This is a couple minutes down the road so I come here often. Other than the drive thru wait time, this place is great ! The staff are welcoming and know their products well. I had a transaction that was mistakenly charged twice, so I called in and they told me to wait a couple days. My next visit I had brought up my situation and Miguel explained things thoroughly and also added some product to my order for the inconvenience. Thanks ! read more

At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they aspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't. read more

Ok This review is for my overall experience. I visited this establishment twice while I was in Vegas last week. The first time I went on Friday afternoon. It was just me and my husband and we had a nice young lady who was actually expecting help us out. We talked about California products and what was available there? And what we were looking for blue dream infuse Pre rolls well, she initially says there wasn't an, but then she said, oh, there is 5 pack left. That was discounted, and we purchased those products. Great experience prices were average. Some things that we would normally purchase in California obviously were not there in Vegas. But the STIZZY brand was, which was familiar. The second visit was on Sunday. Now, If this second experience was our initial experience, we probably would never go back. The second time we went was me, my husband, and my brother. The male Budtender, who assisted us on Sunday afternoon, was a bit more dramatic disengaging, and only really wanted to speak with my brother. He did not have time for me and my husband when we asked questions, he basically turned his head and looked at my brother. So I don't know what his attraction was to my brother, but we pretty much just fell back and left out. My brother even interrupted the guys rudeness and informed him that ai was his sister...to nicely check him. It was not cool. Anyway my brother purchased whatever he purchased and again. If that was been our first experience, we would never went back. Their products were okay. Overall, I would recommend, but just depends who you get as a to serve you. The store is very clean. The host, when you get checked is very welcoming. There's a sitting area when you first get in there. The only drawback was that one, budtender on Sunday afternoon seemed like he had some hips and other things going on but who cared, he was so extra with all his mannerism, it was just like I would have never go back if Ithoughthe wouldserve me. And I probably won't go back when I go back to Vegas. read more

Nevada Made Marijuana - My purchase - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

At this point this store has created more problems for themselves than ethically possible and i'm curious how they benefits them in any way lol. They mess up orders, give you the wrong items and sometimes don't complete the full order. I'm not even sure how this is possible in Nevada's marijuana sales registry. Last night I ordered online, and waited for hours. Attempted to contact the store and no one answered. Was curious how such a small order could take 4+ hours after a 40-50 minute quote. Without any warning, heads up, or resolution they just went ahead and cancelled the order. Business must be thriving if you don't want any more sales and if you're just neglecting customers wants, needs, and general service. it's simple, don't go to this place, The Source is down the street and light years better than this place in customer service, ambience, bud tenders, and honestly is just better in every shape and form. (Nevada Made Marijuana was even completely wrong about certain percentages on their website. A label I got had completely different stats then what was listed on their website) Unfortunately Nevada Made Marijuana is giving marijuana that's made in Las Vegas a terrible name and terrible look. I would only ever give them 5 stars if I could rate them based on how unsatisfactory, and terrible their service and staff is. Again please take business down the street to The Source or even The Dispensary. Another close dispensary is Green Dispensary. In summary avoid this place at all costs!!! read more

Unbelievably backed up in drive through today. Idk if it's a new person at the window, but they are moving the line slower than I've ever seen it. Even with a full line. I love the staff and store, this is just ridiculous tonight. read more

I am so disappointed I went there with an online order well I had to leave to get cash or pay $10 additional. Once I returned my order changed I picked up and realized the error so I returned. They were very rude I literally cried in my car. They told me o come back tomorrow for a manager. Then called to make sure my # was left requesting a call back. When it was convenient, Then Linsey says if the manager decided to call u back, because he comes at 8am I leave at 5am, I can tell the person that come in but there is no guarantee he gonna call u back. I thought my experience had been wild until I met her. Keep in mind all this is on camera. So I walked away with an order of trash shake, that I did not and will never order. I never wanna return read more

Very unhelpful staff don't recommend overcharging long lines not worth the effort feels like a jail

I went to pick up an order by drive thru and spent about about 8 minutes behind another car as if the dispensary workers had to cook something instead of bag it up and give it out. When I finally got to the window I was told my id was 3 days past expiration. I told the worker that I renewed and have digital verification. "It has to be printed out." I could understand if they were keeping or making a copy OR if we lived in a day and age when you actually had to go into a DMV to renew your license. I literally offered to log into the DMV website so they could confirm but nope. The idea that a piece of printed paper that could EASILY be doctored carries more weight than my TRULY verifiable digital copy is insane. The copy that I have could be used during a traffic stop but not to buy weed??? Lol they told me to just go print it out as if we're in 1998. What a waste of time. read more

Was coming to shop on buffalo. Was treated poorly and online orders couldn't be figured out correctly. With one lady having a fit cause I stood up. Even tho she wasn't there when I checked in. I even made statement im in no rush. Then she wants to walk out and laugh at me why because of what I look like. This shit is so immature and employees working this day should be more professional. read more

Customer service is awful and no sense of knowledge. The Internet says that there is a specific deal and then the people insist that the deal is old from the day prior and then I make an online order and try to beat the system and they say that they cannot fulfill the deal . I usually go through the drive-through (and the service there has always been great), but I came inside for a return and was blown away by the experience. RL checked me in and was amazing--fun, personable, and super knowledgeable, taking the time to explain terpenes and products. The security guard with him was also welcoming and professional, which set a great tone right away. Andrew helped me find products that were perfectly tailored to what I was looking for, and Adam the manager handled my return quickly and professionally. I've worked in luxury retail for 16 years, and this dispensary truly delivers luxury-level customer service. From now on, I'll be coming inside instead of just using the drive-through--the recommendations are spot-on, the products feel personalized to you, and you even get to spin the wheel for free items. Shopping here is not only easy but genuinely fun! read more

I bought an 1/8 of Hustler's Ambition's Sticky Fingers yesterday, opened it, barely turned my grinder before I hit seeds. I hoped it was one off nug and put another in the grinder and got more seeds. I called NV Made to see what could be done and was offered a whopping 10% off next time. Tax is 18.375%. What good is 10% when this product is straight trash? I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Today I stopped by to get BOGO Cake 1.25 vapes as advertised. Specifically asked for this sale item. I paid, went out, opened bag to find 2 that were .9 size. I went right back in and was told since I paid with debit card they can't do anything. I showed them the ad. Manager said we can't take product back seriously wow what a jerk and awful customer service. So we pay the same $39 and get ripped off by being given a smaller product overall? Why? Because we are senior citizens that you can steal from easier I suppose. Take your business elsewhere this place is shady read more

Almost always a weird smell in the lobby. Good prices, sometimessmall buds., I emailed this location a month ago regarding a bad product and they didn't even have the courtesy to send an automated response. I came in looking for half a gram of flower which I was told they had on the phone. When I showed up I was told they did not have it. This level of professionalism should not be tolerated. I will be reporting this to Nevada Made read more

After being a loyal customer for nearly 3 years and spending thousands of $$ being a tier 4 loyalty I had a problem with a torch Disposable as it wasn't heating the oil properly. Hey everyone!!! Just found out this place is now open 24 hours a day!! Which is so convenient for my friend and I that works crazy odd hours and they have a great selection and decent prices too!! I like that it's modern and easy to get in and out and also has a drive thru (just no kids in the car I think it said?) there was a new budtender in there and said he just started not too long ago...big guy name Cameron and he was very knowledgeable and explained things I didn't know about different strains which can be frustrating for someone like me and my friend that aren't too knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and can't wait to try other products in the future. Thank you for your kindness and patience. You have earned a new customer and will let my friends know to come and check this place out!! I didn't get a chance to take pics but, will add later this week when I go back. read more

I normally am a regular here but after today I won't be coming back. I was charged for an 8th that I didn't want. I asked for a quarter and they charged me for both. It was my first time paying card here and I feel like I got taken advantage of. She said I had to have a certain amount in my account and that the change would be given to me in cash. I told them they messed up my order and they wouldn't fix the issue. Then tried to offer me 25% off my next order.... I've brought lots of business to them from family to friends. Lol won't be coming back stg. read more

I wanted to stop by a dispensary and saw this place on our way home. The building looks modern and big but the weed selection and the service were not good. We were seated after we checked in as usual and there was a bit of a wait. They were only serving one guest at a time despite all the space and bud tenders they had. My bud tender did not get me much information at all. When I walked in, I asked if there were any first time specials and he told me no. After I paid and was about to leave, he told me about their loyalty program which would've given me a deal that I was interested in. I had literally just purchased that item instead of getting it from a reward! I asked about their products and the selection was so limited. There were only two types of disposables and my bud tender said he did not recommend one of the two brands. He said they were low on product since 4/20, but I came in on 05/05, over two weeks later. And then when I asked for indica, the only option was the one he just said was not good! As I asked more questions, his answers felt condescending, like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was asking him questions that he didn't have answers for. He did not recommend any products. When I asked about flower, he asked my price range. He told me eighths were $20-60, didn't give me recommendations and showed me one in the middle range. I wanted to see if there were other options but I felt like I was bugging him already when I asked him the questions I had. This left a bad taste and I will not be back. read more

Sierra isn't an asset to this dispensary, but a liability that is bleeding this business money. I spend $600+/mo on this location. Today marks the final day I spend any dollar here. Sierra is an EXTREMELY rude employee that needs to be educated & trained on customer service. Expect unnecessary smart-ass attitude from her. I had decided to complete my purchase with the manager (Alexis) as things were quickly getting worse for no reason and I did not want to continue with her nonsense. No idea what her problem was but she lost this business a repeat customer. read more

10/5 stars for the very knowledgeable drive through attendant Luke ! He's very nice and patient !

First time I went to this location was 11/9/24. It's been about 3 years since I have taken edibles for pain and to help me sleep, but my pain has come back and edibles were the only thing that seemed to work, so I did some research online and found some edibles from a company called Kanha that it said NMM sold on their website and I came in last Saturday with a screen shot of the Kanha Indica passion fruit gummies that I thought would be good and to get some further guidance from a professional bud tender. The bud tender that assisted me was Nicole, and I showed her the screen shot of what I wanted, and she came back with 3 different flavors of Kanha edibles that were not even the ones I asked for, and I told her I was looking for an Indica that would help me with sleep and pain. She proceeded to advise me that the Kanha 2:1 Harmony Gummies Açaí Blueberry flavor which contained CBG would help me sleep. When I got my purchase home, I looked up what she sold me and it was a Hybrid, and the CBG does not help you sleep, it's CBN that does. Today, I went back there with my receipt and unopened product, and didn't want a refund, but just to get the right strain of edibles that could help me. A bud tender called Sierra waited on me and she was totally nice, understanding and empathetic, and she she knew right away when I pulled out the bag and she saw CBG on the top that Nicole had sold me the wrong product. Sierra called over a manager named Justin, who I explained the situation to, and he said they were not allowed to take back a purchased product, even if it hadn't been opened, so he said they weren't allowed to swap it for me, which put my back up a bit, so I insisted that I was sold the wrong product by an incompetent bud tender and THAT was NOT MY FAULT. So Justin went in the back and looked to see if he could find me some free promos, Indica Kanha products, to make up for it, and a couple minutes later, he came back with 2 different packs of Indica gummies just what I was looking for last week in the FIRST place. Sierra said there would be no charge on these gummies they gave me today, and told me to keep my original purchase, which I really appreciated, and was more than fair and which also turned what would have been a negative review into a positive one, and assured a good customer experience outcome. Well, done, Justine and Sierra. My only advice is if you get a bud tender that's only been doing the job for a month, like Nicole told me she had, get a second opinion. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 1/6/26 around 11:55-midnight older asian lady late 30's early 40's was wearing a beanie and a black jacket working the drive thru. she should be fired. i will never be back and ill be making sure to warn everybody else not to come here too! she had a stank ass attitude from the moment i pulled up. i didn't know that it's a additional card fee if you use cash app specifically so i just needed to move $2 from my debit card. i don't know if she was on something because she started tweaking and yelling at me to leave the line that i alr waited in because its cars behind me! literally YELLING! i have the time line of everything screenshotted in my phone as well i wasn't even sitting there for more than 2 minutes! i opened my phone at 11:57 to get it transferred and she slammed the sliding glass window at 11:58 literally. i don't know what her problem was or why she was tripping so bad! worse dispo experience i've had ever! i'll also be reaching out to a higher up directly to file a complaint! she's lucky she slammed the window and walked away because i would've snapped a picture of her! so unless you want som lady tweaking out at you on your runs i seriously don't recommend! read more
