I always admired and the color coordination of the clothes and shoes as well as the clean esthetic state of the store. Prices are mostly reasonable, and they have the regular sizes of small to large. I'm glad this location had closed door dressing rooms compared to the open room and having to change in front of others. I did feel like I was being watched and followed, which ultimately did make me uncomfortable , I just spent less time looking and headed for check out bc I don't like the stereo type profiling .

People who remember Love Bug get it. The store is really tidy and everything is color coded, which makes it easy to shop and put outfits together. There are a lot of options, especially if you are looking for work clothes. Just be aware that sizing is not consistent at all. Fits vary a lot, so you will need to try things on. Service is pretty hands off. The staff does not really assist, but I actually prefer that. You can take your time and shop without pressure. Dressing rooms are open and self serve, which keeps things moving. Pricing is what you would expect. It is fast fashion with a slightly higher price tag, but still affordable for what you get. Overall, still one of my go to places for office wear and worth the drive for me.

If I had more time, I would definitely have been in there for hours either going thru the merchandise or talking up a storm with the lovely owner. Everything is color-coordinated & the mannequins are frequently styled by the owner to give you ideas on how to rock the clothes! I couldn't help myself & I grabbed a SUPER CUTE maxi w/ some aviator sunnies that Danielle suggested looked good on me ;-) The thing I love most is the story behind the owner. Danielle's story is honestly a fairytale & seeing how far she's come is so inspiring. I knew her from the beginning & seeing her success in physical form is such a blessing. Once you walk in the store, her personality instantly grabs onto you & you're drawn to her. And that is why you see that store you're standing in, because she has that smile & personality that lets you enjoy your experience. So please, spread the word of Driven Boutique & come support the local business of Miss Boss Lady Danielle! Let her know I sent you there, because I wouldn't tell you to go anywhere unless I thought it was worth it!

The security tag was attached in a way that connected the bottoms together, so I could only try on the top. When I asked if they could remove the tag so I could try on the bottoms, the associate said I'd have to try them over my pants outside the fitting room so they could watch, which felt unnecessary. Having worked in retail, I know security tags should be placed near the seam to avoid damaging the item. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and even though I still chose to support the store, I didn't appreciate how it was handled.

I only wanted a couple tops and accessories, nothing that would take more than those 22 minutes. As soon as I started browsing around, this rude girl came to kick me out of the store, claiming that they were closed. I told her that in their description says they close at 8pm, she kept insisting they were closed, so I insisted with this page in my hand that it says they close at 8, so she mentioned that they decided to close at 7:30 to make it easier for them, I suppose. If that's the case you should put that on the information for your business and get more friendly workers. I was back in my car at 7:42pm empty handed, but I rather go to that concert in a hoodie than going back to this awful place. If I could I would give them half a star or less. The store is usually clean and organized, and the employees have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I've never had a bad experience shopping here. My only complaint is the T.J. Maxx Rewards credit card pitch at checkout. I completely understand that the cashiers are doing their job, and this isn't directed at them at all. But being asked two or three times after I've already said "no" gets frustrating. A simple "No thanks" should be enough. It makes what starts as a pleasant checkout experience feel unnecessarily awkward by the end. If management or corporate ever reads these reviews, I'd suggest letting cashiers ask once. If the customer declines, just move on. I honestly think customers would leave the store with a much better overall impression. Other than that, this is a fantastic T.J. Maxx, they have a good deals, and I'll definitely keep shopping here.
