Top Notch is solid overall, mainly because out the door pricing is fair, and I appreciate that it's a straightforward local dispensary without a lot of unnecessary upselling or "show." The employees are friendly always as well. However, I would strongly caution against purchasing the AMA 2g cartridges from here. I bought an AMA 2g ("Pie Hole") and initially everything seemed fine. By about the third day of use, the cartridge started leaking heavily. I mean, wax oozing from the mouthpiece, bottom, and sides, and also clogging the pen. At first, I assumed it might be user error, so I adjusted voltage settings and kept it upright, but the issue continued. Over time, the leakage got worse, and I was losing a significant amount of product just from it leaking rather than being able to use it. I eventually switched to a lower-voltage battery and cleaned the cartridge, which helped temporarily, but the problem returned. I went back and tried a second AMA 2g cartridge under the assumption it might have been a one-off issue, but I experienced the same problem again. It seems like this may be a product batch issue, cartridge defect, or storage problem rather than isolated user error, because the performance was consistently the same across two purchases. 80 some odd dollars now down the drain. Please learn from us. My boyfriend has already submitted a formal complaint regarding the second purchase under his profile since that was the one used at time of check out, but I also wanted to document my experience directly on here for any new or returning consumers wanting to try a 2grammer ! Everything else about the shop has been good, but I would avoid this specific product line until the issue is addressed. read more

Maybe your employees should be trained on giving less opinions. No reason I should walk in and be told by the register lady that my career field is full of negative reviews. I work with special needs kids and make a six figure salary. I actually help people every single day and change lives and spent six years studying to do this. She claimed to know better than the professionals (like myself) and doesnt listen to authority. Odd thing to say as an employee who has authority over you. Shouldn't have to leave a Weed shop with negativity being dissed by a budtender. read more

Great prices when it comes to deals or even everyday purchases. Quality is amazing and never had an issue.

First off ERICA AND LISA are awesome! They are truly amazing and the reason i keep coming back. Their customer service is both helpful and professional and they're always making sure you're taken care of while there. Reason for the 3 star is tonight i came in to pick up another order. ( i picked up one previously during the day and really liked it so i ordered more ) i was told multiple times i didn't have a order when i got there. Then i hear someone from pick up in the back say ( she already picked up her order ) WHICH I PICKED UP MY FIRST ORDER. Not the order i placed a few hours later. i explained that multiple times to the person up front. Someone from the back came and rudely said he tried contacting me to tell me they were out. Which that is fine, if a products out I'll happily choose the next best. Instead of offering me a similar product, i walked out empty handed. read more

Been going here since they opened. I even was blessed with an opportunity to work for them. I love the people. I love the weed selection. My go to dispensary without a doubt. I have an out of state medical card (California) , they accept and allow me to use it. Deals rotate so often it's hard to keep up but I am happy each time I visit. Thank you top notch. I love you guys read more

Everyone is real nice there but when I got home with my purchase, I noticed the terpene types and percentages were not the same as what they showed me at the dispensary (it must have of been old batches and was not updated). I didn't get what I asked for and was very specific about what I wanted. I went back two hours later and conveniently the strains I bought weren't in the system anymore to prove my point. They just offered me a discount on my next purchase, really disappointing. I'm stuck with concentrate I wont/can't smoke so I wont be returning. The trust is now lost. read more

Sorry John there were 3 twenty dollar bills handed back to me along with 2 one dollar bills. I tipped the 2 and stuck the rest in my pocket. From Top Notch I went to Walmart and when I went to pay cash, guess what? I only had 2 twenty dollar bills in my pocket. I guess it magically disappeared. I have been going to Top Notch for years and basically go in several times a month. According to the supervisor I talked to that night he said they had my information and would call me back. You lost a good customer over $20.00, DO BETTER. NOW I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SPEND MY MONEY. read more

I have been a regular customer at Top Notch in Henderson, located near Russell and Stephanie. While my transactions typically run smoothly, my most recent visit was disappointing, raising concerns about their customer service and loyalty program policies. After saving up my loyalty points for quite some time, I decided to redeem them during my visit. However, when I reached the counter, I was informed that I could not use my loyalty points, with no clear explanation provided. The staff member claimed the system wasn't allowing the points to be applied, which left me confused and frustrated. Despite this, I offered to pay $21 for a total that I believed was $35, expecting to at least cover the taxes. To my surprise, the transaction still could not be processed. In an effort to resolve the situation, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was respectful and attempted to explain that, per Nevada law, they could not allow loyalty points to cover taxes. I completely understand and respect that, but the issue here is much larger. My frustration stems from the lack of clarity, inconsistent policies, and poor staff training. There are no clear guidelines or written policies on how their loyalty program works, leading to confusion for both the customers and the employees. Furthermore, the fact that I was asked to wait nearly 30 minutes for an issue that could have been resolved quickly is unacceptable. When I inquired further, they simply handed me a printout of Nevada's cannabis tax laws--something I could have easily looked up on my phone. After working an 18-hour shift, all I wanted was to make a simple, smooth purchase so I could unwind, but instead, I was met with unnecessary delays and confusion. As a customer, I expect dispensaries--especially ones that market themselves as professional and customer-focused--to have clear procedures in place, especially for loyalty programs. Instead, this experience felt disorganized, and I was left feeling like my business wasn't valued. If the owners continue to change the rules on the fly, they're undermining the professionalism and legitimacy that dispensaries should be aiming for in a legal, regulated industry. I will not be returning to this dispensary unless I receive a formal apology from the owner and assurance that their policies and customer service procedures are corrected. Until then, I would recommend that prospective customers seek out other dispensaries in the area where transparency and customer care are prioritized. read more

Honestly the most overpriced weed shop in Las Vegas. They have a decent selection but every single weed you purchase will be completely dry. But I'm not here for that, I came today with my official paper copy of my Commercial A Drivers licenses and a picture copy of it on my phone. They immediately rejected me. When I asked to speak to a manager since the girl was being mean and short. The manager came out and was worst. Didn't look to talk once just told me this is the policy and have a nice day. When I told him well they lost a customer he smirked and smiled. I really hate establishments with bad leaders, and management. Will never come here again! read more

So today my friends and I were on the hunt for an 8th of flower. We went to another dispensary before hitting Top Notch THC and unfortunately that shop did not help us. We then ended up going to Top Notch THC after and Im so glad we did! First off, the securities that are outside when you pull in are incredibly nice. The front desk girls are also incredibly nice and the budtender that helped us was Nick M. Nick M had amazing customer service!! I appreciate you Nick M. He answered all my questions and concerns. NOT ONE BUT TWO BURT CARTRIDGES. Who in the right mind looks at this and sincerely puts it in the bag . LIKE REALLY ??????????. Manager says " we can't do anything about it, you have to call the manufacturer" EXCUSE ME ? You can do anything about something I'm buying from HERE. And what if it was for medical purpose's ? He said in his system he's switched a cartridge from being burnt before and that he can't do again. But what makes them think they can sell BURNT CARTRIDGES. WHAT MADE YOU LOOK AT THESE EXPIRED BURT CARTRIDGES AND SELL THEM TO ME. You are are whole business yourself and I would never expect this from the dispensary. Aren't you suppose to sell legal substances ? Good products , don't you have the A ? WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOTHINGS WRONG. ITS LITERALLY BURNT. It taste burnt. I'm never stepping here again. . So unless something's wrong you can't switch them ? you can see they literally came out like that . I'm honestly just in disbelief a manager would tell me he can't do anything about a product he is selling .. SOOOO GHETTO . read more

This place has the very best prices in Las Vegas. The staff seems knowable and very friendly. If you have a medical card and a military ID, you get 25% of your order is free. I wouldn't go anywhere else; nobody treats veterans this good in the entire valley. CONS: Always a low inventory of shatter. read more

I love this place. I stop by this location from time to time, but today was the first time I can say I had bad service. Most times I find that the employees are very interactive, friendly and there to help but today the gentleman that helped me seemed more like he was just waiting for me to decide, when I asked if there was any sales, he said not really, just some resin and some pre rolls but out of curiosity I checked the website and found there was a good handful of flower in their selection. Most times I feel I actually get help in trying to decide, correct information, some feedback, today was not that day read more

So..... this has been my go to place since the very beginning of legalizing Cannabis! I went in today to only find that they changed everything to be more the a fancy establishment rather than local good priced cannabis! I am very disappointed they decided to go to the corporate world of pot!! I won't be returning! The employees who are bud tenders are awesome! Front desk employees need help! Not friendly at all! Top notch is the best dispensary to go to that feel like a nice home feeling. I've been going here for over a year and I've never had one issue. Besides, I asked for one kind of weed and got home and it was another kind. NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS, so make sure you read it before leaving. The appreciation bud is good as well depending on what's on the list for that day. The best companies are DESERT GROWN, VERANO, & REDWOOD. The receptionist are super nice ALWAYS, never had one rude encounter with anyone there. The bud tenders are so nice as well always ask me about my hair salon (SLAY BY THE QUEEN SALON) and how I'm doing that day. Sometimes I stay there an extra 20 minutes talking to everyone. I would definitely suggest going here over any other dispensary, especially when it comes to the taxes situation. Whatever it is priced at that is what you are paying.
