Went in yesterday with my husband and son around 1:20 pm, was not greeted at all, but when others came in they were greeted. Weird because when I walked in there was only one other person there so they weren't busy enough to not accidentally see me??!? Anyways, I came in already knowing what I wanted to purchase since I've had these particular sandals saved online. When I went to look at the sandals, I was never acknowledged and had to physically get up and ask for a size, she came back and said they didn't have them fine. I asked her again for my size in another color, she brought them out but was very cold and stand offish like she didn't want to help me at all. Obviously from the beginning of entering the store, they were not very welcoming. I tried on the pair now keeping in mind, that I am not going to purchase them in store there because of how rude they were to me. I found out what size I was and returned the shoes to her. Too bad for them I would've gotten that pair too since the color was actually cute but since they were so rude to me, I walked over to Dillards and found the same sandals & purchased them there and they were more welcoming and happy to help me. The two girls that were working there Saturday, March 7th at 1:15pm need better training on how to treat customers regardless of how they look. They need to learn that it doesn't matter how someone looks, cause I as ready to drop money in there since I was looking for cute sandals for the Bruno Mars Concert coming next month. If only those girls were accommodating & more helpful they could've gotten sales (don't know or care if they get commission) but they would've represented the company better knowing they sold shoes. Just because of their attitude and bad customer service I walked out and didn't buy anything from them. I love me some Steve Madden shoes so I don't have a problem with the company or brand itself, so I got them elsewhere, but those girls yesterday could really use a lesson in customer service big time. read more

Honestly this is for Wendy! I haven't bought a Madden shoe I'm a minute. I wanted some sparkles in my life, and they kept coming up in my feeds. I took the bait and ordered a couple pairs, knowing the store was there to return to, and close to Free People, take my money now. 3 pairs, 2 had extended delivery times. I got the first pair and wasn't crazy about them. Had to go to Ugg and FP, let's do this. I encountered Wendy for my return. Little did I know she was the store manager. I haven't talked to someone that long in a store, in I don't know when! Wendy was extremely knowledgeable about the company and it's business model. Being FIDM alumni I geek out on all that stuff still, despite not working in the industry. I was fascinated by how things work there and how Steve plays a part in things. She was knowledgeable about every product and it's fit. She said her whole staff is like that. That's rare!! I asked about the shoes I had on order. One pair she let me try on in a different color, let me know it wasn't a good fit, and I was able to get them canceled before they shipped. It was a wonderful experience that resonated with me. Store manager or not, so many people don't know their shit about the products! She answered questions I'd had about things (not SM specific), for years. It was just refreshing. Plus I'm digging the new styles coming out. Go see Wendy and buy cute shoes! My last pair just shipped and I'm stoked! read more

I bought boots online and returned them.. because they had something wrong with them.. which I had also mentioned to the girl I may also return them because I had a hard time putting them on in the first place I know this store earns commission totally fine but made it so I can't return the shoes at all and didn't mention it because she wanted to keep the commission really shady and now I can't even put the boots on because they're so tight and Steve Madden refuses to return them read more

I just had the worst experience at Nordstrom they had no inventory and couldn't sell shoes to save their life. I came here after lunch at Maggianos and my darling thought I needed some spoiling. I ended up getting three pairs of shoes two pairs were similar but one where crystals iridescent and one with black crystals iridescent in the same style and then I got the close till one because I just couldn't decide I've been in the store several times I've never had a problem and one time the heel broke and I was so angry because I was out and the heel broke and I was out at 150 dollars and my friend said that they were returnable I didn't believe it even though I had the receipt so I brought it in and I showed the girl that the heel broke and she said that it was a manufacture defect and it shouldn't of happened and she put me out another pair of size 9 with no problem at all so I definitely give this place 10 stars but yelp only allows five read more

DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, SAVE UR TIME AND GO TO SUMMERLIN. Never coming back to this specific store. The lady who was managing the store on 7/10 10am did not want to take my return. She suggested to go to another store. I went ahead and drove 35mins to the summerlin location, and they were able to take my return with no issue. I was told by the worker in Summerlin that the lady at the fashion show said "she had to take out trash of the return". Lmao what!? Are you kidding!!!? Steve Madden shoes are just so stinkin' cute. Forget the line about the original "fat girl shoe" in "The Wolf of Wall Street" -- Steve is no longer making clunky shoes like that. His new designs are streamlined and adorable, particularly the ballet flats. The brand is ageless so you can wear his designs if you are 15 or 80. This retail location is on the small side but they seem to have the sizes well stocked (you can sometimes find sandals and boots on the shelf at the same time no matter the season). The sales associates are usually friendly and know a lot about their product. This store is sort of tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the mall so you might need to consult the mall map in order to find it. Overall a nice little shoe shop. read more

Went to the store because all my friends were raving about the SLITHUR shoes. Super super sexy laser cut shoe with a 4inch heel. It looks dangerous and uncomfortable but I wore the shoes just like my friends did from 10pm-3am and the were SOOOOOOO comfortable- no blisters no sores. I mean they hurt a little around the balls of the feet. But overall one of the best shoes I have purchased. I have them in olive green, Tan, and black. Super super sexy shoe. More than that, the customer service at the mall was great. I worked with Adrianna and Irene- the store manager and assistant manager. They were super helpful over the phone with my order of the SOLDOUT black SLITHUR shoes. She helped with me the order and placing it, as well as making sure all the details were worked out. The store is a little pricey but they do have discounts sometimes such as BOGO and if you work at the mall you get 15% off. Thank you for the help Adrianna and Irene! I love my SLITHUR shoes!!!! Service: Service 4/5 was very pleasant, I asked for the size 5.5 just to see if I'd fit because unfortunately I'm cursed with small feet. The said the display was probably the 5.5 because they could find the 5.5 in the back. The guy who helped me was really nice but I wasn't too happy they didn't know if they had a 5.5 or not or if the display was even a 5.5 because the bottom sticker was gone. It took them a couple minutes of checking back and forth and finally they found the 5.5 sadly it still didn't fit me. Shoes: 1/5 I've never bought Steve maddens other than boots because I'm a size 5. I'm cursed with small feet. Steve maddens boots size 5.5 you can get away with but not in heels or Wedges. My recent experience was just a bummer. I wish Steve madden Carried smaller sizes. This is literally quality service personified! The customer service literally made me buy additional items. They were so accommodating I felt like I had to make an additional purchase. I worked with 3 individuals and each of them made sure I was taken care of. Terrible. Needed 3 people to authorize me exchanging shoes I walked out w/yesterday in good faith they were in mint condition. When I got back to my hotel, the one was making a squeaking sound so I brought them back. It took one hour to get a resolution with the assistant manager there at the time. That's silly. They need a real manager there full time so that someone is authorized to make decisions for different situations that present themselves such as this one. Super disappointed. I really used to like the shoes they made, and I have several pair that I have kept and refurbished as they wore out. When I go back to see what they have nowadays, it seems that the quality has really gone down. You can tell when you pick up the shoe or boot that there is hardly any weight to it. Almost like its made from cardboard. Too bad! I haven't decided to buy anything from there probably the last 5 or 6 times I've gone in. read more

reading the reviews and thinking: "maybe there are two SM stores in fashion show mall?". I live in Vegas partly, so I go shopping pretty often, and sometimes I check this store also. My review based on more than a few visits. Every time I'm shocked by staff's attitude. I would describe it as "polite". They are not rude, they just don't care. One time I wanted to try 2-3 models. My size is 8.5. She brought 7 for all of them. I clearly said my size. It's just this neglect mood. Last time I was there, the music was extremely loud. I asked if it's possible to turn down the sound, the girl said "no". In about 10 min i asked again. I was already overwhelmed by this party/club shopping. She said she didn't control the sound. But nobody else was in the store. That's kind of ridiculous. That day I still got what I needed, but after that I go other places, fortunately there are plenty locations to choose from. read more

I bought a pair of beautiful sparkle diamond shoes and when i got home i noticed i was missing a diamond. I called to let them know and they offered to over night a pair and took off 10% off. I had to drive back to the fashion show mall (i live about 45 min away) to return them. When the manager was looking at the missing stone she said "oh it's not missing a diamond it's just a different color, a lot of our shoes have this by accident" I wish they paid more attention to detail before selling them since this is a common occurrence. read more
