I am also a frequent returning customer and a medical marijuana patient, not a recreational consumer, which is important to clarify. Because of that, I believe professionalism, attentiveness, product communication, and patient care should be held to a higher standard. While not every interaction is negative, there appears to be a recurring pattern of miscommunication, inconsistency, delays, and poor customer experience at least half of the time I visit. One recurring issue is the workflow and organization during transactions. For example, when ordering multiple items such as flower and edibles, employees frequently retrieve items one at a time instead of documenting the order completely and fulfilling it efficiently. This creates unnecessary delays for both staff and customers and reflects a lack of operational organization and training. Additionally, employee communication and customer interaction often appear disorganized, inattentive, or defensive when concerns are raised. During my visit on May 6, 2026, I expressed dissatisfaction with the service experience and was met with repeated back-and-forth responses from an employee rather than professional de-escalation or resolution. Regardless of personal circumstances, customers should still receive respectful, professional, and solution-oriented service. I respectfully ask that corporate review this location for quality control, management oversight, operational efficiency, and customer service standards. Yes at The Source++++++++ they've got the best location, right by the freeway, near a bunch of other stores, high foot traffic, etc. And yes they're super close to my spot and it's another reason why I've been coming here for years now (well maybe just a few years) I'm not a huge 420 consumer, I usually just get pre-rolls. Definitely not the guy in Cabin In the Woods with that super duper coffee mug bong. I always wait for deals, such as 10 pre-rolls (1g) for $45, you can't beat that! (Well maybe you can but this seems to be a great deal) The only gripe I have is I usually prefers Sativa but most pre-rolls now and days seem to be Hybrid. But for that price I really can't complain. I always order online first and set a pickup time. However I noticed my order is usually ready within 10 minutes. Once at the store, check-in with the guy up front, I had my helmet and backpack on so I had to leave it by the bench but no worries, the guy is keeping an eye on it. No waiting tonight so that was nice just walk up front, my order is ready, total came out to only $50 and some change. (Note this is much cheaper than before, I recall taxes were high as hell back then) I did use maybe 2 bucks in rewards $.. yes it's always nice to get something back. read more

Very disappointed that of all days this dispensary decided to close earlier than both the online posted closing times and the time that the door says that the dispensary closes. To close early on 4/20 of all days and say that it's because of a long line is pretty ridiculous! Anyone who works in the business should know, expect and plan for longer than normal lines and crowds on this day! This is the closest dispensary I have to me and I come here frequently always have okay customer service except for the past 2 to 3 weeks. There's been two different instances but today made me wanna write a review. I usually don't. I just stop going to places where I don't get good customer service after a couple of try's . I work in the industry as well, so I know the etiquette that is required of me. My partner went to pick up for me and got the most attitude for no reason the man budtending her straight up ask her what do you want nothing else and then slammed the cash registered after telling her her change. The other time it was a different man but basically got the same attitude. I get that some days are busy and overwhelming, but my job I get called out for the smallest things and see people give this type of service. Makes me really question things. read more

I wish I was here to give the five star review that was recently deserved. I've been a customer for a few years and exclusively bought from The Source. There products and prices were always good. The new delivery service is horrible. The Happy Car should be called the scam mobile. Here's the thing first the menu doesn't match and when you call they will say " we can only deliver what we have in the store" WTF I'm looking at The Source menu and I click delivery and items disappear. Second is they charge a fee and you have to join The Happy Car rewards to use earn rewards. I'm the highest level rewards member at the Source but that means nothing for the new delivery service. Last and most important. Not once but twice The Happy Car failed to honor my Medical Marijuana card while also charging a delivery fee. When I challenged them they said that I would need to go to the store (wait i thought I was on a delivery site) so security could upload my card. Ok. I'm ordering delivery because I'm in a WHEELCHAIR! Well I'm sorry sir that's what you need to do is what I was told. So my card is uploaded and I was told by the first driver it's atomic once it's there I'm good. Maybe the BBB or someone that regulates these things can help. I never had any issues with Hytiva! The last time I was in, their computers were down and I couldn't pick up my online order. When I returned to find out why I had been charged more, not only did Jimmy point out what had happened, but he also credited my account the difference and told me to have a good night. Been ordering curbside forever, but today I arrive 6 mins early for my pickup and am told that I need to wait for my appt. and that my account has notes stating that I've been talked to about the issue before. Advised her that #1 no-one has ever said anything to me before and #2 there wasn't a single car in curbside so what did it matter. After wading through their website which lagged and froze up multiple times over the course of 30 or 45 minutes, I finally got my order put together for delivery and by then it was after the 6 PM deadline. I called the store to see if they could help me out because I was placing about a $400 order and they put me on a 12 minute hold and then came back and we're incredibly rude and just basically told me sorry you're out of luck. That's fine I'll take my business elsewhere and at least I know how lame and false their claims are that they pride themselves I am providing great customer service. My favorite dispensary in the Vegas area! I've always had a great experience while going to The Source. They're my go-to for Wyld gummies! Tons of brands and deals. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a point system available as well as an app that gives you points for product reviews. Curb side is available and pretty easy to navigate to. On weekends, the parking lot can be a little crazy as the store is in a shopping center, but it's not too bad. Super convenient location overall! I highly recommend! :) read more

This place has the worst customer service. I ordered pickup through their website, I've done it once before and picked it up curbside no problem. I left them a 20% tip the first time. This time I ordered the same way, parked in the curbside pick up area, waited for the guy with my ID, just for him to tell me my order is an "in-store" pick up only. Walks away without saying anything else. There was only one other car in the parking lot. So I went inside and told the lady at the front my situation, and she told me "He was too busy." It was busier inside than it was outside in curbside. No where on my receipt or order does it specify "in store" pick up only. Why were the two people I encountered the rudest people to be working in customer service! If you can't handle being busy you don't belong there. I came in to grab a cartridge for my battery, but instead, I was given a disposable--something I never asked for. When I came back to fix the mistake, Jordan, the manager on shift, refused to take responsibility. Jordan told me that since I had already left the building, I couldn't return the item--even though it was their mistake, not mine. I explained to Jordan that this was not my product, and instead of making things right, she offered me a pathetic 10% discount and told me I'd have to buy the correct item again. That's completely unacceptable. Jordan had the power to fix this but chose not to, leaving me stuck with something I didn't want. This whole experience was frustrating, annoying, and honestly, disrespectful. She was laughing and rolling her eyes in our face when we didn't understand the procedure being that every dispensary works different.
