    The customer service experience at this location has consistently fallen below professional…read morestandards. As someone who values quality customer care and operates businesses myself, I believe there are significant concerns regarding communication, efficiency, professionalism, employee conduct, and overall operational structure at this store. I am also a frequent returning customer and a medical marijuana patient, not a recreational consumer, which is important to clarify. Because of that, I believe professionalism, attentiveness, product communication, and patient care should be held to a higher standard. While not every interaction is negative, there appears to be a recurring pattern of miscommunication, inconsistency, delays, and poor customer experience at least half of the time I visit. One recurring issue is the workflow and organization during transactions. For example, when ordering multiple items such as flower and edibles, employees frequently retrieve items one at a time instead of documenting the order completely and fulfilling it efficiently. This creates unnecessary delays for both staff and customers and reflects a lack of operational organization and training. Additionally, employee communication and customer interaction often appear disorganized, inattentive, or defensive when concerns are raised. During my visit on May 6, 2026, I expressed dissatisfaction with the service experience and was met with repeated back-and-forth responses from an employee rather than professional de-escalation or resolution. Regardless of personal circumstances, customers should still receive respectful, professional, and solution-oriented service. I respectfully ask that corporate review this location for quality control, management oversight, operational efficiency, and customer service standards. I would also appreciate a review of my customer account and visit history if necessary, as this feedback is based on repeated experiences over time rather than a single isolated incident. The primary reason I continue visiting this location is convenience and walking-distance accessibility. However, at this point, the overall customer experience feels more like a liability than an asset to the brand, particularly for medical patients seeking a professional and supportive environment.

The employees are friendly always as well. However, I would strongly caution against purchasing the AMA 2g cartridges from here. I bought an AMA 2g ("Pie Hole") and initially everything seemed fine. By about the third day of use, the cartridge started leaking heavily. I mean, wax oozing from the mouthpiece, bottom, and sides, and also clogging the pen. At first, I assumed it might be user error, so I adjusted voltage settings and kept it upright, but the issue continued. Over time, the leakage got worse, and I was losing a significant amount of product just from it leaking rather than being able to use it. I eventually switched to a lower-voltage battery and cleaned the cartridge, which helped temporarily, but the problem returned. I went back and tried a second AMA 2g cartridge under the assumption it might have been a one-off issue, but I experienced the same problem again. It seems like this may be a product batch issue, cartridge defect, or storage problem rather than isolated user error, because the performance was consistently the same across two purchases. 80 some odd dollars now down the drain. Please learn from us. My boyfriend has already submitted a formal complaint regarding the second purchase under his profile since that was the one used at time of check out, but I also wanted to document my experience directly on here for any new or returning consumers wanting to try a 2grammer ! Everything else about the shop has been good, but I would avoid this specific product line until the issue is addressed.

She claimed to know better than the professionals (like myself) and doesnt listen to authority. Odd thing to say as an employee who has authority over you. Shouldn't have to leave a Weed shop with negativity being dissed by a budtender.

I get an update saying it was ready for delivery around 4. Then, nothing. I get a call from an unrecognized number, they dont leave a voicemail, I figured it was spam. There had been no mention from them to expect any calls. I call around 8 p.m. to see if I should still expect the delivery before the end of the night. They said they tried to call for confirmation and I didnt answer, so I guess they weren't going to do anything else to complete the delivery or let me know, even though I could recieve delivery update notifications- and the tracking was only telling me it was still ready and in waiting. I get transfered to the delivery team-- no answer, I leave a voicemail. I eventually get a call back. They said they'll have my delivery sent out at 10 p.m. and will have me as one of the first stops, so I wait. And then I have to go to sleep eventually, as people do, and I wake up to a notification that the delivery was canceled around 11:30 p.m. kind of astounded by it all. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and this is the only delivery available in my area for edibles that help with my pain + inflammation + maintaining a healthy sleep schedule. I was so excited to have that relief, and then spent the whole day anticipating it. What a waste it all was. And it was such an expense I was willing to pay for, nearly $80 for just 2 orders of Wyld's Boysenberry edibles, but I guess that kind of thing isn't something they concern themselves with.

    I filed a formal complaint against this store employee on their website which is now The…read moreGreenlight Dispensary on Paradise Rd. Against Budtender #59778. Her name is Blu. Ha, go figure!!! She became EXTREMELY upset because I was questioning the cost of my items per her advising of my industry discount. She stated it was 50%. I asked her repeatedly and she stated the same amount however my total was not reflecting a 50% discount. She showed me the screen which showed 20% discount and an additional 5% because I'm medical and you cannot stack discounts. I asked again about the 50% that she stated. She became agitated. After our discussion she stated "Cookies is right behind us. You can ALWAYS go there!". I did not say anything. I paid for one 1/8 opposed to three because of her rudeness. After I paid I simply asked "What is your name and manager's name. She refused to give it to me saying she doesn't have to and that I was extremely rude. Rude for questioning your cost and my discount?!!! I don't think so. She proceeded to yell and degrade me at which time I returned the insults. As I was leaving she proceeded to follow me in a manner on camera that was in an aggressive manner, like she wanted to fight. I am in a walking boot. When she came around the cashier counter and proceeded to follow me, I repeatedly told her not to because it seemed she was trying to fight. As I passed the door she was still yelling profanities and I never spoke to the manager that "supposedly" was coming on duty at that time. The employee told the gentleman at the desk who was laughing smh to 86 me and continued to yell insults, made a heart symbol and told me "to kiss her ass" as I was exiting the store. The employee is the white girl, heavy chested, about 5"2 with bright purple hair. Highly unpleasant from the start, unprofessional and I felt threatened. That is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been patronizing this location since 2017. Much before you changed your name. I demand respect especially when I did not render disrespect. I would like a formal apology and a call from corporate.
