I get that you said it's your policy and it's printed on the receipt-- but I wasn't even asking for a refund but to exchange for other items, no credit. Target has a better return policy. They make us feel playful and confident. They stock and have great deals with the lotions and mist products that smell so good! We always need to smell like roses or something else. How about a spray mist and lotion combination for your skin and hair to make sure your heart rate stays high and you continue to fall over and over again with the day. I like their clothing line, the style is pretty nice, their material is great, and very comfy. They have cute accessories, purses, and tote bags. I was looking for a specific travel size lotion. There's a lovely scent I really like which is a body spray mist and it usually has a lotion that goes with it. I could not find the item and it doesn't look like they have it in stock. I spoke with Jennifer, and was told they usually carry small lotion as a gift set which will be available during Christmas time. She recommend to check back around late October and November for the gift set.

This was when she "informed" us (while Ria was looking for an item we already asked about and we were waiting for her) she was busy (showing another rep something at the register) showinganother employee something even though initially she wasnt.. I have no problems if someone is training someone but that does NOT mean you need to be rude and dismissive to a customer, especially since I wasnt being rude and was respectful to her while she's looking at me with disdain like Im not worth her time. First of all, Im an adult, more than likely make 4x as much as her, and ive worked retail as well before.. Ok, I was in middle school when Hollister and other related trendy brands were SUPER huge amongst preteens and tweens. Like every kid I knew began wearing clothing from Hollister once I started 6th grade. Every time I went to the Galleria at Sunset when I was in middle school, I would ALWAYS buy all different types of clothing from here, from shirts to sweaters to pants and even perfume. I remember when they used to be on the first floor next to one of the department stores, now they're on the second floor next to Bath & Body Works. It has been a VERY long time since I stepped inside Hollister, I think it's been almost 20 or so years since I last bought something here. I was looking for some new clothes for my upcoming trip to Europe and wanted to make a quick stop here before wrapping up my trip to the Galleria. I ended up buying a really cute green sundress (pockets included, score!!!) and a matching green sweater. Usually, I fit in a small, but I got a medium in both of these, just a case a small wouldn't fit me. In most cases, clothing in a medium is too big for me! I tried them on when I got home and they both fit perfectly. I can't wait to wear these with summer coming up just around the corner. One of the brand's standout features is their commitment to not retouching photos and featuring real bodies in their advertising campaigns rather than the 001% of the population that is supermodels. Additionally, their actual product is pretty solid, with fair pricing for basics, layering pieces, and seasonal stuff like holiday PJs, scarves, accessories. Pieces fit true to size and so far, they hold up better to washing than H&M or Forever 21 purchases, which are about the same price point. This location also has on-site custom screen printing, which is a cool touch but one I am unlikely to utilize. TIP: Park at the Tropicana and walk over using the MGM bridge or use the mall garage (across from Eataly) for $10 flat-rate if you plan to stay in the area for a while.
