My girlfriend and I came in and spent over $2500. There was an item that they did not have my size in, the associate said she would have it ordered and let me know when it was in stock . She wanted me to pay for it. I am so glad I did not do that. One of the items I did purchase was a top that match the pants, in hindsight I should've not purchased that top without the pants. It's been about a month, and I was told it would be in about one week. I called a couple days after my shopping experience, however, the phone just rang and rang, and the voicemail box was full, so I sent an email, to let them know that one of the tops had lipstick on it, and there was a defect in one of my pairs of pants. I have still not received a return phone call. Yesterday I received a phone call alerting me that the item I special ordered was in. However, it was not an item that I ordered. Clearly somebody else's. When I stated this to her, she put me on hold for a little while then got back on the phone and said, I'll have to call you back and hung up the phone. She hasn't called me back. The receipt has in small print that all sells are final. No refunds and no exchanges. I'd like to also add that the associate that was helping us must have been on commission. So where does this leave me? I personally spent around $700. I have two garments that have issues. And I have not received a phone call for the special ordered pants that match one of the tops that I purchased. Or a phone call resolving the two garments that have defects. If you're going to shop here, I recommend that you be very careful . Maybe I'll receive a phone call and resolution to my issues with this review. I was hoping an email would take care of that since I can't seem to get through on the phone.
