The g-baby wanted to do some shopping so we stopped in and he was thrilled to find a couple of Funko Pops and a few other things which were buy 1 get one 1/2 off. The cashier and sales staff were all super friendly which is a plus. Will definitely be back soon to check out the new stock. read more

This Hot Topic location is located inside the Outlet stores south on Las Vegas Blvd. (+) Employees were friendly and helpful. Several made it a point to say "hi" and "have a nice day" when I was leaving. No complaints with the service at all. (+) Plenty of stock in here. I'm mainly here for the Funko Pops! They usually have a pretty healthy selection of commons, and if you get lucky you may come across a decent exclusive. (+) Prices are competitive. I also have the Hot Topic credit card, so I receive additional discounts, which is nice and makes having that card a nice perk. (-) at times they seems understaffed as I've been stuck waiting in line for quite a while. I mean, it is what it is...it's a standard Hot Topic store i an outlet mall. It's not necessarily my first choice for HT locations here in Vegas, but it isn't bad either. It's A-Ok. 3 stars. read more

super disappointed with my visit.. for context, I came in yesterday night around an hour before hot topic closed and found a bag I had really liked and asked the worker if it could be put on hold. he agreed and my friend and I said we would come back the next day somewhere around the same time. we came in today around 4 pm (earlier than i thought because we work) and before we were helped there was a couple in front of us who did the same thing but with different items and got their things with no issue. Come to find out, the same worker who we talked to previously only waited 2 HOURS after opening the store to put it back on the shelves to be sold (which it did). I understand there may not even be a policy on holding things in the first place, but I wish he would've just said no instead of wasting my time, hopes, and gas money. read more

I Called like 12 mintues before i came into the store to double check if they had 20g nose rings in the store since mine just had fallen out &' lost it &' rushed my way over there only to get in the store knowing what i wanted &' an hour before closing for them to tell me they cant sell it to me or get it out the cage because " they are doing inventory". Really? update: I walked out &' called to see if there was anything i can do like buy now pick up,explaining the situation &' they just laughed at me &' said I could order it online for pick up or just " come inside &' get it yourself" Thats what i literally just tired to do. read more

Abosolutely one of our best experiences in the store. We always come out with a smile when shopping at this store. Jake V. was absolutely phenomenal. He is a great salesperson and has a great personality. He helped is look up our credit card and make sure to assist in every possible way he could. He was a very delightful person and in my opinion just great. All the other employees were also very helpful and courteous. This is one my favorite Hot Topic store to shop at and the employees are one of the reasons to come back. Your employees are all doing a great job here. ^_^ read more

Went to this location either Friday or Saturday night , 20 minutes before closing. We went in to find a couple of pins and just look around maybe find something cool. Upon walking in the employees informed us that we had 15 minutes to shop before we would have to leave: 2 minutes later people walked in and they only had ten minutes: these girls kept yelling a count down: then 5 minutes before closing they went and locked the doors because "others will walk in". I've never been in an establishment where I had a time limit to shop like this and people following you around counting down the time when we needed to check out and leave! It was ridiculous! The WORST employees, especially for a dying business. With the way things are at the moment, I bet the business would be happy to see people shopping around, definitely need better employees!! I seriously had to unlock the door and let me self out (before the store was supposed to be closed) because they didn't want anyone else coming in. read more

Good prices on a lot of cool stuff. . The sweets and snacks were on sale 3 for 2, bought some Pizza flavored Gamer Grub here and it's great. Now I don't have to eat all that greasy food whilst I PvP. Great selection of cool stuff and friendly helpful staff. read more

Why would I write about a strip mall store? I'm not sure except that I really do like popping in to look at the sale racks. As a child of the 80s, this place reminds me of the multiple Duran Duran buttons I'd buy for my jean jacket and all the Depeche Mode posters I had taped to my wall. Strangely enough, those same bands are still at a shop like this. It's retro baby! You can still pick up a David Bowie or Blondie T-shirt like it was the 80s but now it's 2013 and you're in Hot Topic. So.... maybe it's nostalgia. Maybe it's a curiosity of what the teens are into these days, but Hot Topic is fun to shop. You can find neon socks, frilly panties and patterned corsets. There's always at least one bondage pant hanging on a rack somewhere. And tons and tons of T-shirts and CDs. I recently brought my friend to get a smaller gauge ear plug. I also brought someone else here to get fishnet tights. The sale racks can be pretty good but it helps if you're a smaller size. read more

HOT TOPIC at the Bells, ok it's been awhile since I last step foot into a Hot Topic. Funny years later and nothing has change, I do love this location though. Super clearance wall and racks at the back of the store. Yes, as usually some items are outdated and I did say to myself "this should free" but the other items were a bargain. Like the bustier, various sizes and styles at 50% off. Got some really cute garter style fishnet stockings for $2.99, a YOLO wallet for $$5.99 and a bustier w/ matching undies for $11.99 a total of $25.00 spent. I'm not going to tell my age, but I'll be back my little cousin's 17th birthday is around the corner. Its an outlet, its messy in there and very crowed w/ both non-english speaking tourist and very loud speaking english teenagers....just a questions, how much can you tolerate for a GOOD BARGAIN? read more

These guys are actually very delightful and helpful when shopping. I always take my teen kids here first when we get to the mall and they have shirts on sale every time. I recommend they are a pretty cool bunch. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Hold on to your receipts even on refunds, if not you will be out of your money. I returned a pair of shorts and never got the money back credited to my account. So now I am without the shorts and money. Talk to the manager she was completely unhelpful. Even called customer service and the representative couldn't even grasp the situation. I will never shop there again. So sad after decades of customer loyalty how this company is unwilling to find a resolution. read more

I am wayyyyy frugal so I love this place and pretty much any outlet store-- Its happened on more than one occasion that I found something here discounted that was regular priced at the Galleria or online. Buy 1 get 2nd 50% off entire store great deal. The staff is very nice and acknowledges you when you walk in. They have band t-shirts, goth attire, albums and sometimes we can find Nightmare Before Christmas items too. Though we did not find anything this time, we will be back. read more

This is a very trendy place that I like to get my costumes and band shirts. I gave it only 4 stars because sometimes the items are overpriced. They usually have a buy one get one 50 percent off . But sometimes I have to search for an item to buy just so I feel like I got a deal. Overall the store is very animated and fun to go to. read more

I've never had a bad experience here before but after today, I may not go back. I had one of the $15 cash back things to spend and when I got to the register, the two cashiers were busy talking. When one of them finally noticed me, she told me to go to the other girl. No problem. She took my purchases without talking to me and continued to gossip with the other girl without acknowledging my presence. I heard at least twice in that conversation that she was hoping someone would call to offer her a new job because she was so over this company. Wow, great thing to talk about in front of customers. When she finally did speak to me it was to ask if I had my receipt from the previous purchase when I got the cash back. I told her I wasn't instructed to bring it so no. She rudely told me if I had any other ones they wouldn't accept them because it said on there that I had to bring it. Ok, not a problem, I didn't have any other ones but she really could have been more polite about it. She then no longer spoke to me and practically threw the bag of items at me since I was so obviously getting in the way of her register space. No thank you, nothing. I didn't bother sticking around either since I got the distinct feeling that she was probably about to go badmouth me in the open with other customers present. I work in retail too and yeah sometimes it sucks but if any of my coworkers or myself EVER did what she did, we'd probably get at least a write-up. She's lucky I didn't catch her name first or I would probably be giving her corporate office a call. One of the worst retail experiences EVER. read more
