Well-stocked & clean. Didn't notice a security guard in the morning. Looked in the Luggage & Bag section, health & beauty, shoes, foods section, PJ's- all of them and dog beds. Already saw V-day stuff mixed in with the Christmas stuff. Seriously! Bought a puffy dog bed - $16.00 clearance, for our senior dog. And gingerbread chai tea - 50 bags - grown in Sri Lanka. @ $4.99. Some countries have different guidelines so I steer clear of teas from certain countries. Feels a bit smaller than most locations, but glad we stopped in. read more

This is the 2nd TJMaxx in 2 days. We walked from Trader Joe's, about 1.5 miles. This one is a Home goods store too so since we're traveling, I didn't want to buy anything big. Stores are well stocked. Checkout lines went quickly. Only thing that was terrible is no cell service. I had to go outside to call for uber. Location is great... sprouts, in n out and several other histories. We ran out of time so maybe next time. read more

Second stop on Members Morning in Las Vegas, Nevada... My sister chose to go to Marshalls first before TJMaxx because she thinks that Marshalls' merchandise is a bit better. I actually didn't get anything at Marshalls, but I did get many items at TJ Maxx - because I won a gift card! Yes! During Members Mornings, customers with the Marshalls/TJ Maxx credit card are invited into the stores one hour before opening time. We get a free gift (this time it was a roomy, useful canvas bag) and a chance to win something during the drawing times. I was super happy when I heard my name over the PA System! The sales associates are all friendly and greet customers with "welcome", "how are you doing", and "good morning"! It's such a nice, clean, bright environment! We enjoyed the personal care items, notepads, and Hello Kitty merchandise the most! read more

Tj Maxx is one of my favorite stores. I don't go to Town Square often but was here on 12/13.2024 after meeting my friend for HH across the street @ Flecha. This was my 2nd time in this store. The 1st time I was here a girl had walked right out of the store with a suitcase & bag on her shoulder probably full of stuff. Staff knew she was stealing & hoped security would catch her. I was shocked at how out in the open this girl was. Shame on her. When I was here on the 13th there was a female security guard right when you walked in. Older lady with pretty gray hair. She was very friendly as I had talked with her briefly. About 4-5 teenage girls, dressed ghetto & looking up to no good had all walked out & were being loud. I don't think they were in there to spend money. Apparently they were a little disappointed to see a security guard in the store. For you thieves shame on you & be aware that there are undercover staff in there to catch ya! Is it really worth the arrest & record??? Anyways.....even though this store looks big it really isn't. Each department is very small. The store is small & was hard to move thru the aisles with the other shoppers in there. Some people would just hog the whole aisle so I would have to come back around. They did have a great suitcase assortment & I actually found a really nice Juicy Couture black suitcase that I bought. It just makes me sad knowing that the airport peeps are going to make it ugly next time I use it to travel. It was $69.99, what a great deal too!! The makeup/skin care aisle was kinda a mess but towards the end of my time spent in here an employee was going around straightening things up. There was this one kid who was being so loud & screaming/yelling while his parents were pushing him around in a shopping cart & playing with him. It was very annoying, I couldn't believe that his parents were allowing him to be so loud & obnoxious in a public place. Like come on guys, have some respect for others around you....your'e not @ home. I did find a cat/dog soft carrier on clearance for $16.00, what a deal! I found this long, snake dog toy that makes crinkling noise & has squeakers in it for a co-workers puppies on clearance & what a great deal! I came across this really soft, but blanket with cocktail glasses on it. I really wanted to buy one for myself but believe me, I don't need another blanket. I basically came in here looking for Christmas gifts and ended up picking up this blanket for one of my besties. I hope she loves it as much as I do! With my 1yr old+ kitten I'm nervous about burning candles at my house & found a nice selection of candle melting light stands. No lit flames; the heat melts the wax. (see photo) The one I got is so pretty. I actually have it on right now & can smell the sweet smell of my candle as I write this review. I actually didn't spend as much money as I do when I'm in a TJ Maxx due to the small selections of stuff. The check out line was moving slow. This store seems to be busy with all the shoppers in here. My cashier was friendly & even commented on my new suitcase. She was careful with handling on my new stuff. I don't think I would just venture out to this location when I'm in the mood to go to a TJ Maxx. Of course I may hit it up again when I'm @ Town Square but I'd rather go to a different location since others are bigger, less crowded & not so busy. They have OK deals, so you gotta cruise around and look in detail throughout things. Some things are a bit more expensive than others. The selection here on bedding was good, which was why I came in today. The sevice was quick, only two people in front of me. The customer service was quick on the registers. read more

They have a limited selection of shoes and kid's clothing but a wide selection of gym/fitness accessories, women's clothing, toys and games, items for your pets, good quality blankets, and home essentials. I was at the Town Square a couple weeks ago, and ended up popping into this TJ Maxx. I found a few little fun things, which made me happy. But the reason that I'm leaving this review is for Michelle M.. She was working in the home section of the store, and what a beautiful and helpful personality she has! I love meeting happy and nice people! Someone who is kind, and works in a position where they can run into people all day can really make a difference in people's lives. My little sister was accused for shoplifting and we experienced racism from a male employee. He was so rude and had the audacity to walk out of the store before apologizing to us for the trouble. So I contacted Headquarters to get a proper apology. And they apologized and fired the male employee. read more

Came to explore this TJ Maxx before dinner and next time, I will be ready to shop to the maxxxx! :) The new store is nicely organized and has so many employees that are helpful and on that new store high!! Now is the time to go while everything is nice, new, and organized! Neat tidbit: This is the only TJ Maxx in Vegas that has "The Runway" section! You can get yourself some designer wears or purses! As of the store opening, they had Fendi, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Longchamp, Valentino, Chloe, and..... I can't remember the other purses! This location has the rudest employees. Managers are extremely disrespectful. I would not return anything to this location unless you want to be harassed. Even if you have the receipt and all tags attached and it's within 30 days you will get hassled big time. I've witnessed this many times myself as well as seeing it happen to other customers as I'm waiting in line. If you need help at the jewelry counter good luck - nobody is ever around to help you. This location usually has a poor and over picked selection. read more

When I waked in I literally said to my homegirl, "Damn, this the "Costco" of TJmaxx's, why? ... because when you walk in, it literally feels like a Costco because of the high warehouse like ceilings, the white led overhead lights and the overall space was well, spacious! This store is at least 3x the size of the Stephanie location, in my opinion. While the Stephanie location has a better shoe selection, I feel like the handbags and clothing is a larger selection and this location. They also have a designated name brand area, similar to "last call" at other clothing retail stores, but the quality in the "high end" section is very, very good! I personally like the Active wear section, as everything was really organized by size and almost color. There isn't anything on the floor, this store is rather clean and organized. The accessories and jewelry area is surprisingly also clean. Customer service was okay. Lady working the dressing rooms, had an interesting personality. She wasn't too personable but she almost had a slight tude. That won't stop me from visiting in the future. This store is where it's at. read more

Who doesn't a love TJ Maxx?? Can it ever really be bad? Haha TownSquare seems like an odd place for TJ Maxx but I'm not complaining because I work in TownSquare and frequent this location. For all you Maxxinista's out there this is a much smaller store then what we are use too!! This is the ONLY location I've ever walked out empty handed. I would never go out of my way to come here but if you're already in TownSquare it's a must to stop in! Purse selection is fair. Clothing section is small. Make up section is small. Self care selection is fair. Jewelry selection is okay. Home goods, bed, and bath are all small. If I recall they had a decent luggage selection which is good as TownSquare is a common place to stop before heading back home in a plane. Employees seem to be scarce. Other then the jewelry counter and fitting rooms I've never seen anyone on the floor. The staff the cashiers pretty well lines are never too long. In closing it's TJ Maxx I'm never their actually looking for something other then a deal. So it's ever going to be a poor experience. read more

This TJ Maxx was in a good location (Town Square); however, inventory was limited. Don't get me wrong, shelves and racks were stocked. But where's the deals and steals I've come to expect from TJ Maxx? Store looks big from the outside, yet is small inside. Positives: store was clean, cool (a/c felt great), plenty of carts, things were organized, plenty of things to look at and spend some time. Negatives: few small size shoes (only 6-10 pair under size 7), makeup palettes were used looking, few high-end brands (no sales or good prices on the ones they had), clothes lacked any glitzy style (this is Vegas, so where's the fashion?) I took 16 pieces to the fitting room. Nothing worked. Sizes were off or clothes were dirty already or things were not flattering. Even the white tank I tried was thin enough to see through. Dressing room needs floors mopped. This is a desert, so dust will easily transfer when people try on clothes. This store reminded me of an outlet store that has created its own imitation inventory rather than selling sale inventory from high end stores. I was not impressed. Felt disappointed all the way around. I went in with a list of things needed and came out with NOTHING! read more

My first time in the store and it is really nice, in fact I think it's the nicest TJ Maxx I have ever been in! Organized, clean and people are following the mask policy and they have two people stationed at the door as people come in so that made me feel good. Fay was especially a nice cashier who was polite and competent. If I had to say anything that wasn't five star it would be about some of the people shopping in line. I was crowded by three people and they refused to move back 6 feet. I did not want to complain to the manager because these people are rude. However, I think TJ Maxx might want to make a general announcement on the loudspeaker when this is happening and that might help but I'm not sure it willGreat store I'll be back! read more

This TJ Maxx has a fantastic, well-organized beauty section with brands ranging from Too Faced and Nars to Laura Mercier and Gucci. More expensive products were in keepers, which prevented them from being messed with, and I actually didn't notice any broken products, which tends to be uncommon for this chain. I had a great checkout experience as well. Our cashier was not only friendly, but also took the extra step of checking a couple of my more expensive or breakable items to make sure they were intact/not switched with cheaper brands. The town Square location of T.J. Maxx is absolutely horrible and should be avoided. The merchandise is tired. I had a return here a couple weeks ago and was so upset and appalled. I had my receipt. The shirt had been placed in the wrong size on the rack so I inadvertently bought the wrong size. When I went to return the shirt. Apparently there was an incorrect department tag on the shirt which --sorry--IS NOT MY PROBLEM---the clerk said that this is a problem, no return--WITH MY RECEIPT AND ONLY A WEEK LATER, another clerk said no can do...I asked for management. The manager said that the department tag is incorrect, whatever that means--now this shirt we are talking about is $19.99, so I think that they are implying that I am trying to scam the store for $19.99??? The shirt is brand new and with tags and receipt and if I WAS going to scam a store, I would be going to go for a hell of a lot more money than $20!! But the manager says that she needs to check video tape. I guess to see if I indeed bought the shirt there??? I said ABSOLUTELY!! Check your VIDEOTAPE NOW!!!! I'll walk you over to the exact area where you think I was up to no good. The manager finally decides she can give me a gift card--but unbelievable. This TJ Maxx just opened on March 8, 2019. Nice with many high-end varieties to choose from. Has Runway Selection. Love the handbag selection. Saw that they had Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and many Dooney purses! Located near the south parking structure. Staff was nice and helpful. Definitely will come back! read more

I don't usually review department stores, but we stopped by a few times during our stay for exercise gear and I had to write this review. Great selection, great prices. But the focus of this review is management. Each and every manager we encountered was exceptionally kind, polite and respectful. The store was clean and well stocked, showing that management's attitude does trickle down to the entire staff and store. One of the top TJX stores we have visited in the country. Very clean and fully stocked store. It's a really big store. This has no Homegoods attached to it. Very nice and helpful staff. The selection of clothes here is quite vast and trendy. I'm sure there's a style for everyone's taste. I like that the fitting room doors have some kind of cover between the doors and walls, so no one can peek at you while inside. There is a large mirror outside the fitting rooms with lights; makes it extra fancy. Overall, I enjoyed my time shopping there. Ended up bugging a lot of things I hadn't planned to buy, since they were so unique. read more

I love this store. They seem to maintain this store nicely and have current items out. This is probably the largest T J Maxx that I've seen in this city. Out of the corner of my eye I could see a lady that was having trouble with her dog. I know nowadays retailers don't even approach people with dogs because they're not allowed to ask them if that is a helper dog. It didn't look like one but I didn't know for sure. While I was there for at least an hour this dog was barking aggressively every two minutes, and then I was adjacent to the woman with the dog and she was continuously yanking on her dog and every time a person passed the dog, the dog would approach them and bark . Obviously, if we don't have control of our dog and it's not a helper dog there is no reason for you to bring them into a retail store when you cannot control your pet. I saw the manager having a conversation with them but not addressing the situation. This dog continued to bark while she was on line. That customer and dog should have been asked to leave! It is their responsibility to keep patrons safe. read more

Was going to buy some jewelry for wife for Christmas. Was walking around the jewelry case for 10 mins then another customer walked up and started looking beside me and my daughter. The employee looked right at me and said I will have to wait and she then went to help the other customer and walked away. She actually cut me off as I was asking to see some pieces. That was so rude and couldn't believe how obnoxious the employee treated us. We just walked right out and left. Won't be going back there ever. read more

I was so excited when they opened this location! The store for the most part is pretty organized, there aren't messes like some I've been too. And I usually find a lot of good deals here! But today made me never want to come back here ever again. I walked into this store with my phone and wallet and was followed by the man pictured.. assuming that he is the manager. And usually when an employee is around they ask if you need any help or anything of the sort. This man did not say a word. But instead he knew how to creep up without making a sound to pop up in the same isle as me every time I entered a new one: I was taken back by how fast he followed me from one side of the store to the other so quietly. He also happened to "appear" at the end cap of the woman's under garments. I also sat in one isle just watching him "pretend" to fix a shelve. I purposely walked behind all the other isles to also find him right there. Very uncomfortable and next time I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.
