pair for $18...all other Red Wings have socks for to try on boots. The second we showed her his railroad boot voucher to get boots for work (as he has done for many years) she quickly said it was an invalid voucher and we weren't able to purchase boots...not true! After convincing her to check her computer...she learned she was incorrect and we were good to go! We were still looking for boots but After listening to her condescending attitude the whole time we were there we grabbed our boot voucher and left! This lady should not be dealing with people, definitely not a people person! Will not shop here again! read more

Great customer service! Husband went to try on boots and got phenomenal help from David! Husband works for DIRECTV and David was able to provide him the proper shoes for work. Will recommend David! He knows his stuff. read more

That store is the bomb! A friend gave me an old pair of Red Wings a year ago and when I went into their store and try to pair of their new boots on, I am amazed! I am definitely going to come here and Buy a pair of Red Wings from Dave and or Ginger. They were extremely knowledgeable on helping me understand more of the product in the importance of taking care of my feet. Kudos once again guys! Thank you so much. read more

I give Redwing the manufacturer 5 stars but not this branch. Previously, the manager would quickly and thoroughly oil my boots when I went in. Never a problem, happy to do it. Now, every single time I go in, about once a month, I get this big song and dance about I have to leave the boots there to oil them. For four years there was never a problem, but now, the exact same model boot, they can't oil them while I wait because of some BS about the uppers and the laces. Once I suggested that I be allowed to do it myself and this was granted. The last time I went in, there was a changing of a guard and both clerks were in there standing around doing nothing when the boss said that I couldn't have them done while I waited. I think it is just laziness. I asked him to just oil the bottom half since I didn't want to leave my boots. He complied. If he reads this and gets his act together and gets the job done like years past, I will push this up to 5 stars. read more

Great service. David, the owner, is very personable and takes great care of my boots. Highly recommended!

If you really care about your feet, then this is the place to go! I never knew how comfortable my feet could be until I bought some footware here! The manager is great to deal with as well! Customer satisfaction is his top priority! read more

Loved this pair of boots, then within six months the liner ripped out of them. Brought back to store and explained the problem and was told wearing them every day was considered excessive wear and would have to pay 60 bucks to have leather liners sewn in. I hoped this repair would be the end of it and I would be done with this but two months later the glued in liners ripped out. I'm not even dealing with this shop a second time. I picked up some barge at Tandy leather, glued them up myself, and if they crap out again I will be looking to other brands that I can wear every day. Way too much money for a company to not stand behind their product. read more
