Went to this location to use my 40% off "ENTIRE PURCHASE"…read morecoupon I was sent. I show up to purchase the puffco pivot. I was basically told that they couldn't honor it because puffco would send them a cease and disist order. So then why are you false advertising? The coupon states "ENTIRE PURCHACE" If thats the case then shouldn't the dispensary eat the difference and then put an exclusion clause on their discount offer? Won't be shopping there again. There are to many other weed stores to put up with false advertisement. Me not shopping at your stores Won't inconvenience your company, but I will be telling g my fellow stoners to be careful when they see your advertisements. UPDATE The management reached out to me the same day. AWESOME. They told me to come in and that they would honor my coupon. Now that's customer service. I really appreciate it when a company recognizes the challenge and handles it. Will be back and will tell friends. Thank you. From one star to 5 stars.

I happen to be on this side of town this morning which is why I stopped I before in cash my paycheck. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes back this way if the weed wasn't to my standards. I spend about $200-$300 a week on weed sometimes more. I only buy TOP shelf. The dude didn't want to show me any weed because I wasn't making a purchase right then and there. He wanted to me to drive all the way back down there later.... I'm like "bro I made the time to drive over here now and I'm here". There was literally no one else in line. The store was pretty empty this morning. I used to spend 5k a year or more at that store alone. I'll never go back.

If you're looking for a medical marijuana card in Nevada, this office will likely get the job done…read more The waiting room feels more like a holding cell than a medical office, and the overall experience is far from what most people would consider traditional healthcare. The doctor has a very unconventional personality and seems focused primarily on evaluating and approving cannabis cards. I asked about an unrelated medical procedure, and he quickly told me I didn't need it, which at least saved me from pursuing something unnecessary. If your goal is simply to obtain a marijuana card with minimal hassle, this may be the place for you.

Don't let all the 5-star reviews fool you. They offer customers a free pre-roll for leaving a…read more5-star review, which definitely makes me question how accurately those ratings reflect the actual customer experience. Service here is consistently slow, and they're frequently out of stock on multiple items, which I noticed plenty of other reviewers have mentioned as well. Some of the budtenders also have unnecessarily rude or dismissive attitudes, yet there's still an expectation to tip despite the poor customer service. What's even more disappointing is that management doesn't seem to follow up when customers have legitimate complaints. Instead, employees appear to be the ones responding to reviews. This place was actually really good during its first few years, which is why the decline is so disappointing. Now the service, inventory issues, and overall customer experience are a mess. With so many other dispensaries nearby, there's really no reason for me to keep coming back.
