I like that it's modern and easy to get in and out and also has a drive thru (just no kids in the car I think it said?) there was a new budtender in there and said he just started not too long ago...big guy name Cameron and he was very knowledgeable and explained things I didn't know about different strains which can be frustrating for someone like me and my friend that aren't too knowledgeable. I normally am a regular here but after today I won't be coming back. I was charged for an 8th that I didn't want. I asked for a quarter and they charged me for both. It was my first time paying card here and I feel like I got taken advantage of. She said I had to have a certain amount in my account and that the change would be given to me in cash. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 1/6/26 around 11:55-midnight older asian lady late 30's early 40's was wearing a beanie and a black jacket working the drive thru. she should be fired. i will never be back and ill be making sure to warn everybody else not to come here too! she had a stank ass attitude from the moment i pulled up. i didn't know that it's a additional card fee if you use cash app specifically so i just needed to move $2 from my debit card. i don't know if she was on something because she started tweaking and yelling at me to leave the line that i alr waited in because its cars behind me! literally YELLING! i have the time line of everything screenshotted in my phone as well i wasn't even sitting there for more than 2 minutes! i opened my phone at 11:57 to get it transferred and she slammed the sliding glass window at 11:58 literally. i don't know what her problem was or why she was tripping so bad! worse dispo experience i've had ever! i'll also be reaching out to a higher up directly to file a complaint! she's lucky she slammed the window and walked away because i would've snapped a picture of her! so unless you want som lady tweaking out at you on your runs i seriously don't recommend! read more

I wanted to stop by a dispensary and saw this place on our way home. The building looks modern and big but the weed selection and the service were not good. We were seated after we checked in as usual and there was a bit of a wait. They were only serving one guest at a time despite all the space and bud tenders they had. My bud tender did not get me much information at all. When I walked in, I asked if there were any first time specials and he told me no. After I paid and was about to leave, he told me about their loyalty program which would've given me a deal that I was interested in. I had literally just purchased that item instead of getting it from a reward! I asked about their products and the selection was so limited. There were only two types of disposables and my bud tender said he did not recommend one of the two brands. He said they were low on product since 4/20, but I came in on 05/05, over two weeks later. And then when I asked for indica, the only option was the one he just said was not good! As I asked more questions, his answers felt condescending, like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was asking him questions that he didn't have answers for. He did not recommend any products. When I asked about flower, he asked my price range. He told me eighths were $20-60, didn't give me recommendations and showed me one in the middle range. I wanted to see if there were other options but I felt like I was bugging him already when I asked him the questions I had. This left a bad taste and I will not be back. read more

First time I went to this location was 11/9/24. It's been about 3 years since I have taken edibles for pain and to help me sleep, but my pain has come back and edibles were the only thing that seemed to work, so I did some research online and found some edibles from a company called Kanha that it said NMM sold on their website and I came in last Saturday with a screen shot of the Kanha Indica passion fruit gummies that I thought would be good and to get some further guidance from a professional bud tender. The bud tender that assisted me was Nicole, and I showed her the screen shot of what I wanted, and she came back with 3 different flavors of Kanha edibles that were not even the ones I asked for, and I told her I was looking for an Indica that would help me with sleep and pain. She proceeded to advise me that the Kanha 2:1 Harmony Gummies Açaí Blueberry flavor which contained CBG would help me sleep. When I got my purchase home, I looked up what she sold me and it was a Hybrid, and the CBG does not help you sleep, it's CBN that does. Today, I went back there with my receipt and unopened product, and didn't want a refund, but just to get the right strain of edibles that could help me. A bud tender called Sierra waited on me and she was totally nice, understanding and empathetic, and she she knew right away when I pulled out the bag and she saw CBG on the top that Nicole had sold me the wrong product. Sierra called over a manager named Justin, who I explained the situation to, and he said they were not allowed to take back a purchased product, even if it hadn't been opened, so he said they weren't allowed to swap it for me, which put my back up a bit, so I insisted that I was sold the wrong product by an incompetent bud tender and THAT was NOT MY FAULT. So Justin went in the back and looked to see if he could find me some free promos, Indica Kanha products, to make up for it, and a couple minutes later, he came back with 2 different packs of Indica gummies just what I was looking for last week in the FIRST place. Sierra said there would be no charge on these gummies they gave me today, and told me to keep my original purchase, which I really appreciated, and was more than fair and which also turned what would have been a negative review into a positive one, and assured a good customer experience outcome. Well, done, Justine and Sierra. My only advice is if you get a bud tender that's only been doing the job for a month, like Nicole told me she had, get a second opinion. read more

I want to start off by saying this is my second review of Nevada made marijuana in the two years. My first review was unfortunately a negative review for my experience. I don't post negative reviews without real consideration. On December 31st New Year's Eve I had the opportunity to review Nevada made marijuana a second time. I started off by being checked in or what I thought was being checked in. I came to find out rather quickly after I seen other patrons answer the shopping for. Front desk person incorrectly check me in and after other patrons went on to the sales floor he asked me to see my ID to check me in again. Never asked about my veteran insignia on my driver's license. The salesperson Sterling was amazing talk me through the products as well as took responsibility for the mix-up at the desk when it was not his fault at all. As Sterling is completing my order I can tell there's still some mistakes or updating on my account. That by itself was a very poor taste in my mouth knowing that my information had not been put in the system correctly. Sterling asked the manager on duty to come over to apply discount because of the error. The manager had no time to hear about my experience or why the discount was being applied. He applied the discount and went on his way. I've lived in Vegas for over 20 years this place is not for locals. This place is for people driving from Southern California that cannot wait to go to a quality dispensary so they choose Nevada made marijuana instead. Do better! read more

I went to the warm springs location initially and found the St. Rose spot later, it's closer. Cracks me up that it's in this unsuspecting business park, but stranger things have happened. I gotta give the staff props. No matter who helps me, from the guard opening the door, to the front desk ladies, I love everyone here! I only had to wait in line once, Super Bowl Sunday. NBD, everyone was pleasant. My tenders are ALWAYS SUPER knowledgeable and I learn something every time. My days are Thursday's - carts are on special, and Monday's - Wyld anyone. I love the Sips but they don't go on special and that's fine. I bought $150 worth and got a spin on the wheel. I won a premium eighth! Hell ya! Showed up at the drive thru line tonight to pick up an order I placed before midnight on a 2G for $30 deal. Upon arrival(VERY shortly after midnight-literally a minute or two)l, I was told they would not be honoring the deal I had placed due to it being after midnight. Sounds like your system needs to be reconfigured so that deals are not able to be placed 15 min before they end. Especially since orders need 15 minutes to be processed before they are picked up. Was told I would have to pay full price and that nothing could be done. Absolutely ridiculous to allow orders to be placed that cannot be honored. Was also told it said on the website that deals will not be honored after midnight. Couldn't find that information anywhere(not even in FAQ). Manager said people complain about it all the time, but nothing is done.(They obviously do not care about their customers/patients) UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES GOING ON HERE. read more
