This is a scam doctor if I ever met one. He'll sign off on a bogus weed ailments but will not sign a handicap permit stating the exact same ailment. This place is nothing but a doctor blindly signing medical marijuana cards. What a racketeer in the medical community. First time coming to this office for my card. The waiting area is quite comfortable and super clean. All of my questions prior to seeing the doctor were answered in a friendly and efficient manner, which I appreciated. Be prepared to fill out some paperwork, if this is your first time getting your card. Know the names of your medications, your surgical history, etc. My medical history is quite lengthy so this type of thing can take some time. Plan your arrival time accordingly, if you make an appointment. Absolutely everyone in this office was professional. When I called to even check around I spoke with Daniel, who gave me so much information I was blown away. If he hadn't been the one to answer the phone I may have gone elsewhere. Keep him on the phones. He's amazing and knows his stuff. Thanks so much to the doctor and everyone else at the Wellness Center who treated me so well today. It's obvious I should have gotten my card a long time ago. So glad this office is here to take care of the needs of so many. read more

Not happy with their services or support (lack of). Staff provided incorrect information. They hand out cards to anyone, scouring your medical record to manipulate your history into getting that card. If you want a card for no reason this is the place to go. This place just reinforces the seemed illegitimacy the critics are using to keep marijuana strictly regulated. No real medical care, no medical advice. And who is the doctor that is under indictment? This was my 3rd year going here, the office staff are very friendly and efficient. I've seen 2 different doctors, although it was the same lady Dr. the past 2 yrs. She is friendly and listens to all patients concerns. There is plenty of parking here. It's a nice clean facility. They are great at communicating with patients, and seeing that they have everything handled for you . I highly recommend Dr.Reefer ! Everything is always taken care of in a timely manner . Website says you can make an appointment online but you have to talk to them before being able to make an appointment so I would just give them a call. So stupid. Also they are called "wellness center"... When driving do not look for Dr. Reefer it is nowhere on the building. Also they are terrible at informing you of what you need to do, on the phone they said that if my license ID doesn't match the address that I currently reside in that they would have to use whatever address is here, they did not inform me that if I did that I wouldn't be able to make online delivery orders. They informed me that once I got here to my appointment wasting my time energy and gas. No one ever apologized. The dude at the front just looked at me with a blank face on. I'm so sick of no one in this world giving a what flying fuck about anyone or their time. Do better. read more

We have been to this office over 4 years now. It is highly professional, pleasant, and CLEAN. The receptionist, to intake manager, including the medical doctors are outstanding! To date I have seen all the medical doctors available at the Wellness Center and have had Extremely FAVORABLE treatment, review of medical history, medical improvements, and follow-up information pertaining to our issues. They are responsible, professional, pleasant, very presentable and highly qualified physicians, when you can intelligently relate your needs. Only once I encountered a doctor who presented in her pajama pants, with disheveled hair and a rude, hostile manner. But, fortunate for this office this woman is no longer there. read more
