This is for 3.5 stars. 70% off Christmas PJ's including Disney. Not just the cotton flannel versions but also the thermal kind which was in my size, XS. I have to think about it. It's the Christmas season so I am thinking about my shopping budget. This is located at the front, not too far from the counter. I think this a solid Christmas gift idea. Family PJ's. So cute. 70% off. Wool blend sweaters regular price $54. Cute styles but pricey too. Pricing has increased. I don't know if this is due to tariffs or if it is due to the Economy; just everything costs more nowadays. Checked out the Clearance - located in the back, but when I saw the pricing, kind of lost interest. I don't really need anything, just browsing. Honestly I do have a lot of clothes. I used to really love this store. Stringbean is now a bit bigger than children's sizing, he's 13, so it's Mens Small for him from now on. But we usually go to Kohls. read more

Good customer service, clean and neat store layout that was well stocked with an abundant supply of inventory/gourmet's that ranged from men's, women's and children's clothing. There was also a nice little sale going on where you can save 20-50% on select items which was a pretty sweet deal. read more

I'm in the big & tall category where clothes are concerned. this place just didn't have much that would really fit me. the prices felt high even when compared to buying name brand versus their brand(s). the staff was super friendly and helpful. shopping the sales helped a bit. 6 pairs of underwear, 6 pairs of socks, and 3 t-shirts came to about $100. you'll have to decide for yourself if that's a good deal. I know I could've spent a LOT more and this really solved a lot of my immediate problems. read more

I wanted to thank the sweetest and kindest person I've come across in a long time! I can into this store very distraught. My new home was labeled hazardous because the gas company and we needed to leave in a hurry. Most of everything is still in boxes so we really couldn't grab everything we needed. I had placed an online order to get my family of 4 some essentials but somehow the order didn't go through. We ran into the store close to closing. That is where we can across Chris. She was amazing, empathetic and so incredibly helpful and kind. She walked me through each location of the items we needed and truly made my day. Chris was my shopping angel!!Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your kindness will not be forgotten!! read more

Went to go pick up an order employees were nice but who ever gave us our pants didn't take off the security tags, so disappointed I have to make another trip which defeats the purpose of a order pick up read more

Been to this location many times but never left a review. The last few times I have visited I have been greeted and helped by the same lady . She is so friendly and with customer service now days, it's very refreshing that we still can experience service like it used to be back in the "good ol' days". This review is based mainly on the exceptional service and help I experienced at this location. Check them out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always organized and clean. read more

Just received great customer service from the manager, Ashland (spelling?). She helped me with a complicated return and did so with no issues. I really appreciate this type of help! Thank you! read more

Old Navy store was super clean and I actually came in to return my items and young lady at the front was very helpful and kind :)

Living in Vegas in hot dry weather is not the place to wear "tightly whities" or any briefs. It's cotton boxers to air out! Haha! I love the prints! And, many styles discounted up to 60% off. Gracie checked me out using my Gap rewards and I got $3 too! I copped two weeks worth of no laundry! read more

I'm not an old navy shopper, same with my boyfriend. But he just needed some cargo shorts and they were on sale at the time. So we spent $60 & received a $20 super cash at the store in Henderson. Went to use it the other day at this location (I know it's in the back) but it was too hard to believe you have to actually spend another $50 or more to actually get that $20 off to use the coupon. What a shame that was, luckily I like their flip flops so I grabbed a few more to my order & used the $10 off $25. It's a rip off deal, probably won't be shopping at old navy again. We thought it was $20 off your total, which it should be. The three stars are for the lady who was in the fitting room this last Friday (26th around 1) . She was super helpful & nice. I was going to give zero stars, but the cashier is just doing her job about the super cash. read more

Today I took a ride over to the town square location of old navy for the 50% odd friends and family discount sale. It's slightly deceiving what is clearly on sale and what is not but for the most part the beginning of our shopping was fine. Once I started looking at tags I realized that there were several items with stickers over the original Price tag with a $5 upcharge. I asked an employee if that's what you do for the sale and she said well yes sometimes we need to increase our prices. This makes 0 sense to me.. do not have a sale if your going to screw people over for $5 on items and stick small tags on top of your standard prices. It's unethical. I'm all for a corporate strategy but I highly doubt there is any money lost as it's clear these items are bought in bulk from Guatemala and Bangladesh. Very disappointed. read more

I needed to make an exchange, no receipt, and, long story short, Matilda made it happen for me. Such a huge help! Laura and Mishalei were also a very helpful in getting me right for the weekend! Plenty of parking nearby. I think they're in a very convenient spot if you're from out of town and need something quick or, one skip down the 215. I'll be back again. read more

I've always been a fan of Old Navy because, well, I like a good deal I liked this Old Navy because of a few things: 1. It was super clean- Like not one item out of place. That is, until I started rummaging around. 2. The staff- Constantly making sure things were okay and if I needed help, but not in that annoying, please leave me alone type of way. 3. The clearance- They had an amazing clearance area that was pretty huge, even by Old Navy standards. This Old Navy in the Town Square, located in Vegas, is probably one of my favorite locations ever. The selection was great. The deals were easy to find and I was able to get in and out without any hassle. There wasn't even a line, which was also shocking to me. They had exactly what I needed ( a sweater since I thought 65 degrees was cold) for an amazing price ($8) and I was back to enjoying my vacation. If you're an Old Navy fan, this place is for you. And even if you're not, this location is worth checking out. read more

Laura, the lady working the register, was very sweet and very helpful. I don't usually shop here but my interaction with her made it so maybe I will come back and shop here more often specifically at this location make sure to ask for her if you need help with anything read more

I needed to exchange jeans that I had bought online for a bigger size. Matilde helped me find out if there were any left in the store in my size, and since there weren't, she was super awesome and helped me return the pair I ordered online, and got the new ones set up for delivery to my house. They even honored the sale price I bought them for. She was incredibly helpful and nice :) read more

Old Navy, take all my money! I always get pulled into this place because of the really good promotions I learn about through my email. Their prices are already affordable as it is and then they hit you with a 40% everything in store for a whole week. This is now my go to place for plain tees, perfect for layering or stylish, yet simple dresses. I often get active wear from here. You definitely get more for your money! Something for everyone in the family! From infants to toddlers, kids to teens to women's and men's. They even have plus sizes. Shoes, bags, sandals, slippers, jewelry, sports team gear too. They even have perfumes, water bottles, Tupperware ... what else did I miss? Take advantage of all the good sales they have. My bet is, there's something new every single week. Sign up for the email updates if you wanna stay on top of the promotions and do their end receipt survey to help them better their store and service AND to receive a 10% off code for more savings. read more

Old Navy - Inside Fitting Room. - Men's Clothing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This Old Navy is pretty big compared to others I've seen in Vegas. They have a lot of selections, especially in the men's section which is rare. They seem to have a lot of sales at this one also. Sometimes they're a bit understaffed but the lines don't get too horrible. Everything is spaced out good with plenty of space to move around. The A/C is nice and cold at this location which is great during summer months. The best part is this is located inside an outdoor mall with lost of other stores around. read more

I love to shop here for sales. I don't think think clothing quality is worth full price. This location has the best stock and sizes.

Just wanted to shout out a super amazing employee, Brooke. I went in for an online pick-up, but noticed I chose the wrong color :( Brooke searched the store for the color, checked the online data base of all locations near me, and tried finding me a pair that matched, even picked out similar items for me. When we couldn't find the right pair she encouraged me to return the item, and then helped me enter the correct UPC online to find the right pair. She really took her time, and it was much appreciated. When you go into a retail store, especially a franchise, you just don't expect to find genuine employees; you know the ones that really go out of there way to make your particular purchase happen and in my case, fix my mistake lol. And she did that for me, so this review is special. Thank you Brooke. I made the online order and I'll have an awesome Holiday because of it. Also, I'll be coming back to the store again, never had been to an old navy before but now I'll be coming back. read more

A huge shout out to Carolina and Matilda for assisting me with a complex return. I so appreciate your time and patience with me. Your service was far and beyond the call of duty and I am truly grateful. I had a wonderful experience at this store and would highly recommend it! read more

Old Navy is dangerous for me. I haven't signed up for an Old Navy credit card yet and I really need to resist doing so because then I'll be spending way too much. I love the quality of Old Navy's clothes. It's the type of clothing I'd buy the same style of but just different colors... which I definitely did today LOL. Old Navy is on the southwest side of Town Square near H&M, Yogurtland, and Kabuki. They usually have promotions going on -- like 50% off dresses! Everything is pretty organized in there: by style and color, work-out clothes (in the back), baby clothes (on the right side of the store), women's (taking over the middle and majority of the store), and men's (on the left). Fitting rooms are in the middle, btw! Be prepared to spend money here! read more

I've been shopping at Old Navy since I was in high school. My choice in clothing has changed, but I can trust that ON will have what I am looking for. I've always loved their 2 for $5 flip flops. You can buy all the colors and throw them away once summer is over. At only $2.50 per pair, you won't feel guilty throwing them away once they are worn out. I also love their tank tops. So many colors and they are versatile throughout the year. Their workout clothes are comfortable and affordable. I don't believe in buying expensive gym clothes, so their workout wear is reasonable. I've gotten a few workout leggings on clearance for about $10 each. I'm not going to go on and on about every single thing they have, but I will continue to shop here for the basics in my closet. read more

Pretty good size Old Navy in Town Square. It's usually well-stocked, have friendly associates ready to answer questions and they keep the store organized and clean. All things I'm looking for in a retail experience. I almost always start with the clearance rack. They typically have lots of great choices there. On this particular occasion, there wasn't a lot to choose from, so I ended up perusing their regular racks. I was able to get quite a few items for a great price. So I left happy. This is probably my favorite Old Navy in town. read more

So we were shopping there and noticed a shoplifter stealing bags behind the counter and ripping the tags from the clothes there I would suggest more surveillance there cause anyone scan steal an instant or more security thank you very much. read more

How can you not like Old Navy? They sell quality clothing at affordable prices for the whole family. This location is no exception and I've found it to be far less shopped and thus neater than other Old Navy stores in the valley...perhaps they have associates actually straightening throughout the day as I've seen on multiple occassions. Because the store is neat, easy to shop and far less hectic/crowded than other locations, I always find what I'm looking for, but sometimes I just stop in while at Town Square to look at their clearance, as well as see if anything is on sale/promo. Near the middle or end of a season you may find a lot of good deals as they attempt to clear inventory. The staff here is always friendly, both on the sales floor and at the registers, where the lines are never too bad. read more

With already cheap prices, there are ALWAYS discounts and promotions offered online and/or in stores. If you have a Gap Brands Inc. - Banana Republic, GAP, Old Navy - credit card, you receive even more discounts like 10% off on Tuesdays (some promotions will be store credit card specific). Since I have an Old Navy CC, I'm constantly receiving emails and mailers for 30-40% off purchases. Recently, they've been running a "Super Cash" promotion where you receive a certain amount of money off your next purchase of X amount (for example, $10 off your $25 purchase). They do several promotions that are online only, so it's worthwhile to check out their website periodically for additional discounts and styles not sold in stores. Standard shipping (7-10 business days) is always free on your purchase of $50 or more. Their product quality is just okay. "Hit or miss" is probably the best way to describe Old Navy. There are times I can't find a single item to purchase and sometimes will be the exact opposite. The life span can be limited, but I've also been fortunate to find pieces that stay in my closet for a while. I usually inspect the items and decide whether it's worth buying. The primary reason I shop at Old Navy is for the prices, but it's also for the fit and availability of current styles. I just wish everything was more consistent! Although a lot of the pieces and styles fit me well, it really does depend on each item. For sizes, I'm all over the board. Although, I love the fact that they offer tall sizes online! Being taller and having longer limbs makes it really hard to shop anywhere. I visit this location because of its vicinity to my house and overall convenience. I do like that it's usually pretty clean and not too busy. The associates are usually really nice and sometimes helpful. However, I don't enlist in their help often because I know they keep most of their product on the floor and I know my way around the store. read more

Service here was great. We came during BF, to get some gifts and a few sweaters for winter weather. We don't shop at ON year-round in general, but it doesn't hurt to get some stock or basic items at a great price. Considering the holiday madness, the store was well stocked and as tidy as it could be. Staff were smiling despite the time of day/night (?). Parking was alright - we got lucky though and spot cleared out right in front. Had it not, I'm not sure we would have trekked over here. read more

This is another must stop & shop when I visit Town Square. I usually find quite a bit of stuff here for my toddler since the clothes are so cute! I love Old Navy tank tops & flip flops. Nice location. Always clean. $1 Flip Flop Sale!!! Yeah what more can you say. Staff is great. Always smiles.

Old Navy is one of those shops that I can go for a long period of time without finding anything I like and then I will find some pieces to supplement my wardrobe with. Although I prefer their sister companies, they provide inexpensive casual items. I am not particularly impressed with their sales or clearance since they tend to be steep for the quality and slim pickings. The staff are helpful and approach often in case you are lost or need to find something quickly. I was approached three different times while browsing. On most visits, I leave empty handed. Today, I was successful in finding a pair of shorts. Now if only Vegas weather would make up it's mind... read more

Being new to Albuquerque I have been doing some exploring. I was on the 40 and had noticed this Old Navy location. I made a mental note and planned on visiting because I need a pair jeans and maybe a shirt. Most of my wardrobe consists of business casual attire. Which is funny because if you have every worked a fast food gig before you remember saying how much you hate the monkey suit they gave you to wear. At least that's how I felt when I was a teenager. Well, fast forward to the future and if you work in an office you are back to that "monkey suit." It's a just a more sophisticated uniform. I may have gone a little off there. Let me reel myself in to why I went to Old Navy. I wanted to check the place out because Old Navy is everywhere and there stuff is the same all over the United States. As I walked in I was greeted by the associates. When I approached the men's section I had to check my calendar because this place looked like the day after thanksgiving. The selection was limited, granted it was a Sunday afternoon when I went. I looked around for a few minutes because that's all it took. There was no merchandise. I saw about 250 hooded zipper sweatshirts. I think maybe they had a big shipment or this jacket isn't very popular with the Albuquerque crowd. I need to try and go again. I may see a better selection before the weekend. Old Navy does have some great prices on their clothing. So if you are in the area go check it out. If there is no merchandise in the store, don't panic they didn't have a robbery! Cheers! read more

Old Navy has great sales and good clothing for kids. The jeans they have are the only ones that fit my 5 year old, we can't go anywhere else to buy her jeans and also I love the work out clothing they have here. Everyone walks out with outfits under $100.00 , ahloveit. :-) read more

I shop @ ON about twice a year. Once in the winter for jackets, sweaters, warm pjs, and jeans. Then again in the spring for dresses, and cardigans. The tame color scheme has never really appealed to me, but its a good place to get some basics or staple pieces for your wardrobe. This location is always clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. I am usually asked a few times during my visits if I need assistance. If I do need help, they are eager to try and find what you need. read more

I give them two stars because I really do love this location but I had such a weird experience when doing a pick up order the other day. It's unclear when you walk in where to pick up your order so I waited in line only for them to send me back to the front of the store to pick up my order. The lady there was awfully rude. She looked like she was swamped with fulfilling online orders, which is fine, I was never rushing her. But when she finally helped me, all I did was inquire about exchanges because I had placed the wrong order for one of my items. I asked her do I have to go back to the register to complete this or do I do it here. And she said you will have to go up to the register or do it here. I said well if you're not too busy, I can do it here. And she rudely said "well yeah do you see all these orders I have to do? I am busy." Like well ok then I will go to the register. Like, we are all essential workers during this pandemic, I understand that it's a very stressful time of year. But there was no need for these comments and it's upsetting that no one was even really shopping in the store and I still received this type of service... read more
