Unfortunately, my recent visit was completely different, thanks to Kim. Her attitude was shockingly rude. I felt rushed from the moment I walked in, despite just wanting to take my time and browse. When I finally decided to purchase a blush for my mom (since many of the products I needed were out of stock), Kim hurried me through the checkout process without even making eye contact or showing the slightest bit of friendliness. Every question I asked was met with her staring at a book, and her overall demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. It was truly unpleasant being around her. As for the store itself, it was disappointing to see so many empty shelves. When I asked Kim if she could check the drawers for an item, she sarcastically said, "If it's not on display, there's none," but then reluctantly offered to open the drawers. Her behavior left me questioning why someone like her is in customer service. Sorry, Macy's, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Additionally the Estée Lauder blush I bought was $44.00 but if I spend $45 I would have gotten a gift. Well, with the tax it was $47.69. It's unbelievable the marketing skills these days. That alone made my decision not to buy anything else. Awful shopping taste today, thanks Kim. Sorry Macy's !

There were plenty of pieces around $200 or under, and you could easily put together a sharp, put-together outfit in the $400 to $600 range without feeling like you just got financially wrecked. It's elevated, yes, and absolutely works for high rollers, but for some it's actually well within reach if you want elevated, very cool men's clothing without going overboard. The vibe is what really sells it. It feels like a private men's lounge with a TV where you can sit, relax, and not feel rushed, and they offer tailoring on the spot so you can alter a piece right then and there without having to come back. This is a true one stop shop for men who hate shopping, everything handled in one place, quickly and efficiently, especially being right in the middle of the Cosmopolitan where you can grab a full outfit and head straight out for the night. Guys know how much they hate shopping, and this makes it a whole lot easier.

But I did do his go there to get an alteration from Otto, who was referred to me by the Bellman over at Vdara. Auto is a bit of a master magician when it comes to tailoring because he took what I thought was a throwaway sports jacket and repaired it for me and it looks like new I don't wanna tell how much you charge for it, but it was really a small amount In addition, Chris and the other gentleman work in the store treated me with respect and help me get to auto without worrying about me not buying anything in their store. It made me want to come back because of their customer service. So yeah, I'll give them five stars just based on their customer service alone. I will be back to buy Definitely a great place to go for men's clothing. Lots of fashionable items polos jackets sunglasses

I always admired and the color coordination of the clothes and shoes as well as the clean esthetic state of the store. Prices are mostly reasonable, and they have the regular sizes of small to large. I'm glad this location had closed door dressing rooms compared to the open room and having to change in front of others. I did feel like I was being watched and followed, which ultimately did make me uncomfortable , I just spent less time looking and headed for check out bc I don't like the stereo type profiling .

People who remember Love Bug get it. The store is really tidy and everything is color coded, which makes it easy to shop and put outfits together. There are a lot of options, especially if you are looking for work clothes. Just be aware that sizing is not consistent at all. Fits vary a lot, so you will need to try things on. Service is pretty hands off. The staff does not really assist, but I actually prefer that. You can take your time and shop without pressure. Dressing rooms are open and self serve, which keeps things moving. Pricing is what you would expect. It is fast fashion with a slightly higher price tag, but still affordable for what you get. Overall, still one of my go to places for office wear and worth the drive for me.
