There were so many sneakers on sale, not just mens, but womens and kids too, when we visited, during Spring Break, almost two weeks ago. It was almost like the whole store or damn near close, was on sale. There were so many pairs for under $30! I bought a pair for my self and two pairs of hubby because our Anniversary is just around the corner. On top of the low prices, there was an additional Promo if you spent over $100, in three different price points. Whoa! Really?! Shopping for sneakers for my hubby and he wanted a specific pair. Our sales associate was extremely helpful. We were able to find the sneakers he wanted and some other clothing at a reasonable price. I know that 'Blown Away' is a 1994 action thriller film starring Tommy Lee "I Don't Care!" She kindly greeted me at the door and personally took be back to get the items I needed. 2. When one item I sought was not readily available, she stepped away and quickly found it. 3. Saved me roughly 70% on my purchases. 4. Personally did the check out. So articulate and pleasant, even asked me about my day with genuine interest. I have been shopping here for many years now and today I was extremely disappointed in the cashier's customer service skills granted we were trying to get on a different size while in line and was about to hit the 100.00 mark to get $20.00 but there was a bit of a line. 1. Maybe they should have opened up a second cashier. 2. Maybe she could have said one moment folks to the people behind us. 3. Maybe she should have offered us to get another product/up sell to exceed the 100.00 mark to get the $20.00. So many maybes.......... I know it's the holiday season so maybe people behind us could have been patient for just a couple more minutes. But had the cashier said something instead of just standing not saying anything maybe my 81 year old mother would not have left feeling uncomfortable. read more

Ordered shoes online, the order was initially confirmed and then cancelled. They said they ran out of the shoe. They refused to offer a replacement at the same price and said I could check back to see if was restocked but wouldn't automatically reorder and wouldn't give me the same price. My favorite place to buy shoes for the gym! I wear sneakers out quickly with the miles I do, but I get really attached and destroy them rather than buy new ones every couple months. The Reebok brand fits consistently well across different styles, and I like the snug fit and thick shock-absorbing soles on their running shoes. They're also good about having on-trend styles and fun colors. Now getting them at a discount (typically half off) makes me even happier! Staff are helpful about looking for extra sizes or providing sale info. Store is consistently clean and organized. They have a whole extra room to the right with workout clothes and outerwear, but I go elsewhere. TIPS: If you're on a budget even for an outlet, try kids sizes. For a 8.5 womens, I go down to a 7 in kids and still get fun, functional shoes for the gym or to wear to work, and they're typically around $20. Military gets an extra 10% stacked discount, too. My husband and I came by to buy a pair of the classic black and white nylon shoes for our boys. They had the size for our eldest but we had to order our youngest's pair and have them shipped to our house for free. Sophia helped us out with everything we needed. Nice outlet where you can usually find a good deal not so much on the shoes but on some of the clothing. They also have a military discount good for an additional 10%. Every little bit helps they say. The store is always neat and since it's not as popular, it's never a mad house in here. The "buy one, get one half off" seems to be the popular sale choice of these outlet stores. Basically that's a 25% sale if it were same priced items. Find your bottom line price, see if that value is worth it to you and don't pay attention to the markup and how much you think you're saving. Do your math and choose wisely. read more

Not big on Reebok but my father is so I come here when getting him gifts. The prices seem reasonable enough but the workers usually chit-chat instead of help out or keep things tidy. It's almost never busy, so I can get what I need and check out in less than 5 minutes. Outside of what I purchase for gifts, the selection itself here is pretty slim... This is a great Reebok Outlet Store it's not that big. They have a pretty good selection as far as shoes as far as apparel not as much. I bought a pair of Reebok shoes for $59 and the second pair you get 60% off so I bought another pair for $70 with 60% off that also bought a few t-shirts. like I said it's not the biggest store like the Nike outlet store but they have a decent selection and worth a look at. I would give 0 stars if I could I went in today looking for a new pair of shoes for working out. Not one person offered to help me I understand that if it was busy and taking time to get to someone but the female employees were just gabbing to each other and not doing anything else. The male employees were just following around the female customers. They would finish up with on and jump on another one like a lion on its pray. It eventually seemed like if you didn't have breasts you weren't getting help. If your a male don't bother with this place and if you're female only go in if you're comfortable with being hit on the whole time you're shopping. read more

Okay, normally in the Reebok outlets, it's hard to find the tops and bottoms to jogging suits and the shoe assortment is limited except for clearance. This store has ALOT of different styles, colors, and sizes. It was a neverending assortment of clothes just for my picking. And the shoes took up basically the entire store. I went on Black Friday, so the red dots were buy one, get one free, and oh did I buy. Also, there was a buy 2, get the 3rd for $5 (boo, in Gilroy, it's buy 2, get the 3rd free). The cashier was cool, she rang up my first 3 pairs of sneakers on the buy 2 special. And then rang up the next 2 pairs on the buy one, get one half off, and the last pair were red dot sale. Woot woot. I left with a total of 7 pairs of sneakers, 2 jogging suits, and a set of workout clothes. Total? $239. Not bad. read more

I understand that people may have a bad day! I also recognize that not all people are outgoing and friendly! However, if you work in a customer service oriented field, and you are the type of person like the above, then I strongly suggest you get another job!!! For example, the Reebok sales associate, JAMAL, literally looks like "now what" when you ask a quick question. He is literally frowning the whole time throughout the store! Although I'm not surprised because shockingly he gets his grim from the store manager, BEN! This guy has the appearance of a used car salesman, but stop him to ask a question and he turns into Hitler! I'm appalled by the behavior of these 2 Reebok employees! Reebok makes good shoes, however if all the Reebok employees are as miserable as these 2, I'm truly concerned for this company!!! With these 2 sore apples, JAMAL and BEN, they are sure to run the entire store empty! Yes, this is an outlet and, yes, I did make a purchase, but I'm beyond positive that it will be my very last visit! Not only is the Northern Reebok Factory outlet located farther than my home, but I'm more than willing to drive up there for such kind, professional customer service! The 2 young men that work there should re-train BEN and JAMAL on how to treat customers in a friendly manner! As for the store items, it's a luck of a draw, and if you are lucky you might find your size at the Northern Reebok Factory Outlet as there are 2 warm sales reps who are constantly ready to find ways to help you and at least provide the great customer service you deserve! read more
