Their website states they open at 10:30 AM, but after waiting outside for over 30 minutes, it is now 11:00 AM and the business is still not open. We were genuinely looking forward to visiting, but this experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this level of unreliability comes across as unprofessional. Mila and Cirimille were so friendly and accommodating to help us find the perfect barong for my son's First Communion. They had an impressive selection to choose from, it was hard to pick just one. Upon purchase, the barong was neatly pressed so it's ready to wear! There were so many beautiful formal dresses and barongs on display. I'm so happy I purchased my Coat Barong at CMC Boutique. I just got back from my cousin's wedding in Hawaii. Because of the humidity, I didn't want to sweat all night in a suit and Barong Tagalogs felt too casual. A Coat Barong was the perfect compromise. PROS: - Shoutout to Sonny for all his help finding this perfect Coat Barong for me - Cirimille was also super helpful and she was willing to work with me if I needed to exchange for a different size before the wedding. CONS: While I don't have complaints, I do have a couple of suggestions. - Please offer more colors for your Coat Barongs. The ones that were available at the time of my visit were cream white. There's clothing for every type of occasion from causal to formal. Long dresses, two suit items, blouses. and crop tops. The owners did an amazing job finding items that suit my personality and body type. They were mindful of my bydget. They were honest how something looked and encourage me to keep trying new items/sizes. It was the positive dress shopping I never knew I needed. T All the items I got were 20% off. Everything was less than $130. I highly recommend shopping in person to see what looks best on you. One part I want to highlight is the beauty and makeup section in front of the store. Everything was under 10 dollars for beauty products and 5 dollars for accessories. Most of the hairclips were under 2 dollars. Earrings for 75 cents. The prices are affordable compared to the dollar store. That's amazing for a family owned business in the current economy. I would love to come back when I'm in Vegas. After trying on numerous barongs in terms of sizes and colors, I was able to find a perfect barong: A greyish barong with a mandarin collar. Very modern, stylish and most importantly, comfortable. The fabric seems stronger that barongs I've purchased in the past. Hopefully, it gets through the open bar reception unlike previous barongs. I purchased a Barong Tagalog from CMC. Figuring out size and style was a positive one. Great communication with a rep that was consistent and followed up. Shirt had to be ordered from the Philippines, which took about 5 weeks. Wait was not an issue since I planned ahead. When I received the Barong, it was neatly folded and packed in a vacuum sealed bag, and it was clearly obvious that it had never been opened from the factory. Upon opening it, I noticed right away, 2 long brown lines on each side of the front of the shirt, from the top of the chest, extending vertically down to the bottom of the shirt. I reached out to my CMC rep. She stated I could have it steamed by the dry cleaner, at the lowest temperature. This should address the dark lines and remove them. The dry cleaner I have been using for over 10 yrs stated otherwise. They told me, steaming the shirt would not clean up the dark lines. Upon their advice and guidance, I decided not to leave it with them. I reached out to my CMC rep, via phone and then text. It took her 2 days to respond. At this point, I am just over a week out before flying out to my wedding in Hawaii. When I told her what the dry cleaner stated, she quickly handed me over to the owner of CMC. This is when the experience went bad. The owner is a bulldog! No nicer way to say it. She was controlling from our first phone call. Even after face timing with her, showing her the blemishes, she used every excuse in the book to assign blame and hesitated to offer a remedy. She told me the shirt was inspected prior to shipping. Wrong! Shirt was folded tightly and neatly in a sealed vacuum pkg from the manufacturer. It had never been opened...ever! She stated that the brown lines were there to make it look like an original Barong Tagolog. Firstly, they advertise that they sell original Barongs, so why make it look like one? The shirts that CMC sells are silk. Still very nice, but it is not made with the original Pina material. Owner stated that the dry cleaner damaged it. They didn't touch it. Then she down played the blemishes, "it's not that bad." All I wanted was to exchange this shirt for a new one, since they had the exact same shirt and size in stock. After many rounds of excuses and the owner using guilt tactics, then playing the victim, she finally agreed to send me a new shirt. She stated they would send it out the same day and cover shipping (LV to Seattle). In return, I offered to cover the cost to send the blem shirt back once I receive the new shirt. The owner agreed to this fully. As each day passed, I received random text from the owner saying they shirt hasn't gone out yet, she wanted to know when I was shipping the blem shirt back, wanting a tracking number, etc, etc. I finally reached out to her and we spoke over the phone. She back peddled from her original offer and agreement. She now wanted the blem shirt first, before sending out the new one. After reasoning with her, she agreed to mail the shirt out per our original agreement. Realizing we are now out of time, she offered to mail the shirt next day air. Once she realized it would cost $54 to ship, she started texting me, wanting to split the cost. I agreed without hesitation. I just wanted a clean shirt in time for my wedding. I offered to send the money via zelle when I got off work. She agreed. Then another random text..."when can you send the money?" I responded I was working and could no longer be bothered. I promised to send the money per our agreement as soon as I got off work. Then another text, she would not send the shirt until she received the $27. At this point, I ceased all communication with the owner of CMC. Work was extremely busy and I could not allow the owner to create any more koas by continuing to break promises to me. The owner stated more than once that she has had a very successful business for 30 yrs and this has never happened. The owner used empty promises and stall tactics, to get out of making this right. Choose better! A company is only as good as how they remedy the negative issues making them right for the customer. I would not refer this company. read more

Starting price for a barong is $121 but there was a "sale" when I went. The quality of the clothes looked excellent. Only critic is labeling clothes with prices. I told them legally it's our right to pay for the lowest tagged price in error. They are not able to give us the lowest sale tag but offered to give us a better discount that didn't happen. Discovered this store after endless searching for a traditional Filipino barong for my daughter's fiancé turned exhausting. Online reviews of websites for ready-made and custom-made barongs were likewise disappointing. Then this unfamiliar name, CMC Boutique in Las Vegas, came up, read the reviews and was impressed with a lot of great reviews. Called the store and was able to talk to Mila, the owner, right away. Explained my dilemma about the size and sleeve length that needed to be customized. It was tough as measurements had to be done on FaceTime and Mila and I were texting each other back and forth to get the most accurate measurements. And so we thought we did, ordered the barong, 2XL with customized sleeve length. I did not have to put in any deposit for this as Mila reassured me that I can pay when it arrives. After almost a month, my daughter and her fiancé came to visit for the holidays, visited this store again to have my daughter's fiancé try other sizes other than what we ordered in case the pending order was not right. Lo and behold, he was a 5XL size !! Perfect fit from barong length, shoulder and sleeve length and in the material and design that we originally wanted. This was truly our lucky day, finding the first Filipino barong for my future son-in-law. I asked Mila if I can cancel the pending order and she graciously allowed it.
