Junior and Tonya in the shoe department are great! They went the extra mile to find a size and style for me.

This store layout is nice. Very cleaned and organized. Has good sales going on always as well. But not a huge selection for what I typically look for. I feel like it has more older styled clothing and such. One thing I was not fond of was their was a younger cashier working with someone on the phone no other sales clerk was in sight and she goes I can help you here,( exactly where the lady was).. which wasn't comfortable to begin with. I told her I don't have my psychical Macys card and I have my id she goes it's fine go enter your social. I told her I don't need to be on the same cashier as someone where the keypad is literally next to the lady and I don't need any of information exposed , and she had some attitude like i did something wrong. It's not professional to have someone's PERSONAL important information laid out and exposed near someone. I know she's young but still should know common courtesy. read more

I've always had great service experiences at this store, and it's been my go-to for gifts and personal makeup needs. Unfortunately, my recent visit was completely different, thanks to Kim. Her attitude was shockingly rude. I felt rushed from the moment I walked in, despite just wanting to take my time and browse. When I finally decided to purchase a blush for my mom (since many of the products I needed were out of stock), Kim hurried me through the checkout process without even making eye contact or showing the slightest bit of friendliness. Every question I asked was met with her staring at a book, and her overall demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. It was truly unpleasant being around her. As for the store itself, it was disappointing to see so many empty shelves. When I asked Kim if she could check the drawers for an item, she sarcastically said, "If it's not on display, there's none," but then reluctantly offered to open the drawers. Her behavior left me questioning why someone like her is in customer service. Sorry, Macy's, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Additionally the Estée Lauder blush I bought was $44.00 but if I spend $45 I would have gotten a gift. Well, with the tax it was $47.69. It's unbelievable the marketing skills these days. Purchased a few gifts for some special little ladies today. Found a pair of shoes from their decent size women's shoes selection. Also found a nice fragrance of Saint Laurent perfume from their vast perfume/cologne selection. The staff were nice, and the customer service was good. There's also a mini finish line as well as a mini Toys "R" Us located inside of this Macy's location for those who may be looking for shoes and toys. read more

Nice to have a mini-department store at the Arroyo! There is no mall in the area, so it fills a void for a larger department store. This location has clothing, shoes, cosmetics, jewelry etc. There is also a toy section, and they accept returns too. It's lacking in carrying all the clothing sizes that the larger stores have, and there are no home goods. They do have some nice displays, as well as a seating area in the shoe department. The store was clean and the departments were easy to identify through signage. They have special events weekly, with a list of events inside the entrance/exit. read more

Staff was helpful in allowing me to test through some of 2025's top fragrances from their selection. Ultimately ending up with Emporio Armani's Stronger With You Parfumerie. The scent is amazing and has wowed both family and strangers with its masculine upper class scent. The staff was nice enough to put a bunch of free samples in my bag upon purchase which I gifted to family members looking to expand their cologne collection. read more

I am so excited to have this Macy's so closeby and convenient! It's located at the Arroyo center, which is one of the big shopping areas in the Southwest. Note that this is not a full sized Macy's, but more like a mini department store. It's not great if you are looking for the full lineup of products, but it's great if you need a quick gift for someone. They have a great cosmetics department (I stopped in to buy my mom some Chanel perfume for the holidays, and they had it in stock and even gift wrapped it for me). The clothing and other departments are very limited, so I use this location mostly for ordering online and picking up in store. It's also great if you have an in-person return, because you can get your refunds so much faster versus mailing back a return. The one big problem is that this mini Macy's only has 3 registers at the customer service desk, so lines are frequently very long. I'm happy to have a new place to browse and shop when I'm out at about. I hope this little department store sticks around! read more

Wow wow! I came during their grand opening weekend on a Sunday morning. This is a lovely department store. I love this new concept of Macy's. I read that there is one open in Indiana and 2 'smaller-format stores' in other states that are soon to open too. If you enjoy shopping at department stores, then this is for you. They have several luxury items and it's a little bit of everything.. it reminds me of a Nordstrom Rack or something similar because it's all in one floor, but their pieces are brand new and there aren't much sale items on floor at this time. I love that this is close to home and if you're into luxury and clothing, or looking for something cute to wear, I suggest that you visit. It isn't huge, but also isn't that small of a store either. It's definitely worth a visit as you may find something there. read more

No plus sizes available. Barely anything past a large. They have a petite section but no plus sizes. Make it make sense! So disappointed.

Came here looking for cologne, but felt like I was being judged as if I don't belong there or whatever. The lady cleaning the counter didn't seem interested in helping me at all and told another lady to help me instead. It wasn't even busy at all, probably only like 3 or 4 customers in the whole store. The price of the cologne seems kinda sketchy too, I remember it was cheaper online. All in all, customer service was not on their game today. read more

The selection is good for the size. The reason for the poor review is the customer service.. I was in last night checking out and wanted to use a gift card I was given and there are numbers on the back they need.. the cashier proceeds to scratch it with a coin which actually caused it all to smear and mess up the numbers. Then she says they are never like this and last time she saw one like that it had no balance.. WHAT!? Then a manager steps in and still saying how something is wrong with the card and their machine says it has no balance. I panicked because the card was just purchased at the Summerlin location and $200 is on there. They tell me there is nothing they can do for me and to call the 800 number. I get home look at the back make out the numbers and call the 800 number, turns out nothing was wrong with the card. They just didn't want to help me out. Next morning got clothes no issues with that card at all... just say you don't want to help, or that you are sorry and you messed up. Not that it's my card and make someone feel like they have a fake gift card. read more

This location isn't bad at all despite being a smaller version of a regular Macy's. I had a promo card in exchange for my review, so I used it at their make up counter. When I first walked in to the store, I started thinking it was kind of small, maybe the backstage/ discounted part of Macy's but they had full priced items as well as sale priced items & it is not set up like their backstage section, where everything is thrown into bins on small tables & it's one giant mess. This store is clean, organized & after I got my make up, an employee assisted me in selecting an evening bag for a company dinner party I am going to. He was very personable, funny & knowledgeable. The sales were so great, I went back the next day & purchased another evening bag with a matching pair of heels for a different event. I held back one star because they do not have any home goods at all, you have to go to the Spring Mountain location for those items. I miss when Macy's had everything in one store, way more convenient for me & many other customers, I'm sure. They do have a decent shoe and handbag department, plus a nice Ralph Lauren section of clothing, which I loved. As for fragrance, it was disappointing to see only two testers out. They have a large selection of perfumes & cologne but I am guessing due to theft , they can no longer put out many testers. Sad. I like to smell the perfume before I buy it, I do not want to pay over one hundred dollars for a bottle only to find I don't like the smell & now have to take it all the way back to the store. We can thank the sticky fingers crowd for this inconvenience! Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I would definitely go back again. read more

Big store, spacious. Pricing is department store pricing aka mrsp pricing aka not cheap. Came in with my puppy after visiting Petsmart next door. The floors are concrete. Walking through the shoe dept, an employee gives me the stink eye with my puppy and said "uh huh, you gotta go. You and your dog gotta go". I felt like I was in pretty women getting judged and kicked out! Terrible service. Didn't have a chance to look around after that. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at this macys. The cashier (wouldn't let me see her name tag and covered it when I asked) asked me if I wanted to sign up for a credit card, I responded with no thank you and she continued to force it on me. I let her know that we were military and if they offered a discount, she immediately responded "no" and had an attitude. I proceeded to verify on macys.com and they do In fact offer it and the manager over heard and said yea we do. She was annoyed and still questioned her own superior. Driving by looked open so stopped by. This store is so close with a neighborhood feel definitely smaller than your massive Macys, but I really love the calm ambiance. Very local friendly no sale marketing pushed on you. Couple of time employees checked on you to make sure your doing well and don't need any additional assistance. I was so excited for this location but really disappointed in the lack of plus size clothing.

I purchased a luxury watch for my husband for Father's Day from the Summerlin location and my husband took the watch to this location to be sized because it's closest to our home They said they'd size it and give him a call. After about four hours they called and said they couldn't size it. He took the watch to the Summerlin location to get sized and they informed him that this location broke, scratched and lost the barrel of the watch. This watch cost a pretty penny. I called and spoke to the manager who remembered the incident and she informed me that that don't size those types of watches at that location. The associate should NOT have attempted. I will NOT return to this location. read more
