I've been to a lot of Dollar Tree locations and I will say that this location is by far the most organized. I used to shop at a lot of Dollar Tree stores for move in gifts for work. Very well lit store and friendly workers. I was looking for crazy glue and the workers actually helped me out by looking for it for me. If i'm in the area, i'd come back again. read more

I love this Dollar Tree location on Fort Apache & Sunset. It's by far the best one near me. The store is always well organized, fully stocked, and super clean, which I really appreciate. Every time I come in, I notice the staff actively organizing and keeping everything neat. It makes such a difference and makes shopping here actually enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in how the store looks. Judy, one of the cashiers, is the sweetest. She's always patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which stands out. I also love that they constantly have new items. I always end up finding the cutest pots and gardening stuff for great prices. I was even surprised to find Fiji water here recently, and they have a solid energy drink selection too. Their seasonal section is really good as well I've been loving the Easter decorations. I've also found some really cute lip glosses and nail polishes here, which I didn't expect from Dollar Tree. Overall, I always enjoy coming to this location. It's clean, organized, well-stocked, and has great staff. Definitely my go-to spot. read more

I was moved towards dark energy implosion after an awful experience at another business in the area but I soon softened when confronted with the fact that this is the best dollar tree ever. Not just inventory --though that was the first blow to dent my armor-- but sheer kindness: "Honey I'm going to let you take the cart that goes outside so you don't hurt yourself just bring it right back..." "Of course I will bring it right back! I would never disrespect your kindness." I brought it right back. 5/5 read more

Employees in this business are putting down the Store, starting with the Manager, since he didn't care how long was the line of costumers, not putting to work another cashier. So the only cashier that was working, got tired and she moved away so could have a break, and the line stop moving, and we left our merchandise away and we left. read more

Disappointed with this store that I've been shopping at since they opened. Poor management and rude employees. Long lines .. for what I don't know because the shelves are never stocked. Definitely will be shopping at a different store. read more

This is my regular dollar tree. Compared to others in the area, it's much less dark and gloomy and the staff is very friendly. Usually when I come in here there is a very long line and few workers. So be prepared to wait possibly. However, all workers are friendly and are doing the best they can:moving as fast as they can. Know you're getting a good deal and be prepared to wait in a line a few minutes if it's busy. If you're looking for holiday stuff without spending a lot of money this is a great place to check first as I'm often surprised at the great things I find here for so cheap. For example, they have plastic miniature winter village characters and wood Christmas signs for your house:front door all for only $1.25. Check it out! read more

I have been a Dollar Tree customer for about a decade now. Between the Kansas City, Seattle and Las Vegas areas, I must say that this particular store is nicely organized and clean. The staff members at the registers have always been polite, welcoming me and thanking me for my patronage. Most times, the lines can be on the long side, which is consistent with every Dollar Tree I've visited. The employee who helped ring me out, thanked me for my patience and also said "have a blessed day". Dollar Tree is a great place to shop. Years ago when I began shopping at DT, every item was $1.00. Now, most items are $1.25. They do offer cold and frozen food items that can be higher like $5 for Breyers ice cream. Good place to find non perishables and items for home, personal care, etc. You never know what inexpensive treasures you might find shopping at Dollar Tree. read more

This Dollar Tree has gone downhill. The staff is so rude! You try and help them out and they are just ungrateful. Never going back to this store. Always dirty and have nothing stocked on shelves. read more

This business, particularly this dollar dream. I know someone that works there and very been getting cheated their hours. What I do know is that. He's a very smart person and for them to cheat him out, his money is out of control. I think this. Place here likes to use their employees, especially the ones that think. That they think that don't know anything but they actually are smart and. Very aware. That I believe whoever's being crooked in the stores and taking from employees as far as ours needs to be brought. And convicted. Because this is. Disgusting for a person who worked so hard at this store and for them to just use him is absolutely disgusting. I do know I will get to the bottom of it. Me being a paralegal, I'm gonna help him. We're gonna figure it out because ain't no way they're cheating him his hours and not getting paid for majority of his time. Huh. They got another thing coming. This store will be shut down soon enough because the way they handle things here, they need to get it together. read more

The service sucked manager rude as hell shelves are bare and tons of stock left in the middle aisles. What makes everything worse is that I've applied there numerous times. Went as far to introduce myself to the acting manager for her to tell me to come back the next day so she could act as if she never said it . More then once . It's prue shameful that person like that are in Management positions and abuse it for their own personal gain Maybe cooperate will take a long look at what or who is not doing the right thing. Came here to say to pick up a few things, but the line was down the aisle with only 1 cashier! There was a supervisor in front complaining that there was only 1 cashier, but 3 people stocking. Stop complaining and get on a register yourself. Pretty sad, no customer service. read more

I visited dollar tree today and needed to purchase graduation balloons for my daughter and Blue was her name and she was beyond amazing. She was the only cashier in the front because managers were dealing with something in the back and she had at least 20 people in the line and she did such a great job at balancing everybody helping me with my balloons and not losing herself with a big smile on our face. I hope that she gets recognized for what she did today because she did such an amazing job and went above and beyond. read more

My closest dollar trees are on blue Diamond and rainbow in the southwest areas, so I decided to wander away from home just a bit further to check out the selection here. I love dollar tree for their cheap party stuff. This place has a very good selection and is a bit larger than the DT's I'm used to. What made this visit different from my previous shopping experiences is that my daughter and I had just gone for a date prior to coming. We both drank too much tea and needed to use the restroom. I don't know if every DT has a restroom available for use but this one sure did. We had to ask for the key. It's a single person restroom and although it wasn't the most tidy or well maintained, it was at least there and able for us to use which I'm very grateful for. We really didn't have anything to look for, we were enjoying our Saturday and wandering around. We were ready to purchase 2 small glitter planners for the 2023 year. As we were at the register she saw these little "mochi fidget" things that she loves and they had a good variety of. This location also has a spacious parking lot and is located at the corner of sunset and ft Apache which makes it more convenient to visit. I'll definitely be visiting this place more now that I know what they carry. read more

I come here all the time and their workers are always so friendly and nice. Really love this location. Tonight though... one of their workers went above and beyond which made me want to write a review. Her name is Dawn. I asked her what days are their shipments, she told me "today and they will stock tomorrow" something like that. I just mentioned about the Gain laundry soap and she said "hold on, I'll go check in the back" I was taken back because no one ever did that. She was in the middle of something, like putting back returns or items that people didn't buy. She came back out with no luck of finding the soap. But the thing is... She went out of her way to try and find the soap for me. I appreciated that Dawn. Keep that amazing positive energy you have. Happy holidays everyone at this location. You guys are always welcoming. read more

I usually come here for table napkins and random knick knacks that are a couple bucks more at other stores. But both times that I have been here, they are sold out of the most basic stuff like napkins, fabuloso, or even the water gallons that are at every other Dollar tree around. I do not know why this store has that problem, but I have heard other customers complain about it. Also, their service is not the greatest as the last time I was there, the gal working at check out had apple airpods in and was listening to music as she rang us up. Why would you let your employees do that? Anywhere else that would be an immediate termination. I definitely will be driving a bit farther to the Dollar Tree next to Target on Blue Diamond and the 15. read more

So I go to a lot of dollar trees. And I have to say this might be the best one I've ever been to. I just wanted to write a review for the store because it was probably the best dollar tree I've shopped up and they should be recognized for that! read more

No stars we were regular shoppers at this Dollar Tree location prior to this experience. The black mgr woman we saw smoking outside in the parking lot when we pulled up to the store. Not a good first impression for the store. How do you manage a store if your not inside it? I was preoccupied for a moment while my other party shopped in the store. All of a sudden the Dollar Tree mgr now back in the store was not watching the front of the store where the registers are, but was pushing a shopping cart down the same aisle where my party was shopping.. Instead of just letting the customer shop the aisle and spend $$$, the Dollar Tree mgr insisted on having her right of way down the aisle forcefully making the customer move out of the way. The Dollar Tree mgr then hit the customer on the left hand. Unbelievable a Dollar Tree manager attacking a customer!! My party had told the mgr to stay six feet from her as she felt threatened by her, but the mgr came within inches of her violating her personal space. The Dollar Tree mgr made a mountain out of a molehill. Whatever color you are doesn't give you the right to disrespect a paying customer waiting for someone and trying to shop in your store. You might try shopping at another location more welcoming. I felt so bad for the women having to work for this Dollar Tree mgr. I wouldn't take a senior citizen or a disabled adult to this store for their own safety. read more

I like to stop by this store when I just want to walk around. They always have something I want and why not for just $1.00! I have found some neat things coming here. Sometimes if you see something you want they may not have it again or they sell out of the item fast. I like that the isles are bigger than some stores and you don't feel crammed walking down a isle with other people. Over all nice store! read more

This was my first time in the store on Fort Apache. This store is so big and nice. I can't believe it. The one I usually go to is not the same. They take forever to put stuff out on the shelves and things are disorganized and it looks kind of trashy in there. The one on Fort Apache is so spacious and clean. I would drive a little further to go to this one next time. Whoever the manager is they are doing a great job and should be rewarded for that. The older lady that checked me out was really nice also but I didn't see her name. read more

I've left the last two times with nothing, because after waiting in line for more than 10 minutes each and every time, I don't even want the crap anymore. This location is still somewhat new. As I drive by this location almost everyday coming home from work, I have not come in here until Christmas time. I make Christmas treats and the past years I have gone to other locations to find holidays tins for the treats. But this location had a good amount of tins for me. As I was looking at the tins, my husband was looking at the snack aisle and he came across a bag of pretzels that we usually buy at WalMart. The workers here are super nice. The inside of the store is clean and well lit. read more

I would have to say I've been to a lot of dollar trees in Las Vegas... I would not be writing this review if it wasn't for how nice the staff is at this location. I was looking for mason jars and one of the gentleman stocking the shelves in the home good section went ut of his way to grab me a box full of them. Not only that, the store is probably the cleanest and most organized dollar tree I have ever been to. The store is a little bit larger than the store that is closest to my home and I feel like they're selection it's a lot bigger. If you are a dollar tree DIY person their craft section is amazing! The other thing I really like about this store is the tall ceilings and the large windows. A lot of the other dollar trees in Las Vegas are very dark and gloomy. This one seems much different with the natural light coming in. If you live in the southwest part of town be sure to check out this dollar tree, I am sure they will not disappoint! read more

This Dollar Tree calls an abandoned Fresh & Easy store its home, so the space is quite large. Out of all the Dollar Tree stores in town, I'd say this one lands right about in the middle. It's big so the aisles are wide and spacious, but the stock is just average (your favorite Dollar Tree finds probably won't be stocked here). It's not one of the better dollar stores in town, but it's worth a stop if you're on this side of the city. Easy parking too. read more

Customer service is a fat zero! I went in looking for tweezers for my wife and looked in the obvious isle 5 where all the ladies beauty tools would be ranging from nail clippers to wig tools, no tweezers that I could find l.. so I do the obvious thing and ask for help, I approach a worker, man or women I couldn't tell, I ask her if there are any tweezers.. she says isle 5.. I say I looked there and couldn't find them.. she says I guess we don't have them then.. CAN YOU SAY RUDE! read more

I'm finally writing a review because I believe the manager named "Gary" tall with brown hair seemed miserable at his job. Not, at all friendly. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom and when I found it it was locked I went and kindly asked an older worker. He seemed absolutely friendly "he should be manager." Told me he would find his manager to let me know. His manager came with him and he told me he could help me. Gary looked at me like he couldn't be bothered as I told him "I was wondering if my 5 year old May use there restrooms?" He looked at me and thought about it for a minute and then started walking toward the restroom. Not once did I hear a "Hi, May I help you or a Yes of course we don't usually let the public use restrooms but since he's 5 of course or a Right this way. He's horrible. I wanted so badly to be like are you a MUTE or is it your attitude that makes you a terrible manager? He Opened the bathroom and left even after I said "thank you." Kill them with kindness no matter what I guess. I Love this store because of the amount of things in it but they don't train most of there employees to fake there attitudes to give everyone a good customer service. Clearly, because management is miserable himself. I have seen only 2 employees that have ever had good customer service here like the man I asked about the bathroom and an older lady. Don't work customer service if you can't provide it. Gary should not be management he should work the back where his attitude can be kept to himself. read more

You know what, for a dollar store this place is alright. They have items in this store I never imagined I would find here. They have a great decorations section for all of the holidays, gift bags and greeting cards are soooooo much cheaper to buy here, and odd products you didn't think you needed but when you find them you realize you do....especially for a dollar. The staff that works here are all crazy and the lines can get pretty long! But I find myself stopping in here for more and more as I realize the good things they do have at such a discounted price. read more

This isn't the most organized Dollar Tree. It's hit or miss on some aisles such as where the books are. Some times its highly organized, others like today a mess. I've always gotten friendly cashier's however today was a bit different. No eye-contact or greeting from the jump; it was as if Chase hates his job, doesn't give a crap, or can't wrap his head around what he considers a menial job or a combination of all of the above. Since I'm not a mind reader and silence was the most pervasive form of communication my suggestion is when you work in customer service you make the customer feel like you care or since you wear a name tag they might rat you out. As someone who worked w the public for over twenty years I can't condone this so long as their are so many people who need jobs and when all other cashiers that work at this location are friendly. Ask your boss to stock shelves if you hate interacting with people. read more

This is a great Dollar Tree! I've been to a few in the valley, but this is one of the best as it's a large location. This is one of my favorite DT's to go in Vegas. They have a super large selection, and I've seen any large mess or destruction. It's always well kept. Lots more to choose from that the others in the area. The only issue at this one that I have is there is normally one cashier. This is a busier location and it tends to ALWAYS have one cashier... the lines sometimes really backed up and it's hard, but the people who work there seem to handle it well. Kudos to them! Update: Kudos to them for now charging for plastic bags! I hope other stores take this into action and we start turning to reusable bags. I'm so glad they're opening Dollar Trees on this side of town now. Yay! Since it's new, it's super clean (which I LOVE)! The cashiers were nice & even greet people entering the store (which never happens at other locations). However, there were still a lot of empty shelves, not enough staff to assist immediately, and they don't carry a bunch of items other Dollar Tree stores have...
