We have only been to this location a few times as we are new to Henderson area . We love the short gas lines and cheaper than California gas! Inside Costco is so clean and organized, unlike our old Costco location in California. Today I had a user error issue in the food court , I went to customer service/membership area because my Costco card wasn't working properly. Sam , in membership , walked me back to the food court and showed me the issue , my error ! He was so kind and so helpful! Well, the service at THIS location is actual trash. No "welcome", no assistance, just barking directives. Just went in to attempt to renew my membership, went into the side that has the membership services and was barked at to use the side door (the one attached to the garage style door about 1.2 feet away) "and go to the gate". So I go to the gate.... A cattle style gate, and wait. Then the woman yells "go through the gate and wait at the yellow line!". So I struggle to open the gate that has a latch on it for some reason....? And push my big ass cart through. So I stand there, at the yellow line, at the arrow to which you go through the line, and I see there is one person seemingly working. So I'm standing there for about 5 minutes then start looking at the ground.... Because what's even happening with this weird store, already. Then I see two women walk right up and get help from a guy with an absolute crap customer service demeanor, so I look at him and say "the line starts over here, right?" With a confused look on my face.... Because you know, the arrow... ahem. His response was, and I quote... "I called you like 6 times!!" So, lemme get this straight, you want ME to go through a door that's corralled by a latched gate with a big ass cart, 1.5 feet away from the wide open garage doors with a direct path to membership..... but you can't walk 5 feet to come make eye contact with me and say "I can help you over here?" !!! Our Costco on St. Rose is outstanding. Yes. let me tell you why. The employees are not only courtious, but also willing to go out of their way to serve. Today, the gent at the entrance could NOT have been happier, smiled bigger or welcomed better. Without fail, if I cannot find a product, they will not just tell me the isle, they have walked with me until it was found (or not found), if they were out. The store is very well organized and kept neat and clean. And yes, I know they have a very easy return policy, yet I am not a "return guy". I did make a return today and of course I apologized and assured him I would be going inside to replace my return and he just smiled and said, we just want you to be happy. He was quick, polite, smiling and when the return was finished he said, "By the way, thank you for your more than 20-years as a faithful customer. read more

What I like about going to this Costco is that it's been less crowded lately. Line goes down pretty fast and great selections of food to choose from. I got my cod fish from here and it was great value. At the food court area it's well organized and great layout of table and seating. I like that it's more spacious. And no need to seat next to strangers while eating. Also they don't have long line to pickup food like Mark St Costco. One minus thing is when I'm searching for an item I usually don't get, I can't seem to find worker to assist me where it is. read more

I still enjoy this Costco on my rare visits. The times I've gone, it has not been too busy, and I've been able to efficiently find everything I need, including gas. I've even gone in near closing time, and I appreciate the food court and shelves are still stocked with everything I'm looking for. It's a Costco and pretty consistent with all the other Costcos I've been to. This location also has gas which is convenient if you need a fill up (there didn't seem to be lines the times I've seen it). read more

12p, September 26, 2025 I needed to kill some time (45 minutes) while I stopped to fill up the gas tank. I need to use the restroom and buy some food items for lunch. This ware house seemed huge compared to the one's in LA/OC. The layout seemed familiar enough that I knew where to find the premade foods in the deli. I grabbed a tray of the Asian wraps with rotisserie chicken and ran to the self checkout line. The line was super long but a couple of local customers said that the line moves fast. Yes, self checkout lines do move fast. The wrap unit price is $7 per pound. There was a variety of premade foods at the deli to choose. But these wraps are the most convenient. the store is well stocked. the associates are friendly. the self checkout process is less than desirable. used to be able to have all my items upc side up in the cart and self scan and be on my way. now you get in line and have to take all items out of your cart to scan them which defeats the whole self checkout thing. read more

We went to the food court for dessert. I got the Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae. Ther was plenty of strawberries and the ice crem was tasty. This location is a little different from other Costco's. Here, after you order from the kiosk, you bring your receipt to the counter and they make your order. You do not wait until they call your number. The prices are great! read more

This is my neighborhood Costco and it never disappoints. The store is always well stocked, the employees are friendly, and the food court is consistently solid. It can get packed and the parking lot is usually full, but that just shows how good this location is. Even when the food court line takes a bit, the quality makes it worth the wait. Easily one of the better Costco locations around--I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I came in for a few items and I proceeded to the register where I was greeted with Tina, I showed her my moms membership; now I know I can't pay without her being present, but that wasn't the problem, good for future reference. The problem was she decided to be rude with a attitude. After my mom came inside with no problem Tina decided to rant to a coworker right in front of us! Very unprofessional. She had argued with me before the other worker came over. Thankfully the other worker was understanding after the whole situation. The other worker check is out and we carried on with our day. I hope no one ever has to interact with Tina ever, honestly she needs to be removed from costumer service completely. I do take into consideration that Costco is busy with everyone but she should fix her attitude. Other than that I love Costco. read more

Earlier today I was at this Costco with my friend and we decided to have hotdogs! We ordered our hotdogs through self serve computer! We waited about 20 minutes to get served but there was no employee to serve us and then a lady finally showed up and said we aren't calling your numbers and you all have to stand in line which there were two lines and she chose the other line! I objected and asked for manager and she said there is no manager today. I asked for my money back because I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and she referred me to an extremely rude guy which threatened to cancel my membership and I am not sure he did or not. If they have changed their service policy they should post it clearly! Or if they are short staffed, they should apologize and be nice and don't bully the customer! I have never seen a behavior this bad in this store, I hope management read this review and get rid of this person that was saying he is in charge of this fiasco. Joined Costco after finding a great sign up promo online. Arrived at this location on a Monday afternoon, parking lot was so busy. Front door staff was kind enough to show me how to pick up my membership card. Customer service counter was quick, nice and efficient, I was able to take a pic and get my card within minutes. Store is big and spacious. Endless variety of brands and Costco branded options. They have pretty good sales, deals and promos, some better than other stores. Got a killer deal on baby wipes I was happy about. Lines are long, but I'm glad I finally got a membership. I'll try to come back on a random day at an earlier time, hopefully it's not as crazy. I'm writing and giving a 3 star because we bought a brand new refrigerator and the first one came dented everywhere so they had to replace it which took a week. The new one started spewing water on the inside when we'd use the water feature on the door. After explaining on the phone for 1/2 hour they finally said they'd send someone out a week and a half later so we were drinking bottled water (from Costco, lol). We finally had a guy out today from Costco and he didn't know what was wrong and didn't have a new filter to test what was wrong. So here we sit waiting for another 7-10 days for someone to come back and test it with a filter and the fridge keeps squeaking in a high pitch. We will never buy an appliance from Costco again, it's been ridiculous with their customer service and having a broken fridge for almost a month now. Ugh! read more

This Costco is off of Rose Parkway Trail, about halfway between the I-15 and 215. It has a gas station outside and food court inside. There's a guest services by the exit with the tire center next to it. There's also a pharmacy and restrooms. As usual with other Costcos, this parking lot is big but so crowded. They do samples inside. You have to scan your membership card at the machine to enter. read more

No complaints, I always go with my list even though I end up buying additional things interesting to try. It was busy, and it was Monday at 11am. I don't think there's a day or time that Costco is not busy. While I always find everything I'm looking for and it's very pleasant asking any staff for help, I want to recognize that every one who work at the register, works really hard. They are always friendly, helpful and fast. Thank you, you make the visit fast despite how many people are there. Although the customers that shop here (and almost every Costco) act like escaped zoo animals both in store and while driving in the parking lot, this is still my favorite location in the valley. This Costco is the closest one to our home so we frequently visit this location. It's located in a giant plaza with other vendors which has its pros & cons. The pro is that you can eat at any of the restaurants before your do your grocery shopping. The con is the traffic. There is a single lane to get to the gas station entrance so you can imagine how hectic it is when the line is at a standstill and there are a bunch of oncoming cars from the right trying to leave Costco. However, I like the ample spacing between each car so I don't have to worry about squeezing in/out of a space. The Costco Wholesale is always stocked, and the lines move quick. Food Court: Located inside with seating. Hot Dog/Soda ($1.50): This was actually really good and tasted like pre-COVID days. They had the condiment station available which we loved. Got to get that relish! Smoothie ($2.99): Not bad. Different from what I remember. It's darker in color and a little bit less sweet. Chicken Bake ($3.99): I was craving this and it sorely disappoint. The chicken bake doesn't look or taste the same. I did some research online afterwards and found out that they don't make it fresh anymore. The ones served are the frozen one. read more

First off, I want to say Costco has been fantastic until Halloween day 2025. The whole pizza line went from the pick-up window to majority of the cash register. My wife called ahead for 4 pizzas at 3:40pm and was told it should be ready about 4:15pm. I got there and did some shopping then showed up to a mob that was also waiting for their order. I waited 30 min then heard others have been waiting for over an hour. I decided not to waste my time and got a refund along with many others. I heard staff members stating "the ovens couldn't keep up". This was a major disappointment that needs to be fixed. read more

On July 2nd around 9:35pm my friend and I pulled up to the gas pumps in a uhaul and dodge charger. We had to top off the uhaul before returning it and had to fill up his car on the same transaction for accounting purposes. We did this by sharing the same pump, 10 minutes later when we were finished filling up a guy in his late 20s early 30s with long pink hair approached us and said, "whatever dumbass thing you idiots are trying to do all you had to do was ask for help". I was by the uhaul when this was said so I went over there and asked what he said and he said it again to me and said he could of scanned us in then walked away. If he really thought we needed help he would have come over earlier and asked, instead he waited for us to finish just to come over and call us dumbasses and idiots without knowing why we were sharing the pump or asking why we were sharing the pump. I've never had an issue before at costco, but you have to hire better, train better and do better. Unacceptable read more

I've been a loyal Costco member for nearly 10 years and have always appreciated the value and service. However, I recently renewed my membership through a Groupon offer, which included a $25 Costco Shop Card as part of the promotion. When I went to redeem the offer, I was told the Shop Card wouldn't be honored and was essentially told "too bad." Rather than making it right or working with me to resolve the issue, I was advised if was so unhappy to cancel my membership entirely. This was deeply disappointing and not the level of customer care I've come to expect from Costco. I sincerely hope someone from Costco sees this and takes the opportunity to correct what feels like a very avoidable and unnecessary breakdown in service. Today around 5 p.m., I visited Costco with my mother to verify her identity so she could add her membership card to her phone. The system gave us the option to verify online or in person at the membership counter, and we chose to come in since we were already planning to shop. As we were walking, Associate Esther and another associate whose name I couldn't see because her name badge was flipped, abruptly started yelling at us, telling us that we couldn't go through that area. When I looked back, Esther gave me a strange look, and the other associate continued raising her voice. I honestly couldn't even hear what she was saying, the tone was just unnecessary. I feel the situation could have been handled much more professionally. Instead of approaching us calmly or offering guidance, they made us feel as if we were doing something wrong or attempting something suspicious. There was a clear lack of respect. I truly wish the interaction had been approached with more courtesy, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. read more

I have been a fan of shopping at Costco for years! Las Vegas, CA, Hawaii or wherever they are. One thing that is consistent with Costco is the busy parking lot! It's always so crowded, but thankfully it's huge so I always have a place to park, even if it's a few extra minutes walk! I'm sure with all the Yelping we Yelpers do we could all stand to walk and get our 10,000 ++ steps per day! Now on to the review... I shop at Costco because of the convenience, selection, quality and variety. I have 8 (pets and humans) in the house. And with everyone's diet, I always have success filling our food requirements, too many to list!!As for toiletries, electronics, bedding and clothes, Costco has always kept that bar high offering reasonable prices, good brands and quality. I have a Vitamix that I use almost daily and all the bedding, comfy blankets I've purchased over the years are wonderful and so worth it. The greeter at the door is always warm, friendly and inviting. I bet their social battery is drained end of day! And the other staff are always polite, helpful and timely. I'm glad for this closer to home location and I'll be ecstatic if they open another to alleviate the bloating of this one. All in all, a great outlet and experience! Bravo! read more

I have been a member at this location for almost 10 years. Of course small things issues happen, and I try to empathize. Sadly this last visit was the worst customer service I've ever seen, and am requesting corporate to investigate my claims, and contact me to remedy this atrocious experience. I had an appointment today for 12 pm. I arrived at 11:50 and spoke with a woman named Sammy I believe. I purchased a full set of tires about 18 months ago, about 30,000 miles. She claimed all she could do was give me $16. I explained that this was not my previous experience and asked for a manager. The manager came over and confirmed I should receive closer to $50. Not ideal, but I get it. In the 25 minutes I interacted with them, they left 7 times to check on the tire and car. 7 times! I asked why and they said they needed to confirm the right tire. It doesn't take 7 times to confirm a compromised tire and its location on the car. Please check the video tapes corporate, 7 times (between 11:50-12:15) It gets worse...the manager is now helping me, and began to complain about previous customers! Saying it may take longer because "he has to deal with a grumpy lady first". He then complained about being short staffed. This is someone in charge? This egregiously poor customer service needs to be addressed. Instead of apologizing, he made excuses.
