Shoutout to my favorite worker bee, Justin! I used to go to him when he worked at The Dispensary…read moredown the street, and I was so happy to find him again at The Source. He truly understands medical marijuana and recognizes that medical patients' needs differ from those of recreational consumers. He listens carefully to what I need and always recommends products that provide the experience and relief I'm looking for. His knowledge, honesty, and excellent customer service make every visit worthwhile. If you want someone who genuinely knows his products and cares about helping customers, Justin at The Source is the person to see!

At its core, this dispensary is just... a building with weed in it. Which, apparently, is all they…read moreaspire to be. I kept coming back because, honestly, how bad can buying weed be? Ignore the rude cashiers, grab your flower, tap your card, and leave. Cute in theory. The last three visits have been an Olympic event in customer frustration. The last two visits I had to remind the cashier that I get to spin the little promo wheel. Babe, why am I training the staff? The visit before that, I "won" free gummies. Except--plot twist--I couldn't actually have them. I was told I had to come back within 24 hours to claim them. And wouldn't you know it, every time I "win" gummies there's suddenly some reason I can't leave with them. It's less of a prize and more of a scavenger hunt. Then today's episode. They couldn't scan my product because of labeling issues, so I'm already standing there longer than necessary. All I wanted was to pay and leave. Instead, the cashier became emotionally invested in getting me to spin the promo machine. I politely said I wasn't interested because of what happened last time. He kept insisting, "I want to make sure you get what you paid for." Sir... what? I did get what I paid for. It's literally in the bag you're holding hostage while trying to convince me to play the dispensary slot machine. Meanwhile, y'all still owe me from the last "prize." The whole experience feels like late-stage capitalism wrapped in neon lights and loyalty rewards. Every interaction is another promotion, another gimmick, another hoop to jump through instead of just providing decent customer service. I'll happily drive 20 extra minutes to support a dispensary that treats customers like people instead of contestants on The Price Is Pot. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with actual community ties, competent management, and employees who don't make walking out feel like I'm the punchline. The weed may be the same. The experience absolutely isn't.

Most of the time they are good Although most of the stuff on sale or deals are always too dry - too old and I actually accept most of bad products. But this time I purchased a whole oz and the whole thing is super dry and got fungi smell to it It literally affects my health!! I was coughing all night and blocked my whole breathing system!! So I decided to reach out to address my concerns and they just said nor returns no refunds! It was my first complaint over 8 years probably! And yet I already bought so many bad products from here with no problem. But when I see tag manipulation ! That was a rip off And I don't think a business like this needs to rip people off !!! Don't mess with our health so you can make extra money or to prevent disposable!!

Went to this location to use my 40% off "ENTIRE PURCHASE"…read morecoupon I was sent. I show up to purchase the puffco pivot. I was basically told that they couldn't honor it because puffco would send them a cease and disist order. So then why are you false advertising? The coupon states "ENTIRE PURCHACE" If thats the case then shouldn't the dispensary eat the difference and then put an exclusion clause on their discount offer? Won't be shopping there again. There are to many other weed stores to put up with false advertisement. Me not shopping at your stores Won't inconvenience your company, but I will be telling g my fellow stoners to be careful when they see your advertisements. UPDATE The management reached out to me the same day. AWESOME. They told me to come in and that they would honor my coupon. Now that's customer service. I really appreciate it when a company recognizes the challenge and handles it. Will be back and will tell friends. Thank you. From one star to 5 stars.
