I went to specific departments yesterday: kitchen and housewares- everything is well-stocked here, pet aisles- we came here for Wipes, and we found them, the women's clothing (also checked out the womens/juniors), and browsed the Beauty department. This one is always very busy. It also seems like more people are shopping on Holidays too. The line for Checkout was very long. Probably the longest ever! Before I knew it, I had 12 items (all tops) to try on in the Dressing Room. I stuck to my favorites. I selected four tops. by C & C, Nicole Miller, Cynthia Rowley, and Marled Essentials. Three of them were short sleeved, one was a long sleeved tunic. Again, I was looking for solid separates, 2 of them were, for work, to match with my khaki shorts and various skirts. The other two are printed. All in all, was very pleased that the selection is excellent here and the quality of the tops was very good, ie. the material was very soft, and the tops fit well, for the most part. Cotton and linen. Prices ranged from $10, $12.99, and $13.00. I am petite but I have broad shoulders from being on the Swim Team in high school. Two of the tops I tried on were very boxy looking, not flattering on me at all. I also have a very short torso. Hubby found New Balance shorts- two pack, different colors, boys, size XL, for $13.00- clearance, and New Balance underwear- four pack in size XL. Yes, our stringbean is growing. Well-stocked, organized, and the clothing was not super jam-packed on the racks. Clean store too. read more

I have been going to this location for years due to the store being very close but I went to go exchange some items on 6/16/2026 around 6pm and it was one of the worst trips I made. I have never felt uncomfortable until yesterday. I felt like the loss prevention department was following me specifically. The guy with the black hair, kind of tall with a beard kept pacing around me and one of his co workers was near by trying to play it off by talking to his coworker nearby. I made 2 comments to the woman at the dressing room and the woman at the register. The woman at the dressing room was very empathetic with me but the woman at the front tried to change the subject and sell me a credit card. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. They need to worry more about how many cashiers they have ringing than to follow me around the store. Do better! read more

This is a really great location. Its clean, well-stocked, and perfect for back-to-school shopping. I don't usually use the dressing rooms, but on this visit, I had a slightly frustrating experience. My daughter was trying on clothes, and I wanted to do a simple 1-for-1 exchange. I just wanted to swap one item so she could try on another pair of pants without having to get fully redressed and go through the check-in process again. However, the associate said it was against policy, which I understand might be in place to prevent theft. Still, it seemed overly rigid in this case, especially since it was a direct swap and we weren't adding extra items. It made the process more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, I'd still recommend this location for the variety and convenience, but it might be worth reviewing the dressing room policy to allow for a bit more flexibility in situations like this. Today at this TJ Maxx location I was ready to check out with a fairly high priced piece of jewelry at the jewelry counter and I had a $249 Valentino bag I wanted to purchase. When it was time to check out I was told that I have to go stand on the regular checkout line (which was so long it was almost out the front door) in order to purchase the bag. I was told the store manager who was nowhere to be found had made the policy that "only jewelry" can be checked out at the jewelry counter. There were no other customers at the jewelry counter and the clerk was just standing around but wouldn't ring up my purchases. They lost out on my high priced sale between the jewelry and the Valentino bag because I left both behind and left the store. What kind of customer relations store policy is this!? I will never shop at this store again! read more

Over 40 mins on line with 4 cashiers in low mode on and like 6 just behind the counter pretending they're doing something instead of help the customers is not right. Good luck for the holidays! The only down side was there is very little on the tj Maxx side. Great if you want to come here for home goods but if you are looking for other items tj Maxx related there isn't a big selection. I should have gone to the Marshalls by rainbow. To keep it short, there is a young woman in the dressing room that would have been working on June 19th during the middle of the day that takes whatever dressing room policies way too seriously. Not even the regular count them as you go in and count them as you go out. She basically looks at everybody like they are a thief rather than a customer that you should treat with courtesy even while enforcing policies. For example, she would probably be better suited for the TSA that was how bossy and rude and condescending she came across. The line to the checkout as many people have said is extremely long. They don't have enough cashiers but there are people wandering around behind the registers or around the store that could be called up to ring. It's not a very efficient process. The announcements overhead about the credit card go off every 15 minutes. When it is run like this you know that the assistant managers or managers or key holders or whatever you want to call them are micromanaging the hell out of their employees. All the other Marshalls and t.j Maxx are much more chill, from the one in summerlin to the ones and the East part of the city to even that Marshalls on rainbow. You all are doing way too much to the point that you are offending customers and annoying them. You're like an HOA of t.j Maxx. Definitely will not be going back. I'm glad I put some of my merchandise back so that I didn't spend more than I needed to there. I was really close to putting everything back. You need to talk to your employees about being respectful and not acting like a drill sergeant. Crazy AF read more

This is a constant problem and the managers are EASILY aware of it since there are always at least 30 or 40 people in line, but apparently refuse to get more checkers. It's two days before Christmas, and I ended up here at TJ Maxx and the HomeGoods Store, which are not only owned by the same company, TJX Companies, but conjoined inside and share the same cashiers. They also own Marshalls and a few other brick and mortar shops. Both stores were still packed with merchandise two days before Christmas, which was both nice to see, and a blessing insofar as my choices were concerned. Strolling the denoted one-way aisles that customers seldom adhere to or acknowledge, these stores make a sizeable area to cover. There's the traditional TJ Maxx merchandise such as discounted clothing, accessories, toys, sporting goods, toiletries, and the like. And the home-related inventory that's carried in the adjoining HomeGoods store where you'll find furniture, kitchenware, bedroom accessories, lighting fixtures, food products, and lots of brick-a-brak. The prices at both stores are competitive with online merchandisers and even, on occasion, beat online pricing while being able to touch and see the inventory rather than guess from pictures. The checkout line does look daunting, but there are more than adequate staff to handle the 20-25 person line, and it moves quickly. Both stores are pandemic conscious, as you must enter through TJ Maxx and exit from HomeGoods. A heady merchanding gimmick if I do say so myself. The entrance and egress are staffed with employees counting, cleaning, and wiping everything down and enforcing face mask regulations. The parking lot is sizable and well lighted. TJ Maxx / HomeGoods is a pleasurable retail store, as you'll find. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GIVE CREDIT IN THE STORE THEY TREATED ME LIKE A THIEF In December 2023 I returned a set of sportswear I had purchased. They did not refund the money to my credit card, but instead gave me a gift card with the credit of what the product cost. Today, January 2024, I am going to buy something with the gift card that they gave me with the amount that the product cost, it turns out that there is no money, no one at the cashier could help me and I asked to speak to the store manager Ana, she told me that if not I had used the card, I told her no and she implied that I had used it and that maybe I didn't remember when I said NO. I felt embarrassed in front of the store and in front of other customers. When I had never used it, he gave me a tj maxx customer service phone number because as a store manager you can't call customer service and it turns out that they never put money on the gift card, they gave me a refund like they gave me my money back , but they never put the money on the gift card. What a bad experience and I'm still waiting for my money. The saddest thing of all is that they are not professional and they embarrassed me in front of other people when they made the mistake because the cashier never put the money on the card. read more

July 10 2018. Nothing is ever planned when I walk into a TJ Maxx. I was looking for drinking glasses over at Home Goods and then found myself here. I love how they are connected to eachother. You can find many name brand deals throughout the store. My go to areas are always shoes, purses, jewelry, and hair products. I didn't find what I was looking for over at HG, but I left with 4 other random items from TJ. There was quite a long line for check out but they had many cashiers working so it wasn't too long of a wait. Sometimes I feel like the line/check out area is a trap because they have soo many cute items that you end up adding to your purchase. Of course I'll be back! Who doesn't love bargains. read more

This store is not even worthy of 1 star to begin with. Always repeatedly having staffs at desk with rude and unprofessional customer service. Waiting in long line for check out is as daily service here. Not ever have enough staffs at the cashier to help customer check out. Throughout the store, never easy to find staff by the aisle for help. Please don't let me mention about how this store is running during holidays or holiday seasons..... Especially today for staffs at cashier who helped me totally lost hope for this store from now on. Living in US, which sharing cultures, languages. Coming from different states, or countries... We are here to be proud of being part of the diversity. My male staff today, I had to asked him x3 for this store number, he asked me back x3 if I was asking for the store address. I went out of my way and drove 20 minutes from the strip to this area to check out this TJ Maxx which is connected with Homegoods. Everyone says this place is a pretty good find for things and deals but when I look at the prices it is exactly the same price as Los Angeles prices. I ended up walking around for about 20 minutes to see if I could find something that I really enjoyed but ended up just buying a cold bottle water and a wide hair comb for the shower. Nothing special in my book and it just reminds me of a regular TJ Maxx store. The only difference is that you could shop between both Homegoods and TJ Maxx. Plenty of parking as well and the store itself is pretty large. Overall the store is clean and pretty organized the thing it's that the line is a little bit on the longer side since they are getting double the shoppers and having one line for both of the stores. Ugh this store is my nemesis... It tries to eat up every last dime in my wallet! Most days it succeeds. Today I went there for a baby shower gift. You'd think I'd head right to the baby section, but no... I started over by lamps and mirrors and walked every isle. How can you not? Seriously!? I love this TJ Maxx. It's connected to Home Goods! Woo-Hoo so you get twice the shopping fun all in one parking lot. The store is huge, clean, organized and has great merchandise! I found a Lucky Brand shirt and some designer shampoo and conditioner at a bargain price. Christopher gates is an asshole! You'd think him being a manager he would have great customer service. My girlfriend (who is of color) asked him politely if they had a car section in the store and he kept alluding the fact that she wasn't smart and demanded more details... like what more do you need? Do you have a car section where you can find things for your car?!? like yes or no, you don't have to be condescending and belittle her. After that incident, we just left because it made us upset of how a MANAGER treated a guest. I can't believe how miserable you are at your job as a manager that you have to be rude to a guest asking for service. That was absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service and experience! The so called manager; Maggie Morales for a second day in a row, closed the door in our faces 30 minutes before the actual store was scheduled to close!! We waited in 100 degree heat outside the store in line for over an hour to come in!! Why do they close the store 30 minutes before closing time in your face??? This is unacceptable and she just did NOT care how she treated her customers!! There was no reason they could not have helped every person in line by closing time and we were the 3rd couple from the front of the line!! Her excuse was there were still people in the store... they did not let one person in for 10 minutes before closing the door while other people walked out! DO NOT shop here! I am contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint because this is terrible service!! Extend your hours or put your actual hours on the doors but don't lie about when you are closing after you made people stand outside in the heat!! You should not be working in customer service!! Did most my Christmas shopping at this TJMaxx Location. Went on a shopping spree and checked off most on my Christmas list! When I got home and unloaded my shopping bags, I realized I was missing 1 shopping bag with the delicate lacy dress. Called them right away and notified that I must have left my package. The lady who helped me was Nadia, and the manager's name I think is Laura. They couldn't find my shopping bag but told me to return, & graciously replaced the dress with another one as long as I have the receipt.
