I've been using the Drive up option quite a bit to pick up orders I make through the Target App. It is so convenient and it saves me so much time. The employees I have encountered have been friendly and positive, even when they are out in the summer heat! Ordering through the App helps me stick to what I need to get without making impulse buys. It's helpful that it tells you if items are in stock or running low so you can make selections based on it. You can also list your substitution preference in case your item runs out. I do better at seeing what deals and bonuses are available through the App, so I think it saves me money. I still go in the store at times because sometimes you just want to shop in person! read more

This Target visit was awful. They are totally remodeling the store and nothing is organized. Finding things takes forever and many shelves are cluttered and disorganized. I love to browse Target, but this wasn't a great visit. Staff were not helpful and the Starbucks worker was so slow and I had to leave without ordering coffee. This target always seems to be so nice and clean. The employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable! They always seem to make sure we have what we need. We started coming to this location once we moved in the south side of the 215 and we love it! Very easy to jump back in Blue Diamond. There is always a lot of people here, but their parking lot is pretty massive and we haven't had a problem with parking too far yet. Their baby clearance section has a pretty big selection as well, which my wife loves! read more

This is in a little strip mall called Blue Diamond Crossing. It's by Ross and Big Lots. It's like every Target that I've been to. It's big, clean, bright and has decent prices for their merchandise. On the way in by the entrance they had a Starbucks. I was looking for a specific tumble and they had it. I was so happy, because I've been to a few locations to look for it and no one had it. Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada... Mom needed Tonic Water because she had cramps in her legs this morning. I had a gift card for Target, so I suggested that we look here. Located at the Blue Diamond Crossing (with Kohl's and many other retailers), Target is a reliable store in general. They have the same items as other branches: clothing, greeting cards, kitchen gadgets, household items, etc. This location even has a CVS and Starbucks! Walking through the personal care department, I saw a trio of Hello Kitty lip balms that I purchased in the past. I also saw a different Hello Kitty set of hair clips and lip balm... I got it! With the help of a friendly employee, mom eventually got a bottle of Tonic Water. It was in the liquor aisle. Uhg! We looked high and low, but weren't able to find it on our own! Their produce, meat, bakery and floral department are all great. They seem to have lots of checkers available so not much of a wait to check out. Please be careful when you place an online order they will show a total amount for your order and at the end since they charge you some times in separate transactions you will realize the total is completely different. Just by curiosity I took a screenshot shot on my order place and then after the items where placed was bad I mean bad. I call costumer services they couldn't help, was in person at this target tell you managers always very nice and usually helpful but I think Zachary wasn't having a good day but he had this passive aggressive actitud I am not really sure how they have a manager like that if he is not willing to help. while visiting out of town granddaughter I realized she already had toy I bought her a few months ago. I took brand new item it to customer service where girl said it was beyond the return date? there is no mention anywhere on receipt of a past due date. I asked if I could have store credit she said no. I asked for manager she said he was at lunch. I asked when he would be back as I would shop around and come back. she said the manager can take as long as he wants on his break so she had no idea when he would be back. I'm 3 times this girls age and was frustrating enough that i wasn't aware of past due date to return but to out right lie is unacceptable. I found out later there are numerous managers and someone is always available. the toy was only $20 so I will keep for gift but I do believe if there is a due date to return it must be on the receipt or at the counter when purchasing . not ok target I was really surprised read more

Target Blue Diamond - Wow! We're really impressed with your service! Shout out to Amy, Hilda, and Tara who went above and beyond with customer satisfaction! They helped us locate drapes marked as "in stock" on the Target app, that we didn't see on the floor. They diligently worked with the crew in the back room and didn't stop until we received what we needed. And they did it happily with smiles the whole time. This type of service is rare nowadays and we absolutely appreciated it! Also want to shout out the young gentleman who was working the self-checkout. He greeted every single customer, asking them how their night was going, was super friendly, and even gave a kid a sticker - I didn't even know Target did that! but it was a nice gesture. This store had extremely friendly and helpful staff ~ I was taken to where the shoelaces were supposed to be, nary a one in stock, oops . Then I was given clean and correct directions to where the sandals are, I was able to find a nice pair of rubber with adjustable belts sandals MADE IN THE U.S.A. for $10 ~ these were cheaper than any of the Chinese products there . I bought some "C" cell Bunny batteries, the price was very good as was the selection . The self checkout was clean, fast and easy . This never used to be a problem at this store, but the last evening I visited I had multiple panhandling vagrants sneak up on and confront me while I was walking from my car to the front door. I refused their requests, but they then went and loitered around my car watching to see if/when I would walk into the store, while talking with each other. I turned around, went back to my car and left. As I returned, one walked towards me like he was going to make a move but then when I looked him in the eye he backed off and said have a nice day. It doesn't matter if the store is aware of this and doesn't feel comfortable hiring security to address this, or claims their landlord is responsible for handling it. If this is what I'm experiencing outside their store, this is the review their store deserves, until they fix it one way or another. Avoid going to this Target, especially at night. There's other locations on Flamingo/215 and Silverado/Eastern. Go to those instead for the time being. read more

Over time this Target has become dirty, unorganized and chaotic. Employees are no where to be found while trash and products are all over the floor. No one was manning the fitting rooms, leaving customers to figure which stalls are available. Target used to be the upscale version of Walmart but I think it has fallen behind. read more

You have to see the valentine things,like Metallic deep deep red phone case with big puffy hearts and the new purses are beautiful, they have gorgeous beaded ones too !.they changed the floor in that department ,so much easier.They also have a 11 + inch LEGO dog!!!!! All of us had different addresses and last names, so we were different households but because we walked in together, we weren't allowed to all get packs. Only one person was allowed and then they told the rest of us that we couldn't. Mind you, this was never an issue in the past, only today. I get product limits and trying to reduce scalpers, but we're a group of friends that love opening and collecting Pokemon cards. We will not be going to this Target anymore. read more

I placed a Drive-Up/Pick-Up order today and had my boyfriend head over to grab it. Unfortunately, he was waiting for some time (approximately 45 mins) and thankfully they were communicative about being behind and were genuinely apologetic. My man didn't make a big fuss or anything, but once the gentleman came out with our order, he was thoughtful enough to offer us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience! THAT right there is amazing and outstanding customer service! His service was 5/5! When employees go above and beyond to think about you and your time, we value that. That's why my man and I frequent Target far more often than any other major retailer. You don't get this type of customer service at Walmart. Although I did have a very nice experience recently there too, we just feel like Target employees 95% of the time treat us better than Walmart associates. Not only are they more approachable, the stores are more organized and cleaner. We also realized once we were putting our groceries away that we were missing 2 frozen items. I ordered my toddler 2 quantities of Dr Praeger's broccoli little and they were missing! Thank goodness we ordered 2 other quantities of their spinach littles that'll hold her off for now because that little girl is just addicted to those things! Lol Thankfully Target was also able to refund us the amount for that. So overall there were minor inconveniences, but the fact they were able to acknowledge it, take accountability, communicate with us and provide solutions just makes us love this company even more! From cashier making a woman who had a 4 months old baby get out of line to put an item back instead of calling for help to pharmacy tech throwing out incorrect information ( I'm an urgent care provider and overheard tech saying taking 13 different multivitamin should have prevented her from getting sick so she needs an antibiotics) to pharmacist being just plan rude when asking for direction ( because he is a pharmacist and not a clerk right ? So it's beneath him to help costumers to the right aisle) this place never ceases to amaze me when it comes to level of rudeness. Amazing just amazing. read more

I unfortunately always struggle doing returns here since they state their own store policy is different from Targets actual policy, even if you have your receipts. My son bought laundry detergents with a promotional $15 gift card when you spend $50 but he didn't get the promotional gift card for some reason. I went and showed the receipt if I can still get the promotional gift card, but the manager Zachary was being rude about it telling me that it's been a few days have past so he cannot offer me the gift card anymore, which I think is not fair. Two days after Christmas and Target is poppin' as always!! I came in for a few things and left with a cart full but that is pretty on brand for anyone shopping at Target. Even after the holidays, the store was well maintained and organized. When I was looking for something, I just used the target app to locate the item. Praise target employees, we know it isn't easy after the holidays but they worked so hard. Always utilize the app for good coupons and sales too! It was nice to see that the things I was looking for were here or they weren't so I knew if I should keep looking. I was also able to see which other Target store might have the item I was after. When I got to the checkout line, I had quite a few books in my cart to read in the New Year. Cyndi was working the register and told me that Target will price match books and EVERY SINGLE BOOK was cheaper on the app. I saved anywhere from 50 cents to 5 dollars on each book. She switched registers and Karen continued the same process for each item that was a Target brand. It was amazing!!! Thank you for the great service Target employees! read more

So I have to mention that I absolutely love Target! This particular location is so convenient with their drive-up and pick up option not too far from where I live. Especially during these times with COVID19 and wanting to social distance and stay safe, this store is awesome! I have the app on my phone and if I need something like recently bottled waters, dental floss, and dog food, I just hopped on the app, selected the items I needed, and wa la! Received an email your order is ready. Let them know I was on my way with a quick tap and that I had arrived when I pulled up to the pick-up spot. One of their very nice reps came to my window, saw my code, retrieved my items, and loaded them in my car. This is such a lifesaver during these times and especially with my 2 small kiddos with me.
